• Raval (6/5): - The staff was good, the front desk personnel and the help were ok. The passage was very clean. The hotel room was ok, smaller than the size in the picture. The bathroom is also very small and lacks some essentials like a shower curtain and toiletries. The TV in the room was very small and did not work properly. It's very affordable and the staff is also good. The tea we ordered in the morning was good and not included in the rent.

• Email (1/5): Pathetic services. - Nothing. Room was very congested. Not at all value for money. Staff is arrogant as they knew you are not the local. Dont waste your money and time.

• Studio (7/5): Good Hotel in lovely location. Easy walking distance to city centre - Good location. It was clean. We had issues with hot water. It was luke warm. Excellent staff who made us Masala Tea ( Sugar Free) in the morning. Hot water issues. No breakfast but lots of places outside to eat.

Everything is accessible around the property. Food is not served. I think due to less staff they don't have this facility. Would be great if tea and breakfast were included in the room tariff with additional charges.

• Ibanrihunshisha (6/5): Passable - The bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. It was as mentioned in the photos. Staffs were good and helpful. Restaurant is not available. Everytime we wanted to have something we had to travel to search for food and had to spend money as no restaurant is present nearby. Restaurants will be opened after 12 pm so don't expect to get breakfast. You have to have in roadside with less hygiene.
