• k (7/5): Voor 1 nacht prima. - Schoon, goed uitgerust appartement (fruit, vaatwastabletten, wasmiddel, tosti ijzer). Balkon met mooi uitzicht. Bak water voor de hond was gevuld bij aankomst. Super goed verzorgd alles! Last minute geboekt. Even problemen met contact, geen code of informatie om binnen te komen. Na even stressen toch goed gekomen. Appartement in heel groot appartementencomplex. Stadje is weinig te beleven.

• Stefan (5/5): 50/50. - Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es fehlte an nichts! Die Waschmaschine konnte gut genutzt werden, auch Waschmittel und Weichspüler waren vorhanen. Es gab die Möglichkeit, gewaschene Wäsche auf den Balkon zu trocknen, leider viel zu wenig Wäscheklammern. Sehr schnelles Internet (130mb/s) Sehr großer TV (50") mit Internetzugang. Gemütliches Sofa Die Aussicht war je nach empfinden schön, wenn man es mag eine große Hafenanlage zu sehen. Aber auch kleine Boote können an der Promenade besichtigt werden. Sehr gute Pizzeria in der Nähe! Zugang zum Zimmer über Safe mit Code, was einen Individuellen Check in möglich machte. Trotz des großen Wohnkomplex war die Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Der wie angegeben "Parkplatz Inklusive" ist öffentlich an der Straße in einen Wohngebiet. Es war furchtbar überhaupt einen Parkplatz zu finden und dieser war dann noch weit weg von der Unterkunft zu laufen. Ja, es wird auch darauf hingewiesen, dass der Parkplatz an der Straße ist, aber hätte ich gewusst, dass es so schwer werden kann einen Parkplatz zu finden, hätte ich mir eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, die gewaschene Wäsche in der Wohnung zu trocknen. Wir waren seit einer Woche in Kroatien unterwegs und hatten extra eine Unterkunft mit Waschmaschiene gesucht. Leider gab es auch auf Nachfrage keinen Wäschetrockner, so das wir das Bad zum Trocknen der Wäsche nutzen mussten. Die Matratze ist entweder zu Dünn oder durchgelegen. Ich habe das Lattenrost gespürt. Es fehlte auch etwas an "Liebe" Ein Bild an der Wand , ansonsten Kahle Wände. Die Batterien der Deko und der Uhr waren leider leer. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem großen Wohngebiet in der vierten Etage. In der Unterkunft selbst merkt man davon zum Glück nichts. Es gibt hier immer noch ein Problem mit Ameisen. Diese liefen in der Küche überall herum. Was tut der Besitzer dagegen??? Oder, warum macht er dagegen nichts. Es ist ja nicht die erste Bewertung, die von Ameisen berichtet.

The balcony offers a wonderful sea view, with a high table, bar stools and nicely maintained plants along the railing. The host was very kind and accommodating – she even let us leave our luggage with her for the whole day. Everything was clean and tidy, and I was especially impressed by the perfectly white bed linen with traditional embroidery on the pillows. My only regret is that, due to personal obligations, we couldn’t stay longer.

Jeden 4.Tag wurde saubergemacht und es nochmal Kuchen gab. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch Ploce alles bietet was man zur Erholung benötigt. Schönes Hafenstädtchen Nette Menschen Die Waschmaschine hatte einen schlechten Ablauf, so das bei jeder Nutzung das Wasser auf dem Boden lief Die Dusche war sehr klein und die Türen hatte man schnell in der Hand dennoch waren das keine Probleme die einem den Urlaub verderben konnten

• Janet (10/5): Modern apartment close to all amenities - Modern facilities including an oven and hob. Plenty of shampoo etc. Big tv which we don't watch tv but it's there if you want it. Large couch and large corner style bed with lovely covers. Owner made very good contact in English regarding entry on arrival. Mother lives next door so useful to contact. Area reasonably quiet with a small balcony. Walking distance to bus station and ferry. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery shops very close including bigger supermarkets within walking distance. Lift to upper floors. The whole of the apartment block is huge and can appear a bit strange but the apartment itself is very modern. The area near the entrance to the lift and the lift itself is also a little daunting on arrival but don't worry, as we had no problems getting to the 4th floor and to the apartment as it all worked well.

• Banović (9/5): Jako smo se lijepo osjećali i rado bismo opet došli! - Lijepo uređen, uredan apartman, sa svim potrebnim uređajima, na sjajnoj lokaciji! Domaćini su nam za doček ostavili prefine kolače u frižideru.

Host gave very clear directions and her mother (who lives next door) even brought us in some cheesecake as a welcome. I found the external and foyer of the building a little daunting at first (socialist era building) but everyone we spoke to was very friendly and apartment inside is lovely. Ploce is a port town so buldings aren't pretty but the area is and the people are nice.

• Roland (1/5): - Die Dame des Hauses bemüht sich sehr. Aber : Das Apartment befindet sich in einem alten baufälligen Hochhaus, der Lift und das Stiegenhaus sind in einem desolaten Zustand. Die Bewertungen auf Booking.com sind leider irreführend.

