• Corcoran (8/5): - The apartment was fine, clean,spacious, airy and well equipped. . We felt very safe there. We were happy to have plenty of space outside to relax in during the evenings.as well. The location seemed a bit rundown and much rubbish strewn around.
• Sorina (9/5): Great experience overall, I recommend this apartment. - The apartment is very spacious and true to the pictures. The living room is a very nice shared space, the sofa is cozy and the dining table is big enough to have meals together. The terrace is the big plus of this apartment. We could drink our coffee in the morning while enjoying the sun outside. The rooms were comfortable for sleeping. We used the air conditioning for heating because it was April and the weather was cold and windy during the nights. There were shampoos and towels in the bathroom. The communication with the host was smooth and fast each time. We got all the information in time and had absolutely no worries regarding the reservation. The location is good as well, walking to the train station takes 15-20 minutes. The area was quiet and safe, not crowded and had everything we wanted within walking distance. The cleanliness could be improved, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. We pointed it out to the host and they promised to take care of this aspect for the future. There was a tourist tax that we paid in cash after checking in. Not a great value though (2,5 euro/person/night). It was mentioned briefly in the reservation and I probably missed it or it is common practice in Italy and I didn't know. It's not a complaint necessarily but it took me by surprise and I thought of mentioning it for those traveling to Italy for the first time as well.

L'odeur d'humidité dans l'appartement, l'absence de lave-vaisselle et de grille pain bien qu'indiqués. Manque un miroir dans la deuxième chambre... surtout quand il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bains.

Tiene 1 solo Baño, lo cual no condice con el tamaño del departamento. La zona es un poco lejana y hay varios edificios parados en construction, con lo cual se hace difícil estacionar
• Laura (6/5): Modern well stocked best for family, but had bugs. - The beds were very comfortable, there were lots of towels, linens, plates, silverware, teas, waters ect. Very well stocked It was labled wheelchair accessable, but was not, no handrails, the bathroom could not get a wheelchair or walker into it. my parents were unable to use the shower for the whole stay. For someone else it would have been fine. But i booked it for the reported assesability. There were steps going into the front door. On checknout day they put in a ramp so my father could safley leave. The worst part was bugs. There was an ant infestation all over the bathroom and kitchen making them unusable and unsanitary. The host came and sprayed but tues through Sunday i cleaned up bugs all day and they kept.coming. i have photos.

• KC (9/5): Great apartment. Great base. - Great ground floor apartment. Spacious and modern feel. Clean and organised. Had everything we needed for our stay. We were warm with multiple air conditioners. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was big and sufficient. Kitchen, although very small room, had what we needed to prepare basic meals for our stay. Great smart tv. Shops close by and some within walking distance too. Close drive with ease to get straight onto the highway to explore the region. Parking was a matter of what you could find as you drove down the one-way street outside. We managed to get a park each evening we stayed within 50m. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The location itself is just a plain old urban area. But didn't impact really once you're inside the property.

• Ruxandra Iulia (10/5): Quiet and relaxing stay - Beautiful house, equipped with everything needed, they have a beautiful garden where you can drink or smoke. Air conditioning in every room including in the bathroom, there’s an umbrella for the beach. You can easily reach the apartment from the airport or train station, from the airport itself only 10 minutes drive. Quiet neighborhood, no traffic around. Amazing pizza place around the corner. Everything was nice 😊

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is equipped with everything that you might need during your stay.It's around 15-20 minutes walking distance to Brindisi train station.The owner was very helpful,always available (WhatsApp), and happy to help.We have enjoyed the neighbourhood with local bakery,supermarket and a little pizzeria close by.Also worth to mention is the garden with sitting area,especially appreciated in the morning,for the sun. Nothing :)
