• jorge alberto (9/5): Estadia en Florencia. - Nos sorprendio. El departamento 10 puntos. Su interior muy confortable y completo con sus servicios. Contaba con una terracita extetior para poder relajarnos una vez que terminabamos el día de recorrer Florencia. Un restaurante abajo al lado del ingreso....cenamos de primera. Nos sentimos muy a gusto en nuestra estadia. Muy recomendable...10 puntos.

• Laura (6/5): Passable but wouldn’t recommend - Spacious, comfortable bed, good wifi, friendly host who met us with great local tips. Good local restaurants, bakeries, gelato. General lack of cleanliness. Could do with a deep clean. We wrote to the company (not the host-he was great) to inform them that the ceiling was leaking during the rain (onto the bed) and no one bothered to acknowledge the email.
• Maue (5/5): Be prepared! - The property looked nice and the updates were somewhat appreciated Check in time was very specific. We arrived at 1400 giving Mgr proper arrival time, as he requested, only to have to wait 45 min for Pasquale to arrive without an apology. When checking in & going through all the paperwork, he announced that apt was not cleaned yet & he had no estimate when it would be ready, but we were given a cheap bottle of wine & a box of biscotti. No apology. For all the prior demands for our arrival & penalties for not checking in on time, it was beyond upsetting that the apt was not cleaned & ready, nor were we told that it wasn't ready. For a family of 5 for 5 nights, we were supplied with a place setting for 6 and only 2 dishwasher pods. No kitchen soap, shower gel, shampoos, kitchen towels, baking dishes and soaps for the bathrooms were supplied. We contacted Pasquale & he took until the next day to tell us we were on our own. To add to the experience, there was a large trail of ants on the patio along with a leaking/dripping toilet. The apt was nice, however there was not enough comfortable sitting room for 5. It was a dark apt without sufficient lighting even for reading. You're on a very busy, noisy street. Your neighbor has a dog that barks constantly. It could have been a much better experience if there weren't so many aggregious basic necessities that were not met.
• Ahmad (8/5): لا انصح في زيارة فلورنس الاماكن مزدحمه والشوارع ضيقة لاتستحق اكثر من يومين فقط - نظافة الشقه والمرافق نفس الصور المنشوره الموقع ومدخل الشقه الدوج غير نظيف والمدخل سيء قريبه من البارات الليليه ازعاج الشارع ولا يوجد مواقف للسيارات قريبه يوجد موقف عام يبعد 300 متر ومزدحم

• Leonardo (10/5): Retornando a Florença vamos ficar lá - Nossa família adorou o imóvel. O staff foi maravilhoso e localidade fantástica. Em uma pequena caminhada estávamos no centro de Florença.
• Juliya (10/5): Nice location in the beautiful Florence! - This is very nice apartment located 20-30 minutes walking to the old town. Apartment has everything you need and more: full size kitchen, washer, balcony, air conditions in each room and comfortable beds. There is no elevator, apartment located on the 1st floor but there are like 20 steps you have to go from the ground floor in order to get to the apartment. Apartment is very very spacious, plenty of room for 6 adults, it has two full size bathrooms. There is no parking spots located next to the building and in the area, but there is a parking garage 2 minutes walking towards Porta Romana, Garage La Perla and it is located at Via Senese, 17/A. There is a small and very nice restaurant right next door of the apartment, called Trattoria Da Ruggero, delicious food and a must go. Our host was very helpful with meeting us at the apartment and providing us with additional info and the restaurants in the area. Everything is great!
• Diana (4/5): The apartment slept everyone very comfortably and having a kitchen is very convenient. - The location was very convenient! When we arrived for a 10 day stay there were 4 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. One wand in the shower didn’t work and in the other shower the water leaked out under the door. I sent emails in advance regarding questions and no one got back to us re: the questions and checking in. We finally called the agency directly and they sent some one who didn’t speak English.
• Desislava (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. The host was very helpful. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. There are nice restaurants nearby and a bus station. The main sites of the city are in walking distance.
• Seamons (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was perfect!! It was open and spacious. We loved the location.

• Laurel (10/5): Really great, new place. - Really cute, new apartment with all needed amenities. I wish we had time to fully use the well stocked kitchen. Great recommendations by the host! The automatic light in the hallway is potentially bothersome if anyone sleeps in the loft.
• Eva (10/5): Warm and modern - Modern, new, comfortable and stylish apartment! A lot of space for couple of families. And the most important thing for winter - is heater. It’s really warm place! If you know what does it mean for Florence - you understand me. It’s important to have a warm house on the winter time. So, no doubts, book it -
