- Slyvester (8/5): Excellent stay for a short stay and less time hanging around in the inn. - I like the room where I booked a King and a single. It was comfy, my family loves it. And the bathroom is spacious as are the room. Enough sockets to use. Even have a lil fridge. The parking is okay, if it's full, you can always park at the front of shops beside the inn. So far so good. Just that there is no lift, that is my only complain but not a biggie since I got 1st floor. There are 3 floors here, mind you if you bring kids or a baby. And my bidet in Room 108 is not working. But still, no issue for me.

- Mehbt (10/5): I had a good affordable stay at the property but I think there should be maintainance work to the aircond and the toilet - Very easy to walk around because the location is at the centre of the city surrounded by shopping mall, hotels and restaurant. The room 109 where i stayed is o.k but the only thing i dont like is the aircond cannot swing and the toilet cannot flush maybe its broken.

- Rosita (4/5): No comment - Location. The hotel smells musty and old. The bed sheets, pillows SMELL. We asked to change the pillows, but the new ones still smelled mildew/ fungi sour smell, which were very unpleasant. We tried spraying them with disinfectant for pillows and linens, but failed. No stairs, but fortunately we were on 1st floor.

- Miia (6/5): Palace Inn - Spacious room..smoking room...comfortable and clean bed..a good tv's channel..clean bathroom. The parking...yes you do have parking, but very narrow and not many. The aircon in the room are not cold. When we are staying..they are some workers doing a renovation of your hotel and they are drilling...its very noisy and disturbing my sleep, and you dont have extra pillow. So other than that..everything was okay.

- Erra (7/5): Good budget hotel for a last minute stay - Our flight to Miri Airport got delayed and had to stay one night at Miri. We were lucky enough to get a last minute check-in at this hotel. The receptionist lady were very helpful. Location wise - easy to find the hotel. No lift. We were assigned to rooms at 2nd floor. Imagine dragging whole luggage up & down the stairs.

They ask for paying transfer online evendo my booking was pay when arrivied at the hotel and there promised when transfer succes they will pay me back, also the staff treated me if I don't do transfer on that days they will cancel my booking.. But the manager and staff keep saying they not received evendo my account already deduct.. When I check out still they ask for cash money that mean I have to double pay even I show the staff screenshot online payment there still demand cash money and there also don let us check out from hotel, this is my worst experience ever.. From that hotel

- James (5/5): Passable - good location near a nice cafe, friendly and helpful staff. spacious rooms. good standard of wifi our room smelt of damp, turning the extractor fan on helped but a lot of the hotel smelt quite strongly of damp. However, the staff did their best to rectify the issue.

- Heidi (1/5): Terrible - Do not stay here. This hotel is not fit for purpose. The room was basic, unclean and smelt like a sewer. The air conditioning also filled the room with an awful smell. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. The state of the corridors and rest of the building was in a state of disrepair. If we hadn't arrived at midnight I would have left immediately. I can't imagine how it managed a 7 rating on Booking.com

- B_moh (7/5): No frills central budget hotel - Good price for a spacious room with a private bathroom, tv, desk and big bed. The hotel is in a central location, so good for walking arojnd. The staff were friendly. Was only given one card, required for room access and electricity. This meant the fridge/aircon turned off when I went out.
