L'attention demandée pour notre anniversaire a dépassé nos attentes ! Piscine centrale au milieu des bananiers et palmiers. Chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée. Dîner et petit déjeuner à la carte avec des produits de qualité. L'emplacement est un peu loin de la place centrale.

Kwaliteit van het ontbijt en eten is niet slecht, maar niet op niveau van de kamers. Jammer dat er geen zon scheen aan het zwembad. Beetje gevaarlijk weg naar het centrum.

• Ana (9/5): We will be staying again! - The staff was fabulous, the hotel itself far exceeded our expectations. The attention to the small details was evident everywhere. The bed was comfortable and the hammock in the room was a really nice touch, nice shower and very nice bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the facilities all around were very pleasant. Highly recommended. The only downfall was the internet. It was very weak.

• MorganeL (10/5): Parfait ! - Nous avons adoré cet hôtel. Il est situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied des rues commerçantes et l'intérieur est un petit coin de paradis. Le petit déjeuner était excellent (le meilleur de notre sejour) avec fruits, tartines d'avocat, jus, thé etc. Le dîner était également très bon (tapas à l'espagnol en entrée). Le personnel était agréable et disponible. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bains était absolument parfaite. J'y ai d'ailleurs pris mon seul bain du séjour (bougies, baignoire îlot, pierres murales, enceinte connectée pour la musique). Le lit était très confortable. Je reviendrai probablement dans cet hôtel à Valladolid. Il faudrait améliorer le processus du check out qui est un peu long mais sinon tout était parfait !

• Nawel (9/5): Expérience de luxe dans le Mexique authentique - C’était sans aucun doute le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour. Nous avons été plongés dans une véritable expérience de luxe du début à la fin. Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la magnifique surprise de découvrir une décoration spéciale sur le lit pour célébrer notre voyage de noces — une attention qui nous a particulièrement touchés. Le petit déjeuner servi au lit est un vrai plus : copieux, délicieux et parfait pour commencer la journée en douceur. Nous avons également été accueillis avec un cocktail de bienvenue, ce qui donne immédiatement le ton. Quant à la chambre, elle est tout simplement sublime, à la fois élégante, confortable et parfaitement intégrée à l’environnement. Une expérience inoubliable que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Le logement est situé à une certaine distance du centre-ville, dans une rue qui n’est pas particulièrement accueillante. Il faut compter environ 15 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le centre, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant selon les moments de la journée. La piscine, quant à elle, est majoritairement à l’ombre, ce qui rend l’eau assez froide. Nous n’avons donc malheureusement pas pu en profiter pleinement.

• Philip (10/5): Should be 5 star not 4!!!! - Absolutely perfect hotel. Immaculate in every way. Tastefully done throughout with great attention to detail. Pool area very calming and tranquil. Rooms had everything you need and the hammock in the room with sliding doors to the pool was a great touch. Breakfast was excellent too. Special mention to Shaul who was very friendly and attentive at breakfast. 10-15 minute walk into town.

• Philipp (8/5): - The hotel facilities are very beautiful and extraordinary nice. The hotel team puts obviously a lot effort into that. Location was ok, there are definitely hotels that are closer to the city center but it is only a 10 min walk. The team was quite nice, but just a few speak English and sometimes it feels that nobody was really responsible when having an issue. The only aspect that we were not happy about is the food. Overall the food quality is ok/good, but it occurred in nearly every meal that we received something different than what we ordered. Moreover, the paella we ordered was off which was causing quite a dispute since it was rather obvious (colour, smell, taste).

• SHAI (9/5): Recommended place in Valladolid, a bit far from the center yet good. - Simple but well cooked and served, very tasty and great presentation. The dining area is small and designed for couples, we were a group of four so we had to wait until the single 4 people table was ready. The next days the staff already prepared the table for us, cudos for the team! Great places nearby to visit: Cenotes! An elevator can be advantage, however we succedded carrying our luggage one floor without an additional help

• Mary (7/5): Comfortable, good breakfast, helpful staff but wouldn’t stay again - The rooms are beautifully decorated and the property itself is quite stunning once inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s quite a walk from the main part of town (about 10 minutes) and the neighbourhood isn’t ideal (felt a bit sketchy tbh!!) as there aren’t many options for food nearby unless you walk back into town or eat at the hotel (very limited menu unless you want fish). There are no tea/coffee facilities in room. We were in an upstairs room and the ground floor rooms are around the pool but it didn’t feel like you could go and use a sun lounger outside someone else’s room. We also had to sign a very long agreement to rules when we checked in which felt a bit odd and made me very nervous to get anything dirty! The streets in Valladolid are dirty so I was obsessively washing my feet when we got back so I didn’t get the white sheets dusty! The breakfasts were good but you had to pay extra if you wanted a latte or cappuccino which given the price of the hotel, I’d expect for free. It’s a shame because it’s a nice place but the rules and not having drinks in the room made it feel a bit unwelcome overall.

