• Cocchiara (9/5): Great stay - We had a great stay and the owner was very attentive and showed up whenever we need him. The house was lovely and in a great location. However, the only problems we faced were, the mattress in the master bedroom was quite uncomfortable so this could do with an update and we noticed a few areas of the house didn't feel as clean as you would like. No major problems though and our experience was very positive. Would book again.

Basen posprzątany w pierwszy dzień naszego pobytu. Jest grill. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu dobrze działająca. Super kontakt z właścicielem, mieliśmy mała awarie prądu a właściciel momentalnie zainterweniował. Polecam spędziliśmy super tydzień w 8 osób.

• Michael (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer schönen Villa mit Pool. - Sehr schöner Pool, sehr geräumige Villa zu einem günstigen Preis, nicht weit von diversen Stränden, Restaurants und Supermärkten entfernt. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Adapter-Stecker haben gefehlt (kann man im Supermarkt kaufen). Küchenkästen teilweise reparaturbedürftig.

• Katarína (7/5): - Villa is big for group of friends or big family. 4 sleeping rooms all with balcony. upstairs is 1 bathroom for 3 sleapingrooms and in 1 sleepingroom is small private bathroom. downstairs is 1 small bathroom still. big livingroom and big kitchen. behind the house is nice garden is the shadow side there are livig 4 cats behind the threes 1 cat is realy friendly and come to people other are shy. but we gave them all food and water everyday. The Villa isn´t fit and new anymore. Should be renovated or repair because some closet doors we couldn´t open cause we get the door in the hand in my room was the TV destroied and 1 balcony door could´nt beclosed, I texted the owner he knows it whats everything isn´t ok in house. we got just 1 key for 5 people but self chcek in with key box is an solution because we left the key there all the time when we went out and the first who came back got the key from box. pool is great but it miss an poolcatcher to clean the water. some furniture was tired and not fixed. 1 tv was destroyed and 1 balcony door could´nt be closed. the owner know the problems. the coffe machine should be cleaned because you wait for small cup of coffe 10 min. more bigger cups for coffee would be nice. just 1 ashtree for 5 people isn´t enough. the pillows in livivngroom should be changed or wash in laundry machine cause they all ware dirty. the street with all villa are sometimes too noisy casue close to our villa is wedding villa and when they make a party is loud. in the next villa were some guest the made party at 2 o´clock in the night .So I have to say if you have a luck is quiet if you don´t have a luck is loud.

• Konrad (10/5): Fantastic Villa! - The villa was delightful and very spacious inside with a large living room and kitchen which were great for hanging out in and would also be good for entertaining guests. It's also in a really good location, with lots of amenities (shops, pharmacy, restaurants etc..) and Nissi beach only a short walk away. It's only one road parallel to the main road leading into Ayia Napa town, but was far away enough that the road was quiet and didn't have lots of people or cars passing by frequently. The host was delightful as well and non-intrusive but very contactable via WhatsApp when needed (and it wasn't really needed at all during our stay!). The photos also don't show that the villa also has a beautiful garden at the back of the property with a covered seating area and was a lovely place to relax in the evenings! All the rooms were air conditioned and there were TVs in each room apart from the kitchen (not that we really used them) and all the bedrooms had direct access to a balcony as well. Would make a great place to stay for a family or group of close friends (such as we were), and I hope to be able to stay there again if I'm back in Aiya Napa anytime soon! There really isn't anything that I didn't like about the property! Was a lovely stay
