Guest Reviews

- Sean Paul Power (6/5): - Nice rooms, Pool, gym and free parking Chinese tour groups talk too loud in the halls and make a mess at breakfast.
The breakfast is noodle soup and other things but it's such a mess you don't feel like eating any of the weird food they have.
The exchange rate given at the reception is very bad.

- Brent (7/5): Good - I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the beds were comfortable as well. I also liked the pool on the 4th floor. It was nice and cool which was nice considering it was outdoors. The weight room had some modern looking machine weights and treadmills although there wasn't alot of variety in machine weights. The hotel is very tall (maybe 20+ stories) which meant we waited for awhile for one of the 3 elevators they have, especially if there are many guests staying there. The rooms themselves were really small, especially if you chose the standard room size but I think they have larger room sizes also.
- Noi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Qudama (5/5): Passable - A good View from up There was no one can speak English at the time of check in
- David (7/5): Good -
- Mena (1/5): Never again, because of the noise insulation and insects - The wall insulation was bad, we could hear the Chinese tourist all day long Chinese tourist, insects and the door & wall insulation
- Francesca (3/5): The hotel is overcrowded with large tour groups - Great location The hotel was very overcrowded with large tour groups. The overcrowding meant that the lifts and breakfast was difficult to use because there were too many people.
- Hoa (9/5): Superb - The breakfast buffet was ok.i think you could have had creamer available for coffee.
- Hiên (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is OK
- Jai (7/5): Good -
- Shoua (9/5): Loved the location of the hotel. - Location! Hotel is walking distance from the morning market and the malls. Loved that there are food vendors right across the street. The bus station is down the street. The rooms are very clean. Housekeeper staff was very helpful and prompt with request. The breakfast was good, there are varieties and also a noodle soup station. Wish we would've had more time to enjoy the hotel amenities like the pool and gym. The lobby is always busy, full of loud and rude tourists. I know this has nothing to do with the hotel but man, some of these tourists need to learn to be not so rude. We got pushed in elevators and butted in at breakfast buffet lines. The hotel needs more staff who can speak other languages besides Chinese and Lao.
- Daniel (8/5): We had a nice comfortable stay, everyone was very nice and easy to communicate with - Failey close to some essential shops. Not a very long walk to night markets also.
- Keith (8/5): Good and comfortable stay with a convenient location. - Good location, clean, good facilities and internet.
- Takao (6/5): Good gym but noisy. - Excellent fitness facilities. There are only 3 lifts for the guest and it was frustrating.
Breakfast during early hours was difficult because full of group tourists from China and Korea.
- Wes (1/5): Bad - The customer service at this hotel was abysmal. Upon my arrival, I called the front desk to report a malfunctioning fridge, yet no one showed up to fix it. Later, when the bathroom sink became clogged, I contacted the front desk again—only to be met with the same lack of response. Despite multiple calls, no assistance was provided, forcing me to resolve these issues myself, thanks to my technical skills. Unacceptable!
The breakfast experience was nothing short of chaotic. Guests were practically scrambling for food while staff stood by, utterly incapable of maintaining order. Fruits ran out frequently and were rarely restocked on time. To make matters worse, guests were sometimes forced to eat at dirty tables—a truly appalling experience.
The elevators were a nightmare. Constantly jammed and overcrowded, they left many guests with no choice but to use the stairs. Clearly, the property’s infrastructure cannot handle the volume of guests it accommodates.
As for the rooms, the air conditioners are poorly positioned, blasting cold air directly onto the bed, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. To add insult to injury, the bed linens are only changed after repeated complaints—another glaring example of this hotel’s complete disregard for basic hospitality standards.
- Joseph (5/5): Passable - I liked the gym, the pool as well as the sauna. There were a lot of cockroaches in our room and the cleaners were very lazy to clean our room when we asked them too and when they did clean they didn’t do it properly.

- Nuttapon (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (2/5): Not that nice! - Location is good and staff very polite and kind They charge extra with excuse of a dirty pillowcase. The hotel not really finished. Managers need training. They do not function the way a normal hotel should. It is a pity!
