• LAURA (10/5): - L'appuntamento è curatissimo ha tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza al top. Situato a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione permette di muoversi in piena libertà lasciando a casa l'auto comodamente parcheggiata all'interno del giardino.
• Nada (10/5): Just perfect. - We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Parking was available right in front of the door, and when you walk in and settle down, you’re greeted with cold beer or water waiting in the fridge, along with sweet snacks and toast. In the morning, we could make a proper Italian espresso with the coffee machine. Check‑in and everything else was handled online and worked perfectly. The train station is no more than a 5‑minute walk away, and the old town is also just about 5 minutes on foot. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

La posizione è comodissima e centrale. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche il “libro” con tutte le informazioni utili su Tirano e sui servizi della zona. Il proprietario è stato sempre presente, gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità dell’ultimo minuto. Soggiorno davvero ottimo.

Caso você esteja pensando em ir a Saint Morritz, recomendo ficar hospedado em Luna Nuova, você terá tudo para tomar um bom café, um bom banho e descansar. Ricardo é um perfeito anfitrião, sua família é extremamente educada.

Molto gentile il proprietario che ci ha fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per colazione, alcune bibite ed altro. Supermercato a 2 passi, comodo per spesa e panini preparati sul momento dai commessi. Stazione di Tirano a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Parcheggio disponibile in cortile subito davanti all'entrata dell'appartamento. Di meglio non si poteva chiedere! Niente da segnalare.

The accommodation was super clean, we had everything we needed, the host even prepared some small treats for breakfast and extra water. There were also some yogurts, beer. Very thoughtful! Nothing popped up. We stayed for 2 nights.

• Carlo (9/5): Consigliatissimo per chi vuole prendere il trenino rosso del Bernina - Alloggio nuovo, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Cucina nuova e ben fornita; abbiamo trovato il necessario per la colazione, inclusa la machina automatica per espresso. Letti comodi con scelta cuscino (morbido/rigido). Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Si può lasciare l'auto nel cortile per tutto il giorno del check-out (comodo se si vuole prendere il trenino rosso). Posizione strategica a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Il riscaldamento a pavimento tiene molto caldo anche durante la notte. Bisogna chiedere al proprietario di abbassare perchè dalla casa non si può regolare.

Every little detail were thought of and instructions were easy to follow. Host was helpful, accommodating and very responsive. The apartment was very clean, and close to all the amenities (i.e grocery, restaurants, mosque, train station). We stayed with a toddler and an infant, and this property was the best and most comfortable of our stays in Italy. The train station is super close, so catching the Bernina train was a breeze. Tirano is absolutely beautiful, and the views around the property were outstanding.

• André (10/5): Apartment in Italien, Nahe Schweizer Alpen - …das beste Apartment, was ich seit langem bewohnt habe…wirklich alles Top!!!! Neueste Ausstattung, auf jedes Detail wurde genau geachtet…sogar im Kühlschrank waren einige Getränke und in der Küche selbst etwas „Kleines“ für den schnellen Hunger. Besonders Top: ein Kaffeevollautomat, der sogar super funktioniert hat!!! ????

Заранее прислал всю необходимую информацию, всё подробно объяснил. В день заезда написал, что квартира уже готова, и мы можем заселиться раньше в час дня, что было очень удобно и приятно. Когда мы приехали, нас ожидал настоящий сюрприз: в апартаментах были оставлены вода, печенье, вкусняшки, фрукты, сок и даже пиво, очень заботливо и по-домашнему. Также были чай и кофе. Огромное спасибо хозяину за такое внимание к гостям! Квартира оборудована всем необходимым для комфортного проживания: чистые полотенца, мыло, шампунь, вся бытовая техника работает отлично. Есть посудомоечная машина, кофемашина, холодильник, два больших телевизора с доступом к интернету. Посуда, столовые приборы, всё в полном порядке. В целом, квартира очень чистая, уютная и хорошо укомплектованная. Отдельный плюс удобное расположение. Рядом находятся основные достопримечательности города, железнодорожная станция, магазины и кафе. Всё в шаговой доступности, что делает проживание ещё комфортнее. Единственный минус, который стоит учитывать - ночью довольно шумно. Спальня выходит на оживлённую улицу, и даже с закрытыми окнами слышен проезжающий транспорт, в том числе машины скорой помощи. В пятницу утром, в 6:20, начали уборку улицы, и мы проснулись от шума. Возможно, это не будет проблемой для тех, кто привык к городским звукам, но для нас, привыкших к тишине, это оказалось немного некомфортно. В остальном всё было просто замечательно! Большое спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство, заботу и внимание к деталям. Мы провели прекрасное время.

