- Rodriguez (1/5): WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY 35 YEARS OF TRAVELING - The place was GROSS. Bugs, Stains, uncomfortable beds, small rooms, you name it. The photos look way better than it actually is. The staff was kind and they changed our room TO THE BEST ONE THEY HAD and this "BEST ROOM" had blood clots in the bathroom, stains in the mirror, cockroaches, bed bugs... The Hotel also has a NO REFUND POLICY, so any complaint is just ignored and THE OWNER just tells you that they wont refund. We bailed from the place and went somewhere else. AGAIN, this is due to THE OWNER, the staff tried their best but they are FORCED to comply with the ridiculous policies that THE OWNER imposes.
