alain (4/5): Jolie maison de ville, mais pas adaptée à la location. - La maison est bien située, décorée avec goût. La propriétaire est très exigeante vis à vis de ses locataires ( caution, reglement interieur a signer, inventaire....), mais le service rendu n'n'est pas a la hauteur des exigences. La maison est vieille, avec un réseau électrique pas aux normes. Les portes et fenêtres en bois et les serrures, sont difficiles à fermer et ouvrir en raison de l'humidité et du manque'd'entretien corrects. Le personnel de garde se trouve juste à côté des chambres, donc aucune intimité. Et surtout, comme il y a de fréquentes coupures d'électricité à Diego, il n'y a aucune disposition alternative. Juste une toute petite lampe pour toute la maison, alors qu'il serait facile d'equiper au moins chaque pièce d'une lampe solaire ou rechargeable. Et Last but notre least, la réserve d'eau n'est pas en hauteur donc il y a un surpresseur electrique pour la distribution. Donc, lors des coupures d'électricité, il n'y a plus d'eau courante. Et le gardien donne des bidons d'eau.
