• Anatolii (10/5): Тихое место в Подгорице со своей терассой - Хорошие апартаменты на первом этаже со своим двором: нам было важно это для размещения с собакой, чтобы щенка можно было быстро выводить на огороженную территорию — а в эти апартаменты на первом этаже можно войти или выйти сразу с двух сторон, в том числе сразу на лужайку. Владельцы апартаментов — крайне приятная семейная пара, мужчина говорит на сербском и английском. В день нашего прибытия не работал водопровод ввиду ремонтных работ по всей улице, но владельцы заранее купили и предоставили нам 10 литров бутилированной воды (в мае уже жарко, как летом). Апартаменты включают в себя зал, кухню, спальню и ванную комнату с душем. У вас также будет своя терасса с садовой мебелью и зонтиком, все в тени, что очень удобно. Внутри вся мебель и отделка качественные, чувствуется, что на обустройстве и ремонте не экономили, делали как для себя. Парковочные места для резидентов — в 1 минуте ходьбы. Все необходимое для проживания имеется, владельцы жилья крайне приятные и добрые люди 👍 Никаких проблем не было

Помимо этого прекрасная добродушная хозяйка, ответила на все вопросы, подсказала, максимально оставила самые добрые впечатления и об апартаментах и о Подгорице, благодаря ей наше настроение было прекрасным, а проживание очень уютным!

• Lisa (9/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt - Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich. Den Schlüssel haben wir direkt bekommen. Das Appartement ist groß genug zu zweit, sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist groß und nett zum Sitzen. Wir hatten oft Besuch vom Nachbarskätzchen, ganz entzückend, aber auch gar nicht lästig. Sehr ruhige Gegend, zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten in die Altstadt, ein paar kleine Lokale und ein kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gleich vor der Haustür. Sehr empfehlenswert! Da wir immer selbst kochen, war die Küchenausstattung für uns leider nicht ausreichend. Pfannen, Bretter, Kochgeschirr, Kochbesteck könnte nachgerüstet werden... Es gibt zwar einen Geschirrspüler, aber leider kein Warmwasser bei der Spüle. Für Urlauber, die essen gehen, wird es wohl reichen :) (Gutes Lokal in der Altstadt: Lanterna !!!)

Kind host family was a nice plus! - - Central location close to everything a first timer in Podgorica might need - It is the first floor of a house, and knowing that my hosts were just upstairs was reassuring as a solo female traveler - Even though I arrived at 1 AM, the hosts had prepared in advance, and my check-in was smooth; moreover, the hosts communicated with me throughout the duration of my stay to check if I needed anything, and they even got me a taxi when I was leaving. Kind, charismatic hosts parents to young daughters! - Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, kettle, free tea and snacks) - Great Wi-Fi; I was able to work (Zoom calls) and watch Netflix without any problems - Washing machine worked great and I was able to hang my clothes in the rack in the backyard N/A

• Arman (10/5): Best place to stay in Podgorica - Best pleace to stay in Podgorica. Traveled for Tennis tournament with my daughter. Clean, cozy,, safe and quite place. Very comfortable conditions. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. The owner is an incredibly nice person, and when he found out that we wanted to stay one day longer, he gave us one extra day for free. It was very nice and we felt care attitude. Strongly recommended to accommodate! All good 👌

• Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped so we could cook some quick meals ourselves. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and an ample drying space outside. The accommodation is very conveniently located: it is a short drive from the airport and a walking distance from shops and the railway station. There is plenty of parking space in the quiet street. Our hosts were absolutely amazing! They were very welcoming and attentive, they had plenty of suggestions and practical advice on where to go and what to see in the area. We loved the place and our stay was very enjoyable. Big thanks to our hosts for sharing their home and the rich Montenegrin culture.
