It had all the facilities we needed. Only gets Sun for a few hours in the morning so could be cool. The towel rail in bathroom is hanging off the wall. Wi-Fi comes and goes.
Can be noisy early morning.

2. Large apartment in an excellent residential complex on the 2nd floor, with a large, comfortable terrace.
3. TV shows local channels without subscription.

8. Beautiful decor on the balcony. At first glance, everything necessary for life is there, except there are some significant drawbacks:
1. Single-glazed windows - street noise annoys.
2. The kitchen is less than one meter wide from the panel to the wall. There is a triangular table and 2 small, unstable chairs. This makes moving around and cooking in the kitchen difficult and dangerous. Only one person can fit in the kitchen.
3. The microwave's plate doesn't spin, and the insides and all the handles of the kitchen cabinets and microwave are sticky.
4. The spoons are difficult to clean by design and do not seem clean too.
5. There's no hanger for jackets & umbrellas. A useless stand takes up the corridor. Shoes and bags are placed in the aisle, and jackets you put on chairs.
6. The room has a large round glass table and a broken coffee table. They're inconvenient to use, because they are round.
7. The sofa doesn't fold out, and when folded, it's unsuitable for lounging. There's no dedicated sleeping area and bed sheets for a second person.
8. The closet rails in the bedroom are dirty.
9. There's no hand soap in the kitchen, and the ceramic soap dispenser in the bathroom is broken.
10. The shower drains slowly.
11. The floor throughout the apartment is sticky (the photo shows my slippers on my second day). The mop is covered by old debris and hair, it is placed on the balcony. The balcony, table, chairs, dryer, and washing machine on the balcony are dirty.
Thus this apartment is suitable for only ONE person.
And this person have to buy a hand soap for 80 cents and laundry detergent at the supermarket downstairs, along with trash bags (only 2 were provided for a week), and bring their own shoehorn and earplugs.

- Yurii (8/5): Good - This is a wonderful, spacious and creatively decorated apartment. A special pleasure was to have the huge balcony-terrace, which you can access from any room. The apartment is in the same building as Superdino, in 3 minutes away from Mercadona. Everything is nearby: restaurants, beaches, Martianez pools. The apartment is well equipped for a long-term stay, lots of beautiful and comfortable dishes, a comfortable bed and sofa, high-speed fiber-optic internet. The building has its own swimming pool. Everything was clean, the apartment is a bit cool and we had to use a heater fan couple times (in early March), the sun is only in the morning until 11:00, which could be an issue in winter, but in the summer that's what you want. The quality of service by the management company is good but could be better. Although they were responsive and helpful, we had some issues which could have been avoided. Cleaning arrived to the appartment together with us, which resulted in 2.5 hours check-in delay. They have failed to produce the keys from pool area during our 2.5 weeks stay there even after couple of reminders. Luckily there is other entrance to the pool area (side of the building opposite to the lifts; from appartment go right) which we used instead. They use a pin-code lock on the appartment door and pin expires after 2 weeks which we weren't aware of. If they know about such behaviour of their system, they could have generated a new pin-code for us in advance and we wouldn't be sitting under the door locked out of the appartment waiting for new pin-code to be generated.
