- Ana (1/5): Tourist trap - This is a TOURIST TRAP; we booked through Booking.com based on the "positive reviews," and what a disappointment! Examples: the apartment was full of dust, dirt on the inside of the window wall, the toilet sink roller was full of hair (I had to clean it myself so the water could drain properly), the toilet seat cover was displaced, the inside door lock was unglued, the bed linens and pillows were of poor quality, the bed was uncomfortable, the windows didn't have soundproofing (you could hear everything from outside), but the worst part? The lack of hygiene – a towel with someone else's hair on it! Since we arrived in the middle of the night, we had to stay there for several hours until we found another place. The reservation was for a week, and we stayed for 7 hours! Booking.com didn't resolve the situation regarding the refund for the days, but we will seek other measures to fight for our rights, as we feel deceived.

- Joanna (8/5): Bom custo benefício - A estrutura do apartamento é boa. Equipado com uma geladeira grande, fogão, tv e uma cama de casal confortável. Quanto a localização, é um pouco afastada de restaurantes/mercados, mas a rua é tranquila e a janela nos ofereceu a bela vista de uma árvore araucária. Senti falta de alguns itens, tais como secador de cabelo (o que tinha não funcionava), lixeira (a que tinha era minúscula e não cabia nada), frigideira, máquina de café e panos de prato. O prédio não tem lixeira, então tivemos que acumular o lixo de 3 dias dentro do quarto, o que foi bem desagradável.
