• Roberta (10/5): Tutto perfetto, super consigliata - Ho soggiornato a Villa Fabi e l’esperienza è stata così positiva che sono tornata una seconda volta. La posizione è davvero strategica: comodissima per la vicinanza all’aeroporto e perfetta anche per raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti. La casa è bellissima, curata nei dettagli e situata all’interno di un residence tranquillo, ideale per rilassarsi in totale serenità. Consigliatissima per chi cerca comfort, praticità e una location piacevole!
• Cristina (5/5): Pasable - La vivienda estaba limpia y la comunicación con el propietario fluida y muy amable. Nos permitió acceder antes de la hora de check-in. El alojamiento está muy cerca del aeropuerto (aunque no hay ruidos por los aviones, al menos de noche). una de las habitaciones es muy pequeña y con camas incómodas. Si viajas con niños pequeños puede ir bien, pero para adultos es bastante incómoda. Por otra parte, creo que podrían mejorar el menaje de la vivienda, faltaban utensilios de cocina como cazos para calentar al menos la leche, y tazas para desayuno, cuchillos de cocina, un microondas… etc. La zona donde se ubica no es muy bonita, aunque hay una playa (por llamarla de alguna manera) no es una zona bonita. Lo mejor es que está cerca del aeropuerto por si tienes que coger avión.

Idealne dla rodziny 2+2. - Przestronna główna sypialnia, miejsce parkingowe, spokój, bliskość morza, dodatkowa toaleta, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (chociaż brakowało deski do krojenia) i czystość Maleńka druga sypialnia słabo wyposażona (przydałyby się chociaż półeczki żeby odłożyć np. telefon), brak żelazka, brudne meble ogrodowe

• Roberta (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto, struttura splendida, comodissima vicino all’aeroporto e host impeccabile. Consigliatissima! - Struttura bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e molto accogliente. Gli spazi esterni sono davvero rilassanti e ben tenuti, perfetti per trascorrere momenti piacevoli in tranquillità. Host gentile, disponibile e molto attento. Posizione comoda, soprattutto per la vicinanza all’aeroporto. Soggiorno davvero piacevole. Nulla, è stato tutto perfetto.
• maria anna (3/5): - Also, für den Preis, was da alles nicht in Ordnung war!!!! Es war eisekalt, als ich ankam, nichts vorgeheizt, wie ich es von gut betreuten Unterkünften kenne. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht und das es da Probleme gibt, wusste man schon, dennoch nicht ersetzt. Ich stand unter der Dusche, nur kaltes Wasser, der Abfluss lief nur spärlich ab. Wieder angezogen, geschaut, der Warmwassererzeuger war nicht angeschaltet. Es dauerte 1,5 Stunden, ehe das Wasser warm war. Danach Waschmaschine und schon fiel der Strom aus. Auch das Thema war wohl schon bekannt. Im Garten durfte ich die Sicherung wieder einschalten. Das ganze noch 2mal. Waschmaschine und Klima zusammen überlasstete, echt schwach. Die Beleuchtung unter war sehr spärlich. Es war nix im Schrank, kein Öl, kein Essig, keine Gewürze. Der totale Reinfall

• Giulia (8/5): Come a casa, ma meglio - Ambienti ampi e luminosi disposti su due piani, salottino esterno comodo e utile A disposizione tutto il necessario per anche soggiorni più lunghi: lavastoviglie con pastiglie e detersivo piatti, ingredienti base cucina (olio/sale/carta forno, utensili, stoviglie, ghiaccini freezer, capsule caffè per la macchinetta…), lavatrice con detersivo, stendino, salviette, phon, un pochino di sapone e detergente generico doccia Posizione un po’ fuori mano rispetto al centro, serve per forza la macchina per raggiungere punti utili e turistici anche se ci sono un paio di spiagge libere nei paraggi

• Patricia (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wenn wir Fragen hatten kam immer sehr schnell eine Antwort. Sehr freundlich. Dafür kann natürlich der Eigentümer nichts, aber man sollte Wissen, das die Familie nebenan immer sehr spät ins Bett geht. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wir waren 13 Nächte dort. Einen großen gleich ersichtlichen Kratzer auf der Motorhaube hatten wir auch noch gehabt.

• Natasha (9/5): Beautiful villa in a lovely location, for a great price. - The property had plenty of space and was close to the beach The breaker kept tripping and shutting the power off when we used the washing machine, but this was easy to fix.
• Mary (8/5): Ideal for a few days stay before flying home after visiting south Puglia - Location was ideal for the airport, only 8 minutes drive. Also not far to drive to Brindisi centre, even better to park in Casale district, visit the sailor monument and then get the ferry across the inner port to visit the old town. An information pack would be useful to explain the TV channels, the security gate for the complex and nearest supermarket, for example …
• Serdar (8/5): Very good - The House is in a very good condition. The owner Marco is very helpfull in any demand. Detailed and punctual performance of the owner from our requests helped us to get around to the beaches and the restaurants. Occasinally the internet system is down in the area.

• Emma (5/5): Passable - It is a nice sized property in a quiet area. The fridge/freezer was not clean (old and out of date food items left inside). The shower drain was blocked upon arrival; we had to clear it ourselves.

Villa is a little outside the city in a private cottage village. Car is a must. Very calm neighborhood with no shops, restaurants around