Non ho mai alloggiato in un appartamento così bello, pulito, comodo e in centro, a due passi dalla stazione per il trenino del Bernina! Si accede tramite un cancello e si può parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile. All'appartamento si accede tramite codice la prima volta mentre per le successive si utilizzano le chiavi. L'appartamento è composto da uno spazioso soggiorno con divano letto, TV (con Netflix), tavolo, cucina con tutto ciò che occorre (macchinetta del caffè, brioche per la colazione e in frigorifero acqua, succhi di frutta messi a disposizione gratuitamente e gentilmente dal proprietario). Bagno grande con doccia, phon, shampoo e bagno doccia, asciugamani; uno sgabuzzino con coperte e cuscini in più ed infine la camera da letto grande con un letto matrimoniale comodissimo, TV, letto singolo e armadio. La casa è molto bella e completamente ristrutturata, tapparelle elettriche, tutto pulitissimo! L'appartamento si trova in centro, vicinissimo a tanti negozi e ristoranti. Non essere rimasta di più!

Agenzia di viaggi di fianco all appartamento per poter fare i biglietti, senza commissioni e con tutte le info ! Struttura moderna , pulita , con TUTTO il necessario. Qualche bibita e qualcosa per la colazione . Lavastoviglie, lavatrice , asciugacapelli, stoviglie e macchina da caffè espresso ! TUTTO PERFETTO ! Riccardo gentilissimo, ci siamo sentiti a casa , se torniamo da quelle parti questo sarà di sicuro il nostro punto di appoggio . Volendo trovare il pelo nell’uovo mancanza di un aspirapolvere per chi come noi viaggia con un cane 😅.
• RichardRNL (8/5): Top location and apartment and the host was - The apartment was fully equipped, and many things were complimentary, like beer and other beverages, including coffee. Close to the station and city center. Just a short walk, but still in a quiet street. Car parking on the premises. We could use the garage for our road bikes, and washing and drying were available for free. Nice bike lane to Lake Como and Bormio if you like cycling. There was nothing to wish or complain about. You need to let fresh air in the apartment. It can be a little bit damp after a day. Be aware that you are in a valley, and if you drive a bike or car, you need to climb out or stay low. Not big deal but being in a valley costs a bit more time to get somewhere.

Riccardo, l’host, è davvero in gamba e super disponibile: attento a ogni esigenza e sempre pronto a dare ottimi consigli. Un plus inaspettato, I suoi bellissimi cani, dolcissimi, che hanno fatto subito amicizia con il mio. Consigliatissimo! Tutto bellissimo e di ultima generazione.

The property is extremely modern and beautiful. There was a space for us to park our 3 motorcycles securely off the street. Only one thing: As others also wrote, there is no way to control the temperature in the flat, and little air circulation. A couple of ceiling fans would work wonders.

Apartments got everything you need and even more. Absolutely new apartment , big size room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. The best location close to everything walking distance . Brilliant host who gave us all the information and left so many treats for us . Best coffee machine and coffee we ever had . Great attention to the details are amazing better than 5 star hotel. Can’t wait to come back only to Luna Nova. We went to tirano before and stayed in other places but can’t compare them to Luna Nova . Everything perfect

• Rose-anne (10/5): Exceptional - this apartment exceeded my expectations. location is perfect. Everything is well organised. was very clean and the host is very helpful. Something which caught my attention is the towels are colour coded which I loved this idea cos everyone took a colour. and used withing the whole stay. definetly will be back next year .

• Gazmir (10/5): Exceptional - Highlights of staying in Tirano, the house! Ricardo had thought of everything! The fridge had water, drinks for kids, snacks if you were hungry, sugar, coffee, salt! Nice kitchen if you wanted to cook! Clean everything! 5min walk from Bernina train (train station)! Ricardo helped me with parking the next day, considering i was there in Tirano for the Bernina-S.Moritz train trip! House warmer then I'm used to, would be nice to have an option to turn it down or up according to guests desires!

Restaurants, bars, and supermarket within 2 minutes of walking. Highly recommend! Better describe the check in and out process.

The fact that this place does not have the option to open the windows, despite the hot and humid weather in Tirano. furthermore, the hosts do not have any arrangements for the fans, nor is there any other way for any pleasant coolness in the room. Overall, not a good experience.
• Kerry (10/5): Highly recommend - The apartment was beautiful and modern. Everything was sparkling clean. Nice touches with a basket of snacks on the kitchen counter and drinks in the fridge. The town itself is lovely, it is surrounded by mountains and spotlessly clean. The railway station is within an easy walk to the accommodation. Riccardo gave us a recommendation for dinner which was outstanding. The food and setting of this beautiful Italian restaurant was the best I have come across in Italy. The only thing was that the air conditioning was controlled by the host and the bedroom was quite warm for sleeping. You can request for it to be set to a cooler temperature and had we stayed another night I would definitely have asked for this to be done.
