• Guest (2/5): ne pas refaire l'expérience avec cet établissement - il y avait pas de petit dejeuner l'odeur de moisissures me gêne beaucoup au point que j'ai eu une allergie au niveau des yeux (une photo est déjà partagé avec mon contact la bas) au point que j'ai quitté avant la date prévue. dans l'attente de remboursement de la dérnière nuit.

• eliana (6/5): abbastanza bene, ma non so se ci tornerei - piuttosto vicino al centro storico, dalle parti del teatro Cervantes ma in una zona più degradata. Casa pulita e molto carina, doccia ampia, acqua calda tutti gli utensili di cucina erano negli sportelli molto in alto e non c'erano sedie o sgabelli - inaccessibili per me, casa a misura di scandinavo... la cucina a induzione non funzionava. il letto era giusto per me, ma piccolo per una coppia. La zona della casa molto degradata e anche lo stabile scrostato e malconcio.
• Ana (7/5): Mejorable - El apartamento está bien situado, especialmente para el tema de procesiones. Está restaurado y con el espacio muy bien aprovechado. El barrio es algo marginal pero no sentí miedo en ningún momento. Se nota que desde que se hizo la reforma se han cuidado muy poco los detalles y el mantenimiento. Está escaso de casi todo. Tuvimos que pedir un estropajo para fregar los cacharros y sábanas para el sofá cama y lo trajeron al día siguiente. El sofá está incómodo para dormir y hay cosas rotas que se podían cuidar un poco más.

• Marta (2/5): Tuvimos que dejar el apartamento - La anfitriona respondió rápidamente Al llegar nos encontramos una cucaracha y mal olor en el baño… daba aspecto de suciedad, el suelo de la entrada del baño estaba levantado, había alguna que otra mosca de las pequeñitas… no se estaba a gusto. Creo que relación calidad precio con estas cosas… no se ajusta.
• Carolina (2/5): Mala opcion para una estadía en Malaga - La ubicación y en principio el apartamento a simple vista es muy lindo. Tanto el edificio como todo el apartamento esta plagado de humedad, no hay rincon que no tenga humedad. Si eres alérgico no deberias ni acercarte a la propiedad. La cañeria de la ducha estaba tapada lo que implicaba que al bañarnos se inundara el baño ya que rebalsaba la misma. No andaba el toallero electrico. No habia esponja para lavar los platos. Pierde agua alguna conexion del lavarropas. No habia ropa de cama para el sofa cama y al reclamar a la dueña en un principio nos quiso cobrar 15€ y luego con intervencion de Booking prometio acercarnosla, nos dejo esperando y nunca sucedio. Ademas el sofa cama era incomodisimo. Nunca fueron respondidos nuestros reclamos ni por la dueña del apartamento ni por booking. Pesima experiencia. No lo recomiendo.

• Maria (9/5): Bra läge, väl utrustad lägenhet - Läget, fint och välstädat Man behöver vara väldigt teknisk för att kunna bo där. Krångligt att komma in i lägenheten och all teknisk utrustning inne i lägenheten. Personalen var dock vänlig och hjälpte till.

Il letto un po’ stretto per due persone, ci sarebbe anche lo spazio per metterne uno leggermente più grande.

• Oliwia (10/5): - Miejsce idealne na trzydniowy pobyt w Maladze, w świetnej i konkurencyjnej cenie. Apartament znajduje się bardzo blisko centrum, w spokojniejszej dzielicy, mimo wcześniejszych opinii- mieszkanko było zadbane, czyste, a usterki naprawione. Kuchnia wyposażona- były w niej nawet rzeczy typu płyn do naczyń, ściereczki, nawet płyn do prania!, o których ludzie nie chcą myśleć na wakacjach, więc super ;) Łóżko pasuje na jedną osobę lub parę, ale jest też rozkładana kanapa, która ma lekko nierówny materac. Kontakt z Właścicielem odbył się bezproblemowo ;)
• Matteo (9/5): Appartamento delizioso e ben fornito - Bel portone di ingresso da una scalinata, apertura con codice, entrata e scale modeste, un bell'ingresso nuovo nel appartamento, bel angolo cottura discretamente fornito, divano tavolino TV condizionatore, porta scorrevole e letto.. Tutto, nuovo, bene attrezzato e pulito. A noi ha fatto una bellissima impressione e siamo stati contenti e benissimo. Il quartiere non è dei migliori, non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema, tutto sommato tranquillo, ma l'impressione non è il massimo, è in mezzo a vicoli che sembrano non molto raccomandabili. Bagno chiuso e senza nemmeno aspiratore. Le finestre guardano sulle coperture di altri palazzi, brutte

