• Jessica (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Location was beautiful when you left and walked down to relax on the beach. The main problem was it was super noisy. Also light floods into the room from the corridor (as there’s a window with small blind into the corridor).
• Alexandra (5/5): Good - Good location, on the beach. No ventilation in the bathroom so appartment his very humid and smell humidity alot. No ventilation in the kitchen. Room will smell if you cook anything in the kitchen

Su ubicación dentro de un hotel es maravillosa porque permite utilizar las instalaciones como playa y piscina. Las instalaciones del apartamento eran modernas y accesibles. Gracias a los anfitriones: respondieron todas mis dudas de manera atenta y rápida. ¡La vista al atardecer sobre la laguna es inolvidable! Solo recomendaría poner más zonas para colgar toallas y ropa mojada. Al no tener esto, uno termina ubicando los elementos mojados sobre las sillas, lo que las va a terminar dañando. Por lo demás, increíble estancia.

• Sadaf (2/5): Very poor - It was ok the pics are deferent in the website , it’s a small room it wasn’t clean at all they don’t clean the place after each guest , it has no shower the room has roches , we had no fridge for 2 days the location is ok . I don’t recommend this place it’s not worth it for the money . Once you pay them don’t care about you they answer the questions for hours . I am so disappointed about the view of the room .
• Liz (10/5): BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH THE BEST VIEW AND LOCATION IN CANCUN! - Tranquil Weekend Escape at Loua Boutique Studios. From the moment we arrived at Loua Boutique Studios, we felt as though we had stepped into a serene little dream. Tucked away in a quiet corner that somehow feels both secluded and connected, Loua is more than just a place to stay—it's a sanctuary. This boutique condo is super confy and has the perfect location in Cancun! We had the most beautiful sunset from our window, a real paradise. The studio has free access to the best amenities of the hotel, the pools, the gym, the lounges, the beach is there, just steps away from our room. We had the option to buy food from the cafeteria and to buy a day pass for the meals at the restaurant. The air conditioner worked perfectly! I was real surprised to read some less than perfect reviews, this is my second time staying here and I LOVE IT! We choose it because it has the perfect location and the amenities are great! We choose to stay at an Condo with all the extra amenities from the hotel. We know the hotel has extra rules, like the day pass, but we have the freedom to take the day pass some days, enjoy our freedom to eat in other places and also to visit other locations around Cancun. This place offers you all the options! The condo is super comfy, they provide everything to enjoy, even free internet. We are planning to come back this year, because we love it here! Be ready to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from your room! this is paradise.
• Zoltan (3/5): Poor - The place was dirty, the sheets were old, worn out, and felt gross, one of the towels had a strange brown stain (you can imagine what it looked like), and the other towel had holes in it. The AC and for some reason, even the plastic plants smelled really bad. On top of that, the place is incredibly loud – don’t expect a good night’s sleep. :(
• Jenny (2/5): Host was not helpful. The accomodation was clean and had beach front. - It was nice having beach front and sun beds/ pool from the adjacent hotel. There was no hot running water to shower. The host gave very unclear instructions, she said the room was ready via text but the access code doesn’t activate until 3pm so not very helpful. We asked for airport transfer to be arranged and paid approx 700mxn peso before the day only to get picked up by the host & her daughter not by a cab company. She couldn’t help us with our luggage, we would’ve preferred a legit airport transfer company to pick us up and could help with baggage for that price. She was also late to pick us up even though we provided flight details. No hooks/ hangers in the accomodation to hang clothes.

• Benjamin (6/5): Pleasant - Location 1.- It is listed as having a 24-hour front desk, but it actually does not have front desk service at all. 2.- There was no one available at the place to provide any support to check in when I arrived. I called the venue phone number listed in the confirmation information, but no one answered. 2.- I requested an airport shuttle service a few days before arrival, but I got a late response asking if I still wanted the service: I had already arrived to Cancun and arranged a taxi by my own.
• Janelle (1/5): Do not stay here, false advertising!! - Terrible experience. When booking we specifically filtered our search for an airport shuttle. No shuttle. 60US from the airport, 30US to return. Check-in was terrible. The confirmation email wasn’t good enough for the security at the gate of the property. Had to have the cab driver call the host to clarify because we had no wifi. Once inside we couldn’t access our room because we never got the proper door code. Once again had to have someone call for us because of no wifi. The host was rude and hung up on me once she gave me the code. The room STINKS! Sewer odour. The air conditioning does NOT work. It was 23 when we arrived, we set it to 18, it never dropped below 23. There’s a fan to circulate the already hot air. The place wasn’t the cleanest. Dirty floors, hair on the stove and a huge ball of hair on the shower drain. Nothing around except an OXXO across the street and 2 pricey restaurants. Stay anywhere but here. False advertising.

• Lee-ann (7/5): Recommend and Patricia is amazing - When I arrived unexpectedly the cleaning staff didn’t make it that day so Patricia got me a new room and made sure my original room was ready for me the next morning. She helped me move to the hotel helped me no hassle rent a car and suggested a great place called zentik project for me to stay in Valladolid and things to do. Her information and help made my trip amazing.
