• Dariusz (10/5): Cudne miejsce i gospodarze. - Serdecznie polecamy. Miejsce z cudnym widokiem na morze i Zakyntos. Mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe, dobrze wyposażone, bardzo czyste, z klimatyzacją. Na tarasie leżaki i stół z krzesłami przy którym można zjeść i podziwiać piękne widoki. Gospodarze to niesamowici ludzie, bardzo serdeczni, życzliwi, czuliśmy się bardzo ugoszczeni. Zostaliśmy poczęstowani domowym ciastem, lokalnym serem feta oraz cytrynami z ich ogródka. Od Gospodarza otrzymaliśmy też szczegółowe namiary na miejsca, które warto zobaczyć. Pobyt w tym miejscu był dla nas bardzo udany. Nie było ani jednej rzeczy, która by nam się nie podobała.

The view and the calm are huge assets. I would totally recommend this accommodation without a doubt if you want to experience Greek hospitality! Nothing
• Eveline (10/5): - De hoeveelheid ruimte was erg fijn, zowel binnen als buiten. Alles wat je nodig kon hebben was klaargezet door de hosts en ze hadden ook wat extra drinken en eten voor ons neergezet. De familie was erg lief en deelde graag met ons, we kregen citroenen van hun boom, zelfgemaakte wijn en ook vers gebakken cake! 🙏😊. Stefanos is een fantastische host, niks is te moeilijk voor hem en hij maakt je graag comfortabel. Ook waren er veel lieve katten op het terrein die langs komen voor aandacht en gezelligheid, je mag ze ook voeren. Al met al verwachtingen overtroffen, veel waar voor je geld, als we nog een keer naar Kefalonia komen verblijven we weer hier! 😁 Niks
• Zoe (10/5): - Επισκεφθήκαμε το νησί την περίοδο του Πάσχα και η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν μια πραγματικά μοναδική εμπειρία — νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, μοντέρνο και προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Η τοποθεσία του είναι εξαιρετική, σε ένα ήρεμο και πανέμορφο σημείο, με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα που την απολαμβάνεις κυριολεκτικά «στο πιάτο». Η φιλοξενία του κυρίου Στεφάνου και της οικογένειάς του ήταν ξεχωριστή. Ζεστοί, αυθεντικοί και ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι, που μας υποδέχτηκαν με ευγένεια και μας προσέφεραν και πολλά καλούδια, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο όμορφη. Σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στο νησί, σίγουρα θα επιλέξουμε ξανά το Farm House. Η τοποθεσία και η ατμόσφαιρα του σπιτιού είναι πραγματικά ονειρικές. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!❤️ Όλα τέλεια
• Alison (10/5): A lovely relaxing stay in a well furnished apartment with beautiful views and a very welcoming host. - We had a lovely short stay at the Farm House. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped with everything you need. The view towards the sea is beautiful and relaxing. We also loved watching and listening to the goats being herded past the villa! Stefanos is a very welcoming host who was always available to ensure our stay was comfortable.

• Ip (10/5): Kind host with clean, modern and tidy apartment in quiet area. - The host (Steven) met us personally in the petrol station and showed us the way to his house. The house is very modern, clean and tidy and located in a quiet residential area. It is one of the best apartment during our Europe holiday. Hope we can stay few more days here. Definitely, we will stay again if we travel to this area next time. Thank you for the host hospitability. Nothing

• Błażej (10/5): 10 is not enough! - Farm House met our expectations in more than 100%! The apartment was very cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you may need on your holidays (aircon worked perfectly, washing mashine and all kitchen utensils were there, smart tv to chill on stormy evenings etc.). The terrace overlooking Zakynthos was just stunning, that view omg! Also wifi worked very good everyday. Location: just a couple of minutes drive from the nearest beaches and taverns, but a bit on the side, so it's quiet and piecefull. Stefano and his family are the greatest people, we felt very welcomed from the first day. They not only guided us to the hidden beaches around (so so beautiful!), but also induldged us with their home made specials (the cake Grandma made was delicious and feta-stuffed pastries - exactly what we needed when relaxing on the beach) :) In this case, the 10 rate is not enough, I'd give a 100! T Stefano, Ioana and The Family: thank you for having us and making our trip to Kefalonia so so cool! :)
• Matteo (10/5): Amazing villa in Kefalonia - The house is amazing, there is a view that is an heartbreak every morning when you awake. All the furnishings are new and the air conditioning is definitely fundamental when you have 35 degrees. The position permit to go in different beaches in 20-30 minutes. The plus of staying in the Farm House is the family that manage it. Stefanos’ family is helpful and warm, seems to stay at home not in another country. We loved stay there and we will come back if possibile Nothing

• Damien (10/5): Lovely stay at the apartment on kefalonia - Amazing hosts and amazing views of the sea and zykinthios. We explored the whole island from this location and it was ideal for this. Loved the cat visitors too! Nothing, it was great
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Nothing to reproach, only words of praise! Thanks to Mr Stefanos and his wife our stay in Kefalonia was simply perfect. It is hard to describe in a few words the hospitality and generosity of our hosts. When we arrived in Vlachata, Mr. Stefanos waited for us at the gas station and drove us to the location. He gave us all the information we needed (good places to eat, to visit etc) and offered us some delicious feta cheese, pomegranates and other fruits form his garden. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need, nothing was missing. Moreover, the tranquility of the place and the amazing sea view were essential for a restful holiday. I must say that everything exceeded our expectations! We hope to return at Farm House.
• Carmen (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything. The location, the people, the incredible view, the peace and last but not least the figs freshly picked from the garden by our hosts. The apartment is very well equipped, furnished with care.
• Veronica (10/5): Wonderful holiday 2023 - Words are not enough... when you have conditions like home, or even better, the feeling of well-being appears instantly and remains throughout the stay. We arrived after a car travel of almoust 20 hours... we foud cold water in the fridge, fruit juice, a bottle of wine, ice, even something for a sandwich, speechless... Throughout the location the owners were very attentive to the details: quality doors and windows, with nets, very good quality furniture, fully equipped kitchen (hob, hood, fridge with freezer, sink, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, appliances for coffee, to boil water, toaster of bread, plates and full crockery for four people), air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, spotless linen and towels, the tiled floor is easy to maintain, the spacious bathroom, the terrace with table and chairs, even with sunbeds if you don't want to go to the beach one day, barbeque. And the landscape cannot be described in words, sea view to the islands... the location is very quiet, you can relax after a hot day on the beach, the owners have a farm nearby, hence the name of the location, where we ate the best feta cheese ever, the most good figs and tasty tomatoes. We have only words of praise about the owners, they are extraordinary people, available, generous, understanding, they do this from the heart and they are genuine hosts. It was our fifth holiday in Greece, this was the best location and the price was excellent. As 7 days is not enough to explore Kefalonia, Stefanos and Johanna, we will return to the Farm House!🤗

• Victor (10/5): Exceptional - Unbelievable, unobstructed view to Zakynthos island and the bays around! Absolute gem! The house is brand new and super spacious with easy indoor-outdoor access. Most importantly the host Stefanos and his family treat you like family guests. Exceptional value for money and very high quality place to stay. The photos doesn’t show the true properties of the property - enormous kitchen and living-room, enormous outside area with bbq, comfy chairs and loungers, comfy spacious bedroom, large bathroom, etc. I would spend the whole summer there just enjoying the view.