• Valentin (9/5): Charmantes Boutique Hotel - Das Personal war super nett! Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Und das Abendessen war auch sehr lecker. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer direkt am Restaurant. Bis spät abends war es sehr laut und morgens recht früh auch wieder. In dem Zimmer liegen extra Ohropax bereit. Nicht gerade erholsam.

Das ist aber weniger das Problem als die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die die ganze Nacht hindurch bellen. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, aber trübt leider das Gesamterlebnis. • Yvonne (7/5): für mich hat es sich nicht gelohnt - Das Personal war aussergewöhnlich nett und liebevoll. Vielen Dank dafür. Sie haben wirklich versucht meine Enttäuschung über das Bad wettzumachen und mir verschiedene Wiedergutmachungen und auch Refund angeboten. Eine nette persönliche Geste des Personals hat mich wirklich gefreut. Ich hatte eine unglaublich gute Massage dort. Schönes Zimmer, bequem, ruhig. Eher für Päärchen/Flitterwochen ausgelegt, für Alleinreisende nicht geeignet, aber das entspricht ja auch den Bildern und immerhin hat man mich, trotzdem ich allein kam, normal behandelt. Ich hatte dieses Hotel extra gebucht um die Badewanne nutzen zu können. Leider reichte das warme Wasser nicht für ein entspannendes Bad. Die Enttäuschung auf meiner Seite war wirklich unglaublich gross. Für mich persönlich war es daher eine Verschwendung von sehr viel Geld, die sich nicht gelohnt hat. Man hätte mir das Glas Wein am Abend nicht unbedingt noch verrechnen müssen, aber dann hab ich das halt auch noch bezahlt.

• Rien (8/5): Super mooi hotel. Heerlijk ontbijt, maar er wordt op de verkeerde dingen bezuinigd! Je wil als gast niet moeten bijtalen - Vriendelijke personeel en erg lekker ontbijt. Mooie kamer. Geen koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer en als je bii het ontbijt een 2e kop koffie wil of een extra broodje dan moet je extra bijbetalen. Dat terwijl je 250 € per nacht hebt betaald. Echt idioot. Daarnaast is er een prachtig bad in de badkamer. Echter, kan je die niet gebruiken want er is onvoldoende warm water. Na nog geen 10 minuten wordt het koud. Echt een minpunt!

• L.D.30 (10/5): - L'hôtel est superbe, le service est digne de grands hôtels et le personnel est très agréable et souriant, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très complet, bref tout était formidable ! Très léger bémol qui n'enlève a rien ma super note, la piscine est constamment a l'ombre donc froide et l'hôtel est quand même a 15 minutes a pied de la place principale.

• JAVIER (10/5): Lugar perfecto en Valladolid - El servicio esmerado de todo el equipo, el cuidado del detalle en cada espacio del hotel, así como la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores, las opciones de comida en su restaurante bien merecen la pena, el desayuno incluido es muy buena alternativa, muy buen opción de hospedaje en Valladolid Como una mejora si seria conveniente el calentamiento de la alberca, esto seria un gran plus en estas fechas.
• Federico (9/5): Piccolo boutique hotel molto ben arredato e pulito - Olbil è un piccolo boutique hotel molto curato e riservato, ideale per chi cerca tranquillità senza rinunciare alla comodità della posizione. La stanza è molto molto bella, pulita e ben arredata, così come il bagno, davvero piacevole e curato nei dettagli. La struttura si trova a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Valladolid. Il parcheggio è incluso, anche se si trova a circa 50 metri dall’ingresso principale. Buona la colazione à la carte e il ristorante è valido. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Le camere al piano terra, in particolare quelle che affacciano sulle aree comuni o sulla piscina, offrono poca privacy, anche se le tende permettono di isolare completamente la stanza il che pero rende la camera poco luminosa. Il voto di 9/10 invece di 10 è dovuto principalmente al prezzo, piuttosto elevato considerando le altre opzioni nella zona.

