Jim (10/5): It was a cosy place too stay & relax, we enjoyed wells & the people we met - The location was perfect,we didn’t get to see anybody, we just got on with our holiday Everything was ok, it was what we thought & was great
Christopher (5/5): A great location, but for the money that we paid the accommodation was very disappointing. - The location was excellent. The lounge/dining area was spacious. When we opened the door we were greeted by a musty smell. Overall the cleanliness was poor. There were a a large number of dead flies on the window sills. The area under the dining table was covered in crumbs. The bathroom ceiling was black with mold. We were surprised to find that there were no towels. When we rang Norfolk Cottages we were told this was made clear on the website. We could hire them, but they couldn't guarantee when they would be able to deliver them. We booked the flat on Booking.com and nowhere on their site does it say that towels are not provided. Also this was not mentioned in any of the emails we were sent by Norfolk Cottages
