- Fawn (8/5): - It was close to everything. I post to have two beds. But instead I got one big bed. I am glad that I didnt have two of my kids I only had one with me.

- Brian (10/5): -
- Klimaski (8/5): Comfortable but needed more amenities in relation to price. Not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room! Seriou - Location Bathroom was the same size as those on a regular size jet. Vinyl floors in bedroom were sticky.
- veronica (9/5): Clean/professional staff/good amenities. - Location. Good restaurant on property. Shuttle to airport N/a
- Darlene (4/5): - I have stayed there several times as I travel to Texas 4 times a year, I didn't like being put in a handicap room and my heat wouldn't get above 68 degrees, I told the girl at checkout and never heard from anyone.
- April (10/5): -
- Catherine (7/5): -
- Evans (1/5): -
- Robichaud (2/5): Spent a lot of money and stay was not enjoyable. - Nothing Tv didn’t work and called for someone to come fix. Took 1/2 hour for them to come. Guy spent an hour trying to fix and never fixed it. No complimentary breakfast.
- Rafael (8/5): Was good next time I will be very picky about location of the room. - Was nice clean. I was close by the room service to much noise in the mooring.
- Lori (10/5): Great - Didn't eat.breakfaat. looked old and dried out
- Colleen (1/5): unpleasant experience a mistake I won’t make again - Van pickup vehicle from and back to airport interior was dirty and nearly impossible to board and get out of restaurant waitperson was rude and aggressive towards me when I asked for a hamburger told me the grill was shut down she said they had leftover chicken and bristled when I asked what is the chicken and they close in twenty minutes the front desk laughed at my predicament as one retuned to the front desk with their dinner and I asked her if could I get what they ordered they said they ordered their food an hour ago no water in room I asked to buy water the cost was seven dollars for two bottles
bathroom floor was dirty I was not able to adjust water temp in shower it was boiling hot
two towels a few hand towels and facecloths old and worn out in addition were the
old and worn out bedding that did not smell fresh and clean my room looked over the air conditioning system window dressing old one panel had a stain appeared to be food
Lighting bad at desk
the hotel had been there for decades no update since the last time I stayed there back in 2009 the hotel has changed hands and is the practice of these these old worn out properties do nothing to enhance the property for the betterment of its clients no sit down area outside front door for a wait for airport van no assistance with luggage a sixty dollar add in fee for incidentals I asked what is it for the desk told me they would check my room and if it was trashed I would lose my sixty dollars and then told me the sixty dollars would stay on my America. absolutely nothing it’s glory days are gone the structure was built back in the late sixties no remodeling old everything smelly halls no chair by the elevator
a thank you to the housekeeper who turned me around to the elevator bank however she was not in uniform and English not her first language but she was a kind and a lovely woman I did not leave a tip it was my mistake and not premeditated in any way the owner should tip her five dollars for her willingness to help me
the cost of the room was close to three hundred dollars
front desk women were unapproachable you are in the hospitality business no newspapers
no food on the road for twelve hours three flights to BDL they the hotel offered me a cookie just like they did almost twenty years ago when a box sandwich would have been appropriate when no food available I would have gladly paid for as well as a box breakfast with pastry and fruit cup would have been most welcome if you have no restaurant available after nine o’clock where are we to go one suggested I walk along the road aways to a place that sold pizza
I’m 84 years old me walk in the dark to where I don’t know makes no sense
the Sheraton BDL airport hotel is superior and totally within the pricing range of this traveler it’s superior front desk personnel accommodating in uniform young and vivacious cheerful and professional my lovely room had a view of the changing leaves
it’s a hand to mouth business with no corporate backing or oversight and foreign buyer manager let a once great property fall into disrepair
my input is of value I’m a seasoned traveler I have stayed in hotels from US and Canada to Europe the Caribbean islands the UK Scotland Ireland and South America Brazil Chile Argentina Honduras Venezuela and in Asia and Japan Thailand the Hawaiian islands and in North Africa and a hotel in once communist Latvia
Sweden and Denmark
Guam Okinawa Costa Rica Guatemala El Salvador and Bolivia and Honduras
don’t know actually the count but...
- Paulette (7/5): - Food in restaurant is sub par. Not good
- ROBERT (9/5): -
- Nancy (8/5): Staff was very nice and friendly. - The buffet was adequate and there was limited staff but he was trying his best to accommodate all. The coffee table top had not been cleaned in a while. While the bathroom was clean it was hard to maneuver the door around the toilet -- seemed like the door should have been smaller or the toilet farther away perhaps...............