• cristina susana (10/5): - Estaba todo muy excepto la entrada al edificio muy poco mantenido..una llegado al departamento estaba todo bien y la madre que.vive al lado nos recibió muy bien y esto lo valoro mucho porque lamentablemente (somos.grandes) todo es a distancia y no es muy agradable cuando no hay nadie para recibirlos.. El agua caliente para ducharse no alcanzaba para dos personas

Качественное постельное бельё, полотенца. С балкона открывается великолепный вид на набережную. Хозяева очень приятные, всегда были на связи. Большое спасибо за угощения! Город Плоче оставил самые приятные впечатления. Много больших магазинов расположеных в пешей доступности от дома. Городской пляж находится в 10 минутах пешком от дома. Пляж очень читстый и немноголюдный. Мы хотим вернуться! Очень рекомендуем эту квартиру.

• Ivana (9/5): - Čisto i uredno. Dobra lokacija s balkonom. Dobro opremljen apartman. Lijepi pogled. Gostoljubiva vlasnica dočekala me s finim domaćim kolačem i kavom. Osjećala sam se ugodno, topla atmosfera. Centar je blizu .puno kafića i restorana u blizini.
• Aude (7/5): Petit village de pêcheur agréable et appartement très fonctionnel et plutôt sympathique. La propriétaire est très effica - Les réponses rapides de la propriétaire et sa disponibilité. La vue depuis le petit balcon de l’appartement. Un studio agréable avec un équipement très complet. La salle de bain un peu dans son jus. Quelques fourmis dans l’appartement et surtout dans la salle de bain. L’entrée de la résidence qui fait très peur … on dirait un lieu de squat et de deal … tout est cassé, la lumière ne fonctionne pas …
• Michaela (7/5): - Toll ausgestattete Wohnung, wir haben super geschlafen. Kuchen und Früchte haben im Kühlschrank auf uns gewartet. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr! Die Lage. Leider war der Hausflur und die Gegend weniger schön, die Bilder auf Booking zeigen etwas anderes und auch die 3 Sterne sind irreführend. Wir kamen nachts mit 2 kleinen Kindern an und fühlten uns tatsächlich unwohl. Ich finde den Preis leider zu hoch für diese Gegend.

• Paul (4/5): Als Zwischenstopp bei niedrigeren Zemperatiren im Ordnung. Kein Quartier für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt, da der Ort au - Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Obst und Wasser waren eine nette Begrüßung Sauberkeit in Ordnung Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Der Hauseingang war nicht sehr schön.

• mklffo (7/5): Für die Durchreise gut und praktisch - Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hochhaus, vierter Stock, direkter Blick auf das Wasser. Sehr schöner Ausblick. Parken, auch mit Kleinbussen, ist kein Problem auf dem riesigen Parkplatz des nahen Einkaufszentrums. Die Wohnung eignet sich besonders für Radfahrer/Biker, die mit wenig Gepäck reisen: Alles ist vorhanden, egal, ob Körper-oder Wäschepflege. Zahnbürste mitbringen reicht. Clever sind die hochbeinigen Stühle auf dem Balkon-man kann sitzen und hat einen guten Blick über die Brüstung hinweg. Die Tochter der Vermieterin hat sich vor und während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gut per E-Mail um uns gekümmert. Danke. Das Neretva-Delta ist allemal für eine kurzen Aufenthalt interessant. Die Vermieterin selbst ist nicht in Erscheinung getreten. Der Weg in die Wohnung (Treppenhaus, Fahrstuhl) ist schon etwas beklemmend. Das Apartment besteht aus einem Wohnraum, darin Bett, Couch, Tisch mit Stühlen, Küchenzeile und großem Fernseher, natürlich Toilette und Schrank im kleinen Flur. Wie man auf die Idee kommt, vier Sterne zu geben oder eine Bewertung von 10, ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Meiner Meinung nach geht es bei der Bewertung mehr um Vergleichbarkeit zu anderen Wohnungen/ Unterbringungen. Die Wasserabflüsse sollten unbedingt gereinigt werden. So viele Reinigungsmittel für den gleichen Zweck wirken unübersichtlich und überladen.

She showed us everything we needed - Beautiful view in a nice wee area overlooking harbour, good wee balcony , lots of cafes on same street and nice walk round the coast line. • parisimatt89 (9/5): - Di passaggio da Porto Tolero, abbiamo soggiornato una notte nella struttura. Dall'esterno l'impressione non è ottima, palazzone enorme in una città industriale. Una volta giunti nell'appartamento però il discorso cambia radicalmente. Il monolocale è piccolo ma ben arredato, perfetto per le nostre necessità. Cucina fornita di ogni confort, molto pulito, il bagno datato ma con tutto il necessario. Piccolo balcone su cui è possibile stendere i panni. E' presente una lavatrice.

• Ebbe (8/5): Inexpensive and "real Croatia" break, if you are driving from Split to Dubrovnik. - The entrance to the building + the elevator was dark and not very clean. But once we got to our floor, it was well lit and claen. The host was wonderful and had her own fresh baked bread ready for us :-) She didn't speak much English, but her big smile and a bit of sign language took care of that. We quite easily found a parking space right in front of the building (no fees). Ploce is not exactly among the prettiest towns in Croatia, but we wanted to experience the "real Croatia" away from the tourist spots, and we had just that. Not fancy, but very cheap and just wonderful people everywhere.
