• Sonia (7/5): Good - The central location next to the major city attractions, supermarket, bars and restaurants, but in a small quite street (with very few parkings!). Studio at 2nd floor of a residential building with a lift. The open kitchen is small but pratical, fitted with an oven (no microwaves), 2 eletric stoves, a small refrigerator, a sink, cutterly, many dishes, some pans. Very good remote communication with the owner (the only to speak English), he is very responsive. There was no hairdryer but the owner promptly brought a new one on request. We noted after check-in that the a water tap below the kitchen sink was leaking; the owner representative came quickly back at the apartment to check the issue and despite it was end if Sunday, the owner called directly a plumber to repair it. He also proposed to move to the nearby hotels but these were full. We finally lost 2h, but finally the issue was solved, the water put back and we could remain at the property. There are windows shutter and a shower curtain, which is rare in Albania. The studio is small and the facilities are not optimally placed; e.g. the airconditionner is below the window against the dining table, covered by the curtains, without no remote control; the table is stuck in the window corner against the sofa, so that only 2 chairs are left for (difficult) use; only one bedside table, at the other bed side there is a desk but without chair. No TV. There are too many objects in the studio that overload the little free space. The bathroom is narrow. Rest of moisture in the bathtube. Dirty toilet. Very dirty hot water tank suspended over the bathtube at head height, so that you hit the head if you want to stand.
• Rothe (9/5): Superb - The host who showed us the room and gave us the keys was a great guy, super friendly and helpful. The room had all facilities needed for a comfortable stay.
