• Anonymous (2/5): I'd pay you to NOT stay here - Nothing. Extremely poor communication from the host, borderline uncontactable. We arrived at the accomodation after days of trying to make contact, with still no response or information about how to check in. Does not respond to messages or phone calls when trying to get check in details. Luckily saw someone leaving the apartment area and asked how to check in, he pointed over to what was similar to a TAB / gaming room across the road. Which is no problem, but maybe communicate that with some simple check in details. ANYWAY - there is a man sitting in there behind a screen, who let us into the place. Pull out couch that 2 of us slept on, was BLOOD STAINED + paper thin (no word of a lie), which we then put onto the floor because the springs in the couch were, beyond repair! And the beautiful icing on the cake was the COCKROACH INVESTED BATHROOM, where they decided to come out each night and cover the bathroom floor, witnessed by all of us staying there. Shower also floods and kitchen facilities were crap, and I'm truly not fussy. I openly told the host I was leaving exactly this review, and shock horror - no response! They simply don't care. Location of Trastevere is very cute + beautiful endless spots to eat. But please please please do yourself a big favour, save yourself the stress, and stay literally ANYWHERE but here! Ciao xx
• Thayla (7/5): Nice location, but the kitchen amenities could be better. - The location in Trastevere is very good, the apartment is easy to get to and from. It was not so easy to communicate with the host through booking.com, but after a while we got hold of someone that did our check in smoothly. The apartment could be cleaner as well, the bedsheets looked clean, but things from the kitchen like the tea towels were not. We could also have used a wine opener, wine glasses and bread knifes as there is a kitchen we would expect its facilities.
• Tzoof (1/5): Bad - We arrived for five days. The toilets were dirty, there was no soap to wash our hands, when we told the owner of the apartment he simply said there was none even though the pictures show there was and it is a very basic commodity. There wasn't even toilet paper and then he brought 2 and a half rolls for the whole five days. In addition, the internet didn't work and when we told him he claimed it was only happening to us and only came to check after three days, when he saw that there really was no wifi, he said he would bring a technician and in the end he didn't. We had to pay for more internet from the phone the whole time. And in general the apartment was filthy dirty with cigarette butts in the middle of the house. Full of dust and disgusting. Really inappropriate treatment and in conclusion I don't recommend it at all!

• Lynda (9/5): The unit is bright, spacious and and well appointed in a great location - Clean apartment, great Location and friendly host. Instructions on how and when to pick up the keys could have been clearer. There was no mugs for tea or coffee, only glasses in the kitchen.
• Laura (1/5): rude, shameless, and insulting host Think twice before booking this place. - We had a really bad experience with this host.I had an early reservation, but the day before our arrival, nobody got in touch, so I wrote asking about details for check-in. I got a message from the host in Italian (so I had to translate it to understand) that there would be a welcome person and that I should write 20 minutes before I come.I wrote 40 minutes before our arrival because we had a train from the airport and I knew exactly what time we would be there. There was no answer, and nobody welcomed us. We stayed a couple minutes, and I tried to call; there was an answer from a man in Italian who hung up after saying he was not speaking English. I was shocked and tried to call more than twice (and one time from a different phone number), but without an answer. Around 10 minutes later, a welcoming person arrived and opened the door. There was a smell, and the room was dirty—not cleaned up at all after previous tourists. He said something like, "Oh, it's not ready yet. You have to wait till 5 or 6 p.m."As there was booking information for check-in starting at 2 p.m., I was shocked and angry because we were standing outside apart with suitcases, and they couldn't say the exact time when we would get in.All this time, the apartment host didn't try to contact me. The welcome persona said that there would be a cleaning lady, but while we were standing there, no one came (we were there for around 40 minutes).I got in touch with the booking service, explained my disappointment, and asked for a refund because the host could not provide service. On top of all this mess, there was a walking cat who was living in the apartment, as the welcome person said. I have allergies!!We decided to book another apartment and thought that maybe the host would admit a mistake and refund at least a part of the money. He declined any refund.

• David (10/5): We would consider staying there again as a couple or a family with 2 kids. - The host and his team were very accommodating and kept our bags safely the entire day since our flight was late evening. The place was very well renovated and the location was excellent. I'm 5 10" and the bed was a bit short.

Unfortunately the shower has huge issues. The temperature fluctuated, the tap did not stay in preferred place and the shower head fell off. If this can be fixed then this place gets a 9 out of 10

Below the bed there were used towels and sheets obviously fro - Only Location We were waiting 40minutes in front of the place and no one gave us key or pass for key holder we were about to leave when a boy came. When he opened the apartment there were not any sheets for the second bed-sofa. We asked for sheets and towels and he opened the other bed, pull it up and there were sheets and towels which were wet, obviously used by the people before us. We also noticed that bathroom was not clean- there were insects-ants and toilet was dirty. We asked the boy to call the owner of the apartment to come. When he came he started shouting at us using abusing words.I asked him to speak with customer care reprisentative, but the owner closed the call.
