• Éva (10/5): Minden szuper volt. Legközelebb is ezt a szállást fogjuk választani! - Minden az elvárásainknak megfelelő volt, rendkivűl tiszta volt a szállás, felszereltsége tökéletes, jó elhelyezkedés. Reméljük hamarosan újra ott lehetünk. A szállásadó hozzá állása tökéletes! Nem volt ilyen.

• Larissa (4/5): Inakzeptabel, Mindeststandard nicht erreicht - Die Lage war super. Sehr zentral. Freundliche Menschen. Vorab: Wir haben keine hohen Ansprüche. Aber eine Wohnung, die wir anmieten sollte sauber sein. Klar kann man nicht alle Ansprüche oder Standards bekommen, die man zu Hause hat, das ist uns durchaus bewusst. Aber für das ausgegebene Geld für eine Wohnung, erwarten wir Sauberkeit, über den den Rest kann man reden. Und nun zu unserer ehrlichen Bewertung, ohne großen Ansprüche zu haben. Es war oft mühselig ein Parkplatz zu finden, da Parkplätze heiß begehrt, dass die nächsten Mieter vorgewarnt sind. Hier musste man aufpassen, dass man nicht in den gelben Markierungen parkt, da diese teilweise sehr stark ausgeblichen waren. Nur im weißen Bereich ist es kostenfrei. Irgendwann haben wir herausgefunden, welche Uhrzeit man am besten mit Auto ankommen soll, um einen guten Parkplatz zu ergattern. War ok. Wir waren entspannt, da wir im Urlaub waren. Würden wir hier wohnen, würde es auf Dauer ultra nervig sein. Wohnung war leider war weit von Sauberkeit entfernt. Ich weiss gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Der Boden war mit Dreck, teilweise Haare.uaste erstmal fegen. Küche: Dunstabzugshaube war extrem staubig, da wurde lange nicht drüber gewischt. Der Unterboden des Hängeschranks war mit komischen verkrusteten Resteessen/Restdreck vollgeklekst. Es gab kein Brett, auf dem man schneiden konnte, sehr umständlich gewesen. Geschirr war leider versteckt von den Vormietern, war schon verkrustet. Nicht sehr appettlich, musste auch hier erst Mal spülen. Es gab keine Spülmaschine , ist aber keine Kritik. Der Kühlschrank oben drauf war super staubig. Die Mikrowelle zu nutzen, haben wir uns nicht getraut. Super war, dass der Spülschwamm neu war. Es gab keine Geschirrtücher zum Geschirr abtrocknen. Bad: Badetücher und Handtücher haben extrem gemüffelt. Ich weiss nicht an was es lag. Es muss das Waschmittel sein, dass so riecht, sehr muffig. Nach mehrmaligen Waschen in der Waschmaschine, ist der Geruch nicht raus, hat sich sehr eingefressen in die Fasern.

Verkligen inget att klaga på, en bra lägenhet med toppen läge och en underbar host! - Det var nära till både strand, apotek, matbutik (30 meter endast) och en fenomenal host! Han hjälpte oss med allt och var så tillmötesgående och alltid tillgänglig via whatsapp! Ingenting!

• Andrea (4/5): Not in love with Torrevieja anymore. - The owner of the apartment is very helpful and lives on the same floor. I stayed in the apartment 7 years ago and nothing has changed which in some parts was/is not a good thing. New microwave I used twice but as it's placed on the top of the fridge freezer I couldn't reach to clean it. (I'm 4 feet 10) I was toying with the idea of staying elsewhere but the price dropped within 72 hours of my stay and because I was a solo woman traveller I knew exactly where I was going. It was cool (ish) in the morning and then the sun came on the balcony at 3pm which suited me. Barely had to use air con ( I do try help the environment) I can stand the heat which was lucky as it was 32 degrees every day (lovely) I'm afraid there is quite a long list. Sorry Vittalli the apartment really needs updating. 🙁 The apartment had obviously not been properly cleaned before my arrival. Lot's of cracked and dirty tiles in bathroom.. No plug (if you wanted to have a bath) Had to hand hold the shower head as I personally couldn't adjust it. . The soap, shower and shampoo dispensers were all empty. No shelf.. The soap dispenser fell off the wall when I tried to use it. 🙄 Luckily I brought shampoo and conditioner but bought shower gel from the supermarket below (handy) The toilet was dirty with not even a quarter of a toilet roll left. Didn't want to use toilet brush (ughh) fortunately found bleach and hand soap under the kitchen sink. I bought flushable wipes once it had run out of toilet roll (no it didn't last the week). Kitchenette is exactly that very basic but apart from the microwave I didn't use any of the kitchen stuff apart from plates cutlery and corkscrew (of course!) Fridge desperately needs defrosting.! No sheets on bed apart from the fitted mattress protector and fitted sheet (that didn't fit properly) and a quilt cover instead of sheets. Bed is comfy though. Work started somewhere in the basement area at 7.45 am Thursday and continued Friday and Saturday until Vittalli went down at 2pm Saturday and threatened to call the police if they didn't stop the whole apartment block was revurberating with drilling and hammering. Unfortunately my last night was unpleasant due to the tapas bar across the road wow the Spanish are so noisy 😂😂 ( very local place) wasn't funny when the staff were blasting music on a loop with no customers until 1am and I had to get up at 5.30am. So no, sorry was honestly glad to get home this time. Sorry Torrevieja I must be getting too old and grouchy and have obviously got adhd in my old age.

• Diana (8/5): Very good - The host is amazingly friendly, helpful and caring. The flat has exactly what I needed for a short stay and the location is fantastic as is very close to everything and no need of taxis at all. Just that the heating wasn't warm enough for my need. For a person that isn't super sensitive to the cold is fine.

• Nataliia (8/5): Very good - The host is friendly and helpful. She lives in the same house on the same floor, so she is accessible. We were once locked out due to confusion about the keys, and she came to let us in with the backup keys. Also, she was open to giving us the equipment missing in the apartment (hairdresser and iron). The apartment is spacious and quite functional. It has a wide balcony. It had cutlery, shampoo, oil, sugar, salt, and a selection of spices. It is close to the beach and next door to Consum. Some Russian shops are also nearby. The bus station is a 10-minute walk. Opposite is a beauty salon owned by a Ukrainian woman. It is a lively street. A cafe is just across the street, and it is active all day. People sensitive to sounds might be disturbed.
• Egle (6/5): Pleasant - Nice responsive host, liked the location. There was a tv, apartment is small but fine for a short stay. Large refrigerator, grocery store just downstairs, there is also air conditioner. There was a weird plastic matress protection cover under the sheets that was extremely uncomfortable. It was constansly making sound of cracking plastic and it was also very hot to sleep on it. Some small table or a shelf is missing in the bathroom as there is no place to put your cosmetics bag if you use more than a toothbrush. There was a broom in the bathroom that was super filthy and needed to be replaced.
