The hotel is centrally located near the Jaisalmer Fort and they do have a car parking outside the property. They could add a couple of amenities like a hair dryer and a dental kit.

Protima (1/5): Thay have spoiled my Jaisalmer trip. - Room only look good, but AC doesn’t work, I came here on 24 April 25 ( off season) , they changed 7 rooms then finally we got 2 rooms where also ac was not up to the mark. Some how we just spent the night. AC doesn’t work we spent a very tough night, our all mental peace gone off as you can see in photo what we booked and what we got. In the morning we had 2nd shock, toilet flush had no water. Such a nightmare. I send many msg to owner but he didn’t take any action ( you can see chat history). After so many issues also we had to pay full amount. If booking.com not take any action on this it will be very shameful. All the good reviews probably came on on season for this hotel, but then off season you they should not take booking. If hotel taking booking on off season they must give 100% service what they mentioned in booking.com. In booking.com my main interest for this hotel was interior and rooftop restaurant ( which was closed for off season)

Bathroom wasn't cleaned very well and the toilet had quite a strong smell. We were given only 1 (extremely old and thin) towel (for 2 guests), there was no toilet paper, and one of the quilts had no quilt cover so we had to share one small one. Just seemed a bit unprepared.

The terrace wasn’t available when I was there and I didn’t find much support from reception when asking for a Tuk Tuk or recommendations. Also every night people were coming and knocking in the door for hours and no one was opening, despite it was someone sleeping by the door. For two night I had to wake up and ask if they were going to open the door.

Just because of this I would recommend this place. The room itself is nice. The haveli is very cute. Toilet needed a tiny bit more cleaning.

Patanjali (8/5): Decent property with very good accessibility - The location of the property was adjacent to the Jaisalmer fort. It was very much accessible from the main road. The property had a good number of restaurants nearby. All the tourist attractions were accessible. The room was cozy with warm blankets. The bathroom was clean & well maintained. Overall a good property if visiting with the family. The food at the rooftop restaurant was not very good. There are multiple restaurants around the property & hence this is not a very big issue.
