• Nadine (10/5): A ne pas manquer pour un séjour à Albufeira - C’est vraiment un très bel endroit . Proche de la vielle ville . Vue sur sur la piscine . L’appartement au top ,propre spacieux a une vue incroyable sur la Marina . . Restaurants et Bars à quelques pas ..ainsi une supérette . L’accueil est chaleureux , merci à André d’être au petit soin pendant tout le séjour !! Rien

• Marco (10/5): Espetacular!!! - Apartamento excelente, com todos as comodidades. Não nos faltou nada e sentimo-nos em casa. A vista incrível sobre a marina de Albufeira, junto aos bares, cafés, supermercados, farmácia etc... A varanda top mesmo por baixo da piscina. O nosso grande obrigado ao Sr. André que nos recebeu de uma forma estrondosa, acompanhou a nossa estadia e disponibilizou-se a qualquer hora caso fosse necessário. Voltaremos em com toda a certeza!! Nada a apontar!!!!

• Ian (10/5): - A lovely apartment, with a fabulous view over the marina. Exceptionally clean and very well appointed, everything you need is available. Great communication from the host prior to arrival, with good recommendations for restaurants, golf etc. Andre, met us at the apartment and gave great information about the facilities and local area, which was very much appreciated. This being the first time my wife and myself have visited Portugal, having such a great apartment, enhanced our holiday enormously. For the very reasonable price, we really can't fault the lovely holiday accommodation.
• Ilja (10/5): Voldeed helemaal aan de verwachtingen! - Eigenlijk alles was goed. Brandschoon, in het appartement aanwezig voor zowel lang als kort verblijf. Uitstekende ontvangst en uitleg gekregen. Gratis parkeren in overdekte parkeergarage onder het complex. Zwembad fijn, wel wat koud in maart. Locatie erg centraal maar toch rustig. Leuk uitzicht over de haven vanuit je balkon op het zuiden. Diverse restaurants en entertainment direct bij de haven terwijl oude stad op een korte wandeling langs de kustlijn ligt. Alles was helemaal prima. Een leuke upgrade zou een smart tv zijn waarop Netflix etc te zien zou kunnen zijn.

• Judith (10/5): A perfect location and accommodation in a quiet area of Albufeira. - We were met by Andre outside the apartment and he showed us round. We were made to feel very welcome. The apartment was perfect. It was wonderful having our breakfast in the sunshine overlooking the marina. To get to the centre of Albufeira was a picturesque walk overlooking the sea. There were plenty bars and restaurants at the marina and a couple of supermarkets very close by. Queries were answered promptly and Rui also organised our transport back to the airport. I would highly recommend the Marina Sea Apartment when staying in Albufeira. There was nothing to dislike
• Courtney (10/5): Great apartment in a great location - The accommodation was close to restaurants, bars and all the boat trips. It was also in reasonable walk to the old town and the beach. The accommodation itself is well appointed with great views over the marina. Spar within easy reach. Two single beds in the main bedroom. There are a number of steps to the marina just to make people aware but no problem for us.

• Kathy (10/5): Lovely Location - We were greeted by Andre, who was very helpful in explaining how things work & he also made recommendations of activities in the area. Location overlooking the marina was great, as we watched the tour boats leave & return each day. Lots of restaurants along the walkway to choose from. The apartment was comfortable with a nicely equipped kitchen. Taxis out front that will take you into the center or to the beaches. We had a car, so it was convenient having free underground parking provided. Also, having an elevator to access our unit with luggage.

• Ondrej (9/5): - Very good location, with options to visit restaurants and bar nearby. Apartment with pool was really nice and spacy. Options to do walks and running in the area. During the weekend, there was a bit of noise from the street at night, even when our windows were closed.
• Julian (10/5): - Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Urlaub und angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird (z.B. auch eine Waschmaschine). Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und wir haben sie in einem sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Die Lage ist hervorragend in der Marine gon Albufeira (vor allem für einen Tauchurlaub) und der Ausblick vom Balkon war sehr schön auf den Hafen. Der inkludierte Parkplatz war super praktisch. Der Check-In sowie Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Alles in allem, hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt :) Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Aufklappbett im Wohnzimmer, da es sehr wenig Komfort bietet. Hier könnte eine etwas gemütlichere Schlafmöglichkeit geboten werden. Das Schlafzimmerbett war hingegen groß und gemütlich.

