• Lenka (5/5): - Apartmán je prostorný. V kuchyni si lze něco uvařit, ale chybí tam hrnce a ostré nože. Dobrá sprcha. První noc fungoval internet i elektřina bez problémů, druhou prý kvůli povětrnostním podmínkám nešel internet vůbec a elektřina jen v některých částech apartmánu. Check-in měl proběhnout v 15:00. Ubytovatel nám neposlal vstupní kód ke dveřím a nereagoval na včasné ani pozdější upozornění přes oficiální chat v aplikaci Booking.com, ani na soukromém telefonním čísle uvedeném v popisu ubytování. Museli jsme telefonicky kontaktovat Booking.com, jeho pracovníkům se nakonec podařilo urgovat ubytování, aby nám poslali vstupní kód, takže jsme se do apartmánu nakonec dostali a svůj pobyt mohli uskutečnit. Telefonáty s Booking.com nás stály víc než samotné ubytování, takže jsem si u ubytovatele i Booking.com stěžovala a požadovala určitou náhradu. Ubytovatel nám poskytl o několik dní později jednu noc zdarma, kterou jsme využili. Považujeme to za férové.

• Valdez (9/5): El precio es excelente por el departamento - Ubicacion Era limpio relativamente falta limpieza en abanicos de techo y ropa de cama. Quizás un retoque en pintura de paredes . El patio olía mucho a basura y mucho ruido por parte de los vecinos.

• Ingrid (9/5): Excelente para lo que necesitaba - La ubicación excelente para lo que yo necesitaba, amplio y con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Si requiero regresar, espero haya disponibilidad para alojarme de nuevo ahí. Lo único que cambiaría sería el colchón de la cama individual y unos sillones más cómodos pero en general todo muy bien. Espero la próxima vez encontrarlo mucho mejor que ahora. El colchón de la cama individual y los sillones de la sala que eran un poco incómodos.

• Thora (1/5): No thank you - Nothing. We did not stay. The place was dirty. Internet was not working. Asked for an early check in and received it but the cleaning had not been done. When chose to not stay as we felt the unit was sadly misrepresented on the booking.com site and quite dirty with no reliable internet. The owner was willing to allow us to cancel and opt out of the nonrefundable aspect. When I opted out on the booking.com site and she was sent a link to allow the refund, she told me that it was not working. Ultimately we did not get refunded the money.
• Gerard (9/5): Will stay there again - Perfect location, close to everything, a short walk to Mercado, Cathedral etc. Didn't hear too much noise from traffic outside given it is right on a busy street. Would have been nice to have a safe in the property to store passport etc.
