• Roberta (10/5): Appartamento con ogni comfort - Appartamento curato e fornito di tutti i comfort. La zona è comodissima per spostarsi nelle varie spiaggie e si è a 10 Min dal centro (in macchina). Sotto l'appartamento ci sono tutti i servizi possibili (forno, farmacia, supermercato ecc) e parcheggi. Giovanni è stato un host discreto, organizzato e ci ha saputo consigliare le migliori spiaggie e ristoranti.

• Sara (10/5): A modern, comfortable apartment with a great host, highly recommended. - The apartment is completely new and modern, with everything inside brand new. It has two air conditioners that cool the place perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a washing machine, and the internet is fast and reliable. The host is extremely kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready to assist. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely choose this apartment again if we return to Cagliari. Parking is on the street and can be a bit busy in the afternoon, although most of the time there is a spot available nearby. The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator, which might be an issue for some guests.

La cocina tenía todo lo necesario, la cama era cómoda y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, algo clave en verano. Además, la ubicación era buena para explorar Cagliari. Lo mejor de todo fue el trato de Giovanni: fue muy amable, atento y nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Nada
• Andrea (9/5): Útulný byt na treťom poschodi - Giovanni komunikoval s nami cez WhatsApp a bol veľmi nápomocný. Ubytovanie bolo komfortne zariadené, blízko 2 obchodov s potravinami a zastávky na bus do centra a na pláž. Chýbala nám v blízkosti príjemná reštaurácia na posedenie, tie v okolí boli len streetfood.

Helped us make a reservation at a restaurant and also offered early check in and late check out. TV is smart and has Netflix. /

More than that however, Giovanni’s friendliness and hospitality is what made our stay memorable and we are very thankful for everything! Totally recommend! Everything great :)
• Sercan (7/5): A very nice stay - - It was very clean. - Giovanni was a very nice guy, seemed very open to help if any help needed or any issue arose. there was a chance that I would be late for check in, he just said not to worry about it and he’d be there when I arrive. Great flexibility and support. - One a/c in the main room and another one in the bedroom if the temperature goes high. I didn’t need it in the end of May. - Price is ok for one person and very good for two people. Little things like - the soap in the bathroom: it was more like a cream. But it’s ok 1,5 euro in the supermarket - the oil in the kitchen: a few bottles of sunflower oil, although it could be a small bottle of olive oil as Italy is a olive country. Again, it’s ok, supermarket in the help. - the pans could be better. - location is not in the city center. But it’s ok as you have some bars/restaurants/markets in the neighbourhood and it’s easy/cheap to go to the city center or beaches with bus. 12 euro unlimited travel for a week. Also cheap to use taxi if want to return late in the night. To be fair I didn’t tell anything to Giovanni about the first three things I wrote above. There is a high chance that he would take action if I shared with him. Again, he’s very nice.
• Vivek (10/5): Overall a nice and clean apartment close to some great spots for exploring Cagliari. - The host was very responsive and gave us great recommendations for exploring Cagliari. He was always prompt with responding to our questions. Additionally, street parking below the building was pretty smooth, always had ample slots to park our car. The wi-fi could have been a lot better in my opinion. We were also working while at the apartment and we found it difficult to have a strong connection to the wi-fi in all areas of the house. The building comes without a list but that's not something that can change.

• Fabian (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean, cozy and well equipped with all essentials items. There are 2 bus stops right in the front from which in appx. 10 minutes you are in the downtown. The host is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend it! I only missed the water cooker to make tee.

Will surely stay here when visiting Cagliari next time! - 1) Host was flexible with timing 2) incredibly polite, friendly, and provided recommendations about the city 3) house was extremely clean, organized, and amenities provided 4) since I did not have euros in cash for the city, the host paid it from his pocket :O not gonna lie, I sat down to think what could be negative about this place but can't really come up with anything except perhaps that you would have to take a bus (10 mint max) to get to the city center. No complains though as public transport is on-time and convenient!

• Andrej (10/5): A great place to stay, especially if you're okay with the stairs, and I highly recommend it! - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The apartment is conveniently situated, serving as an ideal hub for exploration. It's positioned between the picturesque Parco di San Michele (a pleasant 20-minute walk) and the bustling city center (a car or bus is recommended for a quick commute). Additionally, convenient shops are just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Plus, there's free street parking right by the building entrance, which is a big bonus. Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant environment. Amenities: It has a fully equipped kitchen (incl. a dishwasher and washing machine), adding convenience to the stay. Giovanni (the host) was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing local insights and assistance when needed. The only potential downside is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and the building doesn't have an elevator. This might be a bit challenging for older guests.
