Guest Reviews
- Rich (10/5): Great House close to Llyn Brenig VC. - The location and facilities in the house are excellent. Nice big kitchen and scullery. Lounge is relaxing with a nice snug too. Heating worked well too for an old house. The house was everything we expected. There’s no internet connection but we knew that from previous reviews, so we prepared for it using the Visitor Centre just up the road.
- Heike (9/5): We had a fantastic time and didn‘t want to leave. Would return at anytime. - A very cute and quirky house. The decoration and interior design matching the atmosphere. Very spacey. Beautiful surroundings. So peaceful and a lot of wild life. Yes, wifi code, but no reception. No tv (we didn‘t miss it in the end but only stayed 5 nights and had good weather). A telephone should be in the house for emergency calls!
- Jenny (9/5): Perfect place to relax and have fun with your family with all the sights of northwales less than an hours drive. Loved i - The location was dreamy, beautiful scenery, huge farmhouse with ample space for the 7 of us. Full kitchen equipment. Limited Wi-Fi but we didn’t really need it and we informed beforehand. Beds in the family room weren’t as comfy as the others but not a big issue! We throughly enjoyed our stay.
- Guest (10/5): A perfect way to celebrate with family. Excellent location, very relaxing! - It was a really good size and had everything we needed. The kids didn’t like the WiFi was a bit hit and miss. We didn’t mind at all!
- Stuart (9/5): Very comfortable and great room sizes - The space. The WiFi - needs a satellite system- was rubbish
- Philip (9/5): Quality farmhouse with isolated peace and quiet - Wonderful farmhouse, great location, super clean and well provisioned. Lack of WiFi and phone signal were a minor frustration.
- Przemek (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect house for family weekend out in beautiful Wales
- Sabryna (9/5): Gorgeous, comfortable home, perfect base for exploring Snowdonia. - It is a gorgeous traditional home with stunning surroundings, very comfortable and suitable for families. We would have loved some lined or blackout curtains in the bedrooms! The kids were up like larks before 6 a.m., and they would have slept a bit longer in a darker room.
- Honour (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lawrence (10/5): A fantastic family stay! - It was in beautiful, isolated location with stunning views! Very comfortable and well equipped for our three generations staying! Loved the firepit - so great to sit around with glass of wine and enjoy views and the sound of sheep bleating, two fridges, washer, and Aga and electric range! There was also a pizza oven but we weren’t brave enough to try!! Thankyou Wi-Fi almost nonexistent but on the plus side, we spent time talking. Also phone signals not great especially 3!
- Tom (8/5): Beautiful house, anything you would require was there for you. - House was beautiful Internet coverage wasn’t great
- Nalin (8/5): Overall stay was amazing.. - The scenery of the location was breathtaking plus the Freedom It would have been easier if we had got the directions for the location
