Guest Reviews
- Sara (1/5): Think carefully before booking this apartment!!! Awful experience - Nothing. Maybe i could say the room was clean, although when we arrived, we found dirty towels in the sink. It was probably an oversight by the cleaning staff. We were given clean towels, so we simply removed the dirty ones from the sink The furniture seems okay at first, but there are safety hazards, like exposed bolts on the bed and a modem attached to the pillow of the second bed. The room was sold for three people, but the second bed is an uncomfortable sofa bed, making it hard to sleep for more than one night. I stayed with two kids, but this place is not suitable for children, also for adults in my view, unless they fix many things.
If it's hot, you're in trouble. The website mentioned an air conditioning system, but it’s just a loud portable unit, ineffective in cooling the sleeping area. The noise makes it really impossible to sleep, so i had to turn it off, in any case, the fresh air is only in the kitchen area.
The hotel is called "Vista Parco," which means park view, but the window faces a busy, unsafe street (via ripamonti) and you can’t open the window due to safety and noise concerns (it is a first floor so easy to get in the apartment, the traffic is basically withing your room). The other side faces some trees true... but it's more of a mosquito haven without screens. The balcony also feels unsafe as it’s easily accessible. So calling it park view seems much of a stretch to me.
Lastly, the hot water wasn’t working when I arrived, and I had to take a cold shower because i realized it at 9:30 pm and no assistance was available. Despite contacting the owners via email immediately, no clear instructions were available, and the response came the next morning at 9:50 . I left the apartment early, even though I had booked for seven days, and paid more to stay elsewhere. For €130 per night, you can find a much better hotel. I regret booking this.
It might be fine for a 1-2 day stay if you can tolerate the humidity and heat in summer (I can't speak for winter), are okay with not opening windows, and don't have security concerns. Apparently is it not possible to upload photos in this review but i have many