Parking was easy and the manager Jose was more than helpful to provide us with City instructions, travel instructions, etc Not much that we didn't like. Everything was very well appointed
• Sina (8/5): - Das Hotel ist eine Oase in Valladolid mit richtig toller, besonderer Einrichtung. Optisch macht das Hotel richtig viel her, alles ist sehr hochwertig gestaltet und war auch sehr sauber. Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade beim Check-in bekommen und konnten auch früher die Zimmer beziehen. Allgemein war der Check-in sehr herzlich mit einem tollen Begrüßungsgetränk. Wir waren am Silvesterabend nach dem Essen in der Stadt im Hotel und haben dort noch Wunderkerzen, Weintrauben und Sekt umsonst bekommen, obwohl wir nur Drinks bestellt haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Beytura, er macht einen richtig tollen Job im Service und ist sehr bemüht und freundlich gewesen! :) Die Frühstücksbox am ersten Tag war super - es gibt unter anderem frischen Kaffee und Saft. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für uns nicht stimmig. Wir hätten für den Preis mehr erwartet - so haben wir beim Frühstück in Summe 2 Stunden gewartet, bis wir Essen/Getränke bekommen haben. Personal gibt es eigentlich genug, aber bis auf Beytura wurde eher wenig gearbeitet… zudem hat uns sehr irritiert, dass wir in einer solchen Preiskategorie beim Frühstück die Hafermilch im Cappuccino extra zahlen mussten. An anderen Tischen waren die Portionsgrößen anders/größer, beispielsweise war unser Cappuccino nur eine kleine Tasse, wohingegen die Gäste neben uns eine große Tasse erhalten haben. Wir mussten für einen weiteren Kaffee extra zahlen. Zudem war das Frühstück kalt, auch die Eier oder der Bacon. Am zweiten Tag haben wir das Frühstück am Vorabend vorbestellt an der Rezeption, um die lange Wartezeit zu umgehen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und wenig service-orientiert, so haben wir uns als Gäste nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Trotz Vorbestellung kam das Frühstück 35 min nach bestellter Zeit.

• Costanza (7/5): - We were upgraded which was a plus and the hotel generally is in a good location, clean and well maintained. The room has a hammock which was also a plus. Generally the staff were polite and tried to be helpful however it was difficult to communicate given the lack of English. Additionally there were times were the staff were nonchalant for example rather than guiding you to the parking lot just saying, it’s somewhere over there. The hotel is nice but service needs work.
• Alexandra (10/5): Confort et luxe. Hôtel de choix à découvrir et réserver sans hésiter ! - Un hôtel grand luxe et tout confort. Tout est fait pour que vous profitiez au maximum de votre expérience. Comme l’hôtel n’était pas complet, ils nous ont surclassés et nous avons reçu une chambre incroyable avec énormément de petites attentions. Le personnel est très agréable et prêt à vous aider en toutes circonstances. Très bonne découverte. Le restaurant est très bon mais les prix sont élevés. Toutefois, il est très facile de trouver dans Valladolid des restaurants, snacks ou food trucks pour tous les budgets. Donc, ce n’est pas un réel problème en soi.
• Olivia (9/5): Beautiful rooms - Stunning boutique hotel, rooms were very well done. Location also very good. The breakfast took 45 minutes to come and we were the only people in the restaurant.
• Anna (9/5): Friendly, classy, beautiful, calm, helpful hotel - this is a beautiful hotel - a modern take on Mexican style - with no expense spared. The rooms are large, we had a hammock in ours! The breakfasts generous, and staff super helpful. They helped us arrange transfers and tours making our stay easy. It is small and intimate and everyone greets you with a smile. Not an issue for us but the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main square so be prepared to do a bit of walking.
• Gabriela (10/5): Romantisch! - Das Hotel ist klein aber fein, sehr romantisch. Es hat alle unsere Bedürfnisse für zwei Nächte mehr als erfüllt. Frühstück sehr lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Kann es wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
• Jane (10/5): Great stay - Olbil is a beautiful oasis in Valladolid. Lovely room, very quiet, and stylish and delicious restaurant; the best Mezcalita of the trip so far. We had dinner and excellent breakfast there. Very helpful staff everywhere. Secure car parking. Very quiet, they are strict about no noise after a certain time so we slept very well. We spent two nights there which felt like enough time to see Chichén Itzá and visit some cenotes.
• Natacha (8/5): Très joli boutique hôtel - Très joli hôtel boutique avec un très beau design aux influences balinaises. Le hamac dans la chambre, juste devant la fenêtre donnant sur un accès à la piscine est incroyable ! Literie très confortable. Salle de bains géniale. Très bon petit déjeuner qualitatif. Un bémol concernant le côté très procédurier quand on arrive dans l hôtel de devoir signer 4 pages de règlement intérieur, lors du Check in. Très pointilleux sur les règles type dégradations avec amende par exemple. Le verre de vin servi à la piscine n’est pas possible dans un vrai verre mais dans un verre à eau en plastique. Pour le standing d’un hôtel pareil, c est dommage. Un jacuzzi est annoncé sur les équipements mais il n y en a pas.