- Nicole (6/5): It was ok, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again. - Good location, clean Paper thin walls. It seems like all the rooms are connecting and we could hear everything in the adjoining room. Our room wasn’t cleaned once in the 3 days we were there, and we had no refills on TP or Kleenex.
- Fee (10/5): -
- Lorrie (10/5): - 1 night was booked outside of this hotel and because we did that we weren't given breakfast vouchers for the next morning. When you reserve a room fir 3 you should get enough towels and washcloths for 3 not 2. Shocked there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. For what you pay for the rooms there should be one in the rooms. Had to throw food away because we had no place to keep it cold.
- Pennie (7/5): -
- Debbie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Enzo (8/5): A Good Hotel - Great location near the airport. Quite nice hotel well organized, friendly staff. The rooms should be cleaned better and everywhere even behind the furniture and in the bathroom, and the pool should be heated and cleaned, there were hairs in the water, cold water and very dated toilets.
- Shelli (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christina (8/5): Very good - Loved how there is a restaurant on site made last minute dinner easy!!
- Michael (7/5): Good -

- Leshawnda (10/5): Convenient, clean and welcoming - Clean and welcoming. Always our go to spot
- Tyler (1/5): Sucked - we are owed a refund - Nothing- still haven’t heard back from them about my horrible stay Our neighbors were up hollering until 3:30am- so staff told them to keep it down. We had to get up at 5:30am for a flight.
- Joel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional -

- Stacey (4/5): It was a short day just to catch a flight early in the morning - It was clean Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The blow dryer kept over heating and shutting off. No refrigerator in the room.
- Steven (9/5): A calamity in CT - Guests were pleased with the comfort of the rooms and beds. Pool under maintenance and closed. Also, a gift basket went to the wrong room and never recovered. This included a gift card.
- Jay (4/5): Close to airport but a hotel that has seen better days - Close to airport It is rundown by Hilton standards
- Moena (9/5): Superb -
- Neahome (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ligia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dwight (7/5): Met our needs. - Check in and out & airport shuttle were efficient.
Facility was comfortable.
The location was excellent.
Cookies were delicious. Hotel was not able to provide a wake up call.
Room was not well lit.
Needed some extra towels.
Needed wash cloths.
- Patricia (8/5): It was quick and okay - Location was good breakfast sucked for the currency I paid Cleaner bathroom, needed water in the rooms, and a good brunch breakfast for the currency you give
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shelby (7/5): Interesting overnight accommodation - Location to softball tournament Parking lot under renovation and gave me tire issues. Hotel not capable of making room keys so getting into room was reliant on an employee letting you in. Inconvenient to say the least!
- Jasmine (10/5): It was ok - By the airport, shuttle service Fairly clean
- Carol (8/5): Appreciate the shuttle.. Anthony was great! As well as the free parking! -
- Pamela (7/5): Good -
- Richard (9/5): Dove soap in the bathroom - This hotel was in a great location, nice restaurants near by. Very nice, clean and quiet. Staff was amazing. Room was clean, dove soap was a bonus. Definitely would book again. There’s was nothing to not like. My stay was great.
- Erik (9/5): Superb -
- Michele (10/5): Perfect distance to airport. Cheap parking - Location Location
- Emily (7/5): Grateful for the availability but not an experience commensurate with the cost - Very professional front desk staff. Nice clean room available on extremely short notice when your competitor reneged on a booking paid in full less than 30 minutes before check in. Lobby was nice and large but absolutely reeked of cologne. Ice machine on our floor was out of service and my report was acknowledged but no update was given prior to checkout. Your vans advertised the free cookie at check in but we were not offered cookies. Only one working elevator was extremely slow and stairs did not have indoor access (leading to a lengthy process to access the ice machine on the third floor). The quality of food ordered from the bar at dinner time was such low quality that it completely turned us off giving breakfast a chance. Breakfast was not included which is pretty ridiculous when you’re charging $500 a night. No fridge in the room for that price as well. Bathroom was smaller than many New York City hotels I’ve stayed in. Bathroom counter was chipped and someone did a ghetto job installing it when they had to cut the electrical panel to fit. Air conditioner rattled and was disruptively noisy.
- Rick (9/5): Superb -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - The staff are so friendly and warm. I really feel at home. Special appreciation to the shuttle drivers who offer terrific service, tips about the area, etc. - real service with a smile!
- Concettina (7/5): Good -
- Jennifer (8/5): Overall good, just one unfriendly front desk encounter - Room was good size, probably needs an update but overall good room. Ate in the restaurant, food was good but service from Heather was OUTSTANDING. She was personable and fun. At check in there were 4 guys clearly on a bachlor trip (with a case of beer in hand and they clearly had already drank a few beers). They were a bit rowdy at check in. Front desk gave us the room next to their's knowing I requested a 5am airport shuttle. We were in our room for about 30 minutes and could tell they were being loud and had the hallway doors to their two rooms open so we could clearly hear them. Concerned they would be up and loud late into the night I went back down to the front to see if we could switch rooms. I believe her name was Sharon, but she was not friendly about the request and practically rolled her eyes at me, but moved our room. When we showed up for our 5am shuttle front desk (different person) let me know she had a rough night dealing with 4 very drunk men who were partying until 3am... glad I pushed for a different room but wish Sharon had been more understanding about the request...
Shuttle driver was very nice and friendly as well
- Susan (9/5): Superb -
- Corey (8/5): Very good -
- James (6/5): good location, event space was nice. disappointed by cleanliness of room. - Great location and banquet room. Food for the birthday party was delicious. We had to change rooms because the first one was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a pair of socks from a previous guest left in the desk chair. The shower doors were dirty, especially at the bottom. They looked almost moldy. Second room had rust stains in toilet.

- Charles (8/5): Great place to stay next to the airport - Convenient to the airport. Shuttle was quick, staff were friendly, restaurant in the hotel was convenient after a long day of flying. I think my room was over a ballroom/convention room. There was loud singing for a while, but it got quiet before bed. Then the folks in that room were loud in the hall, but it was only for a short time.
