• Gail (1/5): Couldn’t stay there. Handed keys in straight away. It was a hovel - Location Black mould around the bedroom window, wonky headboard, broken toilet seat. Hole under bath, possibly from vermin as there were mouse traps on the stairs. Living area smelled of dirty bins. It was absolutely awful
• Martin (5/5): It was fair. Could not have asked for a better location, although a little noiser than expected. - Perfect location, central- could not have been better. Facilities were as expected. A nice littele apartment for short stays. No issues with Wi-Fi as other reported, our connection was fine. Not the host's fault, but it was very noisy on the street and we did not sleep very well. It was the long bank holiday weekend so it was extra noisy until about 430am- I should have known better - However, if I had some earplugs I may have slept better.
• Porsha (8/5): - Amazing location for a London city stay, close to multiple parking spots and lots of public transport. Very well equipped, just about everything you'd need. WiFi was great. Enough room for us to be comfortable as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Could be updated slightly and would be great to add a toaster but we really weren't put off by it and the pros well outweighed this for us, we would happily stay again. 🙂
• JAVIER (7/5): Céntrico y ruidoso - Está muy bien situado, muy céntrico y puedes ir andando a casi todos los sitios. Muy bien comunicado con metro y bus Está en una zona muy ruidosa, de mucho ambiente nocturno y no está bien insonorizado. El apartamento está ya un poco anticipado y necesita reparaciones. Es bastante pequeño.

• Marina (1/5): ΤΟ ΜΕΓΑΛΥΤΕΡΟ SCAM - Τελικά δεν μείναμε στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα!!! Διότι αποφάσισαν να μας ακυρώσουν την κράτηση την ημέρα του check in. Συγκεκριμένα, φτάσαμε στην πόλη του Λονδίνου στις 12:00 π.μ και μόλις προσγειωθήκαμε ήρθε ειδοποίηση πως ο οικοδεσπότης ακύρωσε την κράτηση μας. Με αποτέλεσμα να μείνουμε 4 κοπέλες άστεγες σχεδόν για μια ολόκληρη ημέρα μέχρι να βρούμε κάποιο άλλο κατάλυμα!!! Η κράτηση είχε γίνει περίπου 2-3 εβδομάδες πριν την άφιξη μας και ο οικοδεσπότης αποφάσισε πως δεν μπορεί να μας φιλοξενήσει την μέρα του check in; Είστε σοβαροί; Μάλιστα είχαμε έρθει σε επικοινωνία πριν πάμε στο Λονδίνο και όλα φαίνονταν φυσιολογικά και μας πρότειναν και που να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα μας μέχρι το check in. Δεν έχω λόγια να περιγράψω το πόσο απαράδεκτη ήταν αυτή η συμπεριφορά! Ελπίζω πραγματικά ΚΑΝΕΙΣ να μην βιώσει τέτοια εμπειρία!!!

• manuel jesus (1/5): Apartamento pésimo - Nada Todo, la casa muy sucia con polvo por todos los lados. Huele mucho a humedad la moqueta huele muy mal. El Microondas oxidado, la bañera con humedad y en la foto se ve que se sale por el suelo con óxido. El espejo roto con riego de corte mi hijo lo toco se cortó. La ventana de la cocina está rota no se puede cerrar. El horno sucio tengo fotos de las manchas no se limpia hace meses. El piso no está insonorizado parece estar en la calle. Luego está en un callejón donde se hacen negocios raros. La ducha sale agua caliente y luego fría no se puede regular, el grifo está averiado una segunda persona debe de sujetar el grifo para que salga agua en la ducha. La tapa del water está rota. De todo esto tengo fotos solo me deja solo subir 4 fotos. Llame y escribe al teléfono de la inquilina para intentar resolver algunos problemas pero no contesta no atiende. El lavavajillas le falta la tapa del abrillantador y no se puede utilizar. Luego después de 2 horas buscando el apartamento parece ser que la dirección no es la enviada. También hay que ir a otro lugar a recoger la llave con un código y ese condigo no funcionaba.

• Neil (8/5): Great location - Great location and I booked at 3pm and was in by 3.30 after being let down by another accommodation, very much appreciated Looked a bit tired and very noisy, it was hot so had to have the windows open and to be fair to the property, they did not know we were coming as very last minute so would not have had time to air the property

Few cosmetic things that could have been fixed or replaced. No supplies other than toilet paper and hand wash, missing dishwasher tablets, shampoo, body wash etc

• Davide (7/5): Good solution in excellent location. It can be improved but it is a great value for money - the location is excellent, the ease of picking up the keys is equally convenient. The house smells of damp, it would take very little to fix this problem. Some windows are broken and the noises from outside are really annoying until late at night. Having to return the keys at the end of the stay is an unnecessary hassle

• Donovan (6/5): It was an ok stay, location and commute very good - The location to the train station was very close so that made getting around easy. There was a plug adapter in the kitchen which came in very handy There was no wifi, and when contact was made with the owner, we were told to trouble shoot the router, turn it on then off, then unplug and replug none of which worked. We were then asked to accomodate techical team to look at it. We only had a few days with a schedule, we thought it was unreasonable to ask us to change our arrangments to accomodate. The wifi should have been checked to ensure it was working before our arrival. There was mold in the bathroom, the hot water finished very quickly and wasnt able to bathe 2 people back to back. The bed was extremely uncomfortable we could literally feel the springs and the base. The kettle in the kitchen leaks so the water runs out at the bottom unto the kettle base and by extension the microwave. This is very dangerous as electricity and water combined is dangerous and can cause electrocution or fire. The wall by the TV has dirty splash marks.