• Sabrina (8/5): Bel emplacement sauf pour les plages. Appartements et équipement à améliore. - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’espace des pièces, très confortable et pratique. L’emplacement est idéal, avec beaucoup d’animation et de restaurants à proximité. L’accès par ascenseur ainsi que la présence d’un parking pour l’appartement sont également de vrais atouts. Quelques points pourraient être améliorés : les lits individuels réunis dans la chambre parentale n’étaient pas très confortables et le canapé-lit, trop vétuste, ne se refermait plus correctement. Certains équipements mériteraient une rénovation (placard étroit, murs abîmés, petite chasse d’eau, balcon exigu). Nous avons aussi rencontré des difficultés avec le parking et la chambre donnant sur la rue manquait de rideaux, ce qui obligeait à fermer le volet. Pas accessibilité pour plage obligé de prendre la voiture.

• Suzanne (10/5): Great location and lovely apartment made our stay very enjoyable - The location and presentation of the apartment were exceptional. We have stayed in quite a few apartments and this was one of the best we have stayed in and good value for money. The view of the marina from our balcony was lovely and the nearby restaurants were very good There were simple unexpected thoughtful touches like the provision of washing machine tablets/kitchen roll and coffee pods etc which are not normally provided in similar accommodation. There is hardly anything that we didn’t like but if we had to list anything maybe the over bath shower could have been better. Also on entering the main building the entrance door lock proved a bit tricky and on a couple of occasions we were concerned we were not going to be able to get in.
• Mary (10/5): Excellent choice - Fantastic location. Excellent for water excursions. Everything one needed on site. Quite during the night. 15 minutes picturesqe walk to the old town. Public transport could be better in Albufeira itself. 2 bus journeys to get to the train station!

• Jama (4/5): Very disappointed with the fact that my wallet got stolen when it was left in the apartment for certain! - I like the location of the property as it is close to many activities I didn’t like the fact that I for certain left my wallet in the apartment as I used it the night before leaving and realised I left it once I shut the door. They claimed they never found a wallet as it had a substantial amount of euros in it!!
• Hansu (9/5): Great place to plan, live and enjoy your days in Albufeira - Stayed there between 3-19 July 2024 with my sons aged 8 and 15 y.o. Everything was the same as those shown on the photos. Great location, wonderful view over the marina from the balcony, comfy rooms, well equipped kitchen and bathroom utencils (clean and superb condition), powerful AC (2×), the pool, free garage under the building. The location; yes again. The facility is in a very privileged part of the town: isolated from the over-active and crowded old center by a 15 min. walk. The flat enjoys the cool breeze and silence at nights Special thanks to Mr. Andre! He helped us with full professionalism and patience literally at any time we needed and made us feel like real guests. Obrigado carissimo Andre + abraço. And thanks to Mr. Rui as he started mailing us warmly right from the 1st minute of the reservation (2 months before the arrival) and kept updating us during the course of time. Thank you Mr. Rui. Nothing so far. The pool might need more adequate cleaning but still OK and absolutely day saver for the exhausted folks and sun lovers.

• Barbara (8/5): Very good - We were there mid-February and I was concerned about what would be open at the Marina. There were a good number of restaurants open and boat trips still being offered. Distance was a short walk into Old Town, about 15-20 minutes. Lots of restaurants open in Old Town.

• James (10/5): Properly and service matches the beautiful country - I’ve stayed many times in Albufiera. This location was perfect for me travelling solo with 2 young kids. Lots of space, kids had the bedroom I used huge pull out sofa, location great, very secure We had a slight issue with alarm in kitchen - however it was dealt with straight away, you can never moan about an alarm going off or complain about it. It was just a fault and they left me wine and cakes for the kids which wasn’t necessary

• Alla (9/5): Superb - Beautiful big apartment. Perfect location on the Marina - all tours leave from there, many restaurants, 10 minute walk to old town. Beds are very comfortable; bathroom clean and has full tub; all appliances in kitchen. Nice big balcony overlooking the Marina. Door lock is tricky. We weren't shown how to properly open it when we got there and couldn't get back in that evening. However after calling, someone came in 10 minutes to help. No issues after that.
• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect place 😀 - Great location and view from the balcony, underground parking with an elevator directly to the floor, nice and professional staff, clean and tidy apartment, short walk to the city centre. Table and chairs on the balcony are not like on the picture - it would be nicer with a smaller ones so that you can sit close to each other. The TV is kind of small but there was not much time to watch it 😀

The apartment had everything you needed fantastic location, would I stay again, yes definitely.

It was bright, airy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with brilliant views. Everything we needed to make a holiday enjoyable was available in the immediate vicinity, while the old town of Albufeira was a short picturesque walking distance away. All the tour boats left from the harbour below the apartment. In short we can't wait to go back. Having to come home!
