- Julien (9/5): - Hôtel efficace et pratique. Nous étions de passage, très bien pour cela. Bien situé dans la ville de Puno. Les personnel est très sympathique et aidant. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Nous n'avons pas eu froid à dormir.

- Hall (9/5): - Everything was clean and tidy, the staff were all super nice and helpful The hot water was a bit iffy for a day and didn’t get too hot but they fixed it in the end after we brought it up

La propriétaire a accepté de garder nos bagages pendant notre visite au lac Titicaca, sans supplément. Nous devions partir à 6h du matin pour prendre un bus. À cette heure le petit déjeuner n'était pas préparé et il n'y avait pas de boisson, alors que la propriétaire nous avait dit qu'elle aurait tout préparé.

- Penélope (8/5): Buena calidad-precio - La ubicación del hotel era cercana a la plaza de armas. La señora que nos atendió era muy amable, como teníamos que madrugar al día siguiente y no podíamos desayunar nos hizo un pequeño picnic. Las camas eran muy cómodas y espaciosas. Nada. Como comentario hay que recordar que no hay ascensor.
- Elaine (8/5): Clean and comfortable basic accommodations. - We stayed in the triple room with private bath. Very comfortable firm beds with plenty of blankets to stay warm. They also offered a portable heater for the room but we didn’t need it. Big wall of windows overlooking the street scene below. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, eggs, quinoa pancakes, bread and juice and coffee. Owners were very friendly and helped us reserve a ride to the Juliaca airport. Located a couple blocks from the main square. Everything was good at the hotel but for some reason Booking prompted them to charge us the 18% VAT tax that Peruvian nationals must pay. I’m trying to sort that out with booking since it appears to be an issue on their end and not the hotel’s fault.
- Eric (8/5): Prima uitvalsbasis voor hiketochten. - Erg vriendelijke eigenaar en vrouw. Meedenkend met onze plannen. Redelijk nieuw hotel. Daardoor ontbrak wat ‘warmte’ qua aankleding maar alles was er. We hadden een kamer aan de straatkant. En ondanks dat het een heel klein dorpje is was er tot laat in de nacht opvallend veel herrie in de straat door vrachtwagens en honden. We hadden een familiekamer geboekt maar ter plaatsen bleek die niet beschikbaar.
- YUICHI (8/5): - 部屋は、色が特徴的ですが綺麗で、バスルームも清潔に保たれています。スタッフとはスペイン語でのやりとりになりますが、スマホの翻訳機能を使えば問題なしでした。ランドリサービス（有料）もお願いしてやってもらいました。 エレベーターがないので、重い荷物がある人は階段が大変かもしれません。
- Monika (8/5): Very good - The location is great, 15 minutes walk from the bus station or the boat port where all the trips leave. 5 minutes from main square. The LOVELY lady despite no english could not be more helpfull! She allowed us into the room at 6am straight from night bus- and she MADE us coffe for free. Thank you so much we love you !!!!! The breakfast is basic but enough! The water takes a good while to come down from the top floor but it was not cold like in other places we stayed. It was good enough temperature for 3 people. We loved that the tv allowed to stream from your phone. For the price we paid (so cheap!) We really can not fault it. For this price nothing could be faulted.