• Anna Maria (6/5): - Review Málaga: Appartement 2B is bovenin het gebouw en er is geen lift. Je moet de koffers ook goed naar boven kunnen tillen. Het complex is ook aan een straat die stevig schuin omhoog loopt met een paar schuine treden. We waren 5 nachten in Málaga in dit appartement. Het appartement is op zich rustig en je zit vlakbij het centrum. In de Calle Victoria is een goede koffietent - in het appartement is geen koffiezetapparaat, alleen een kleine percolator. De wijk is armoedig maar dat went snel. Overal in de wijk zijn bijzondere graffitikunstwerken te zien. Over het appartement: het tweepersoonsbed is erg smal (1.40). Wij zijn niet heel lang maar als je dat wel bent is het niet te doen. Er is ook een slaapbank. Voor die slaapbank is er geen beddengoed. De slaapkamer is met glazen schuifdeuren goed af te sluiten van de woonkamer. We hebben de wasmachine gebruikt maar de verhuurder geadviseerd om een monteur ernaar te laten kijken omdat het deurslot niet goed werkt. Het hele appartement zou een klein rondje onderhoud kunnen gebruiken maar: we hebben er een heel leuke tijd gehad. Het appartement is vanaf Málaga Airport redelijk goed te bereizen: met de trein naar Málaga Centrum en dan met één van de bussen naar de Calle Victoria. Neem hier wel de tijd voor. We huurden hele fijne stadsfietsen bij Eat, Sleep, Cycle en dat is op 500 meter van het appartement. In de Calle Victoria zijn meerdere kleine supermarkten en in de buurt kun je ook terecht voor verse vis en groenten.

• Sarrion (1/5): Apartamento NO habitable - Apartamento no habitable , falta de mantenimiento y limpieza. Imposibilidad de utilizar los servicios del mismo. Rogamos devolución d el importe satisfecho. No me gustado nada. Apartamento cuando se reformó sería habitable y con fotos bonitas. Que no corresponde con la actualidad. El anunciar este tipo de apartamentos va en detrimento de la imagen y desprestigio de Booking
• Sarah (1/5): Miserable Zustände und üble Wohngegend - Wenigstens das Wetter war gut... Bei Anreise kamen wir in eine völlig baufällige Immobilie mit Schimmelstellen im Eingangsbereich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Etage OHNE Aufzug! Laut Aussage der Vermietung sei die Wohnung "mehr als sauber" gewesen. Es gab massiven Dreck in den Ecken, sowie unter der Couch und dem Bett, der schon vorlugte (s.Fotos). Des Weiteren liefen überall Ameisen auf der Küchenarbeitsplatte, was laut Vermietung auch normal sei. Diverse Möbel waren schrottreif, wie die Couch, lose Fußleisten und Schubladen im Badschrank. Die Klimaanlage bekommt die Temperatur nicht reguliert, es ist also permanent zu heiß. Bei Reklamation bei der Vermietung versprach man zu putzen, was nicht eingehalten wurde. Auch ein Entgegenkommen blieb aus, wir sind dann am zweiten Tag abgereist, da die Zustände untragbar und gesundheitsgefährdend waren. Die Umgebung ist mittlerweile auch nicht mehr hygienisch und sicher, überall betrunkene Obdachlose, die in die Ecken urinieren. Insgesamt entspricht die Wohnung in keinster Weise der Beschreibung!

Il letto da una piazza e mezzo é troppo piccolo per due persone e scricchiolava, ma adattandosi per qualche giorno é possibile farlo. Ma la nota dolente é la puzza di fogna che c’era in bagno.

• Luigi (1/5): horrible, hard to forget - nothing nightmare house. poor cleaning. narrow spaces. unquestionable host and deaf to any request and/or contact. unusable shower because it is constantly clogged. very few and inadequate toilet consumables. impossible parking nearby (within a radius of more than a km) from the apartment.
• Catherine (7/5): Good - Location It was fine, but there was not a feeling of welcome like in other places, where the host provides small items to welcome guests. No basics in kitchen, like coffee or tea. So it felt a bit basic and impersonal.
• Petra (4/5): For the price we didn't expect luxury but the dirty pillows, small bed and noise was disappointing. - The host was amicable, communicated well and even recommended some places for breakfast. The place is not far from the centre, maybe 20 min walking but it doesn't feel like a safe neighbourhood. It had windows and window blinds. The apartment itself is alright size and you could even fit a bigger bed there. The bed was super small, that was definitely NOT for two adults. Another big problem was that both nights there was a really noisy neighbour (woman) yelling loudly for many hours at night so we couldn't sleep well. Another problem was that the extra pillows were dirty and that created a discomfort because then you check everything more properly and you notice that the wall was dirty too, the bed frame etc.

• Gary (9/5): Lovely Málaga escape - Property is nice enough and fairly well maintained. Has everything you need, big enough for a couple but no more. Good amenities, like air-conditioning or heating, shower is good, kitchen area is as expected and functional . Property is a short walk from the city and the beach. Overall it's relatively good value and very well positioned A bit of clarification mix up as to what actual apartments was mine but fixed quickly over WhatsApp. Taxi driver could not find the property arriving and uber driver couldn't find me when picking up and neither could the replacement driver,be aware of this.

• Marek (8/5): Super nice, but the shower has to be fixed - Lovely neighborhood, quite calm and quiet so you can sleep in the night, but still there is a live music pub and a restaurant right next to the building. People are super kind and most of them speak English. Shower in the bathroom. It's not clogged as described in the reviews. Just somebody didn't install sills in the shower door so the water escapes easily and the whole floor is flooded. Don't forget to take own towels, because the ones you get you need to clear the floor after your shower.
• Nat (9/5): Modern and comfortable apartment. Great value for money - The apartment was very modern and had everything we needed for a few days stay. You can see great thoughts were put into the details and we felt comfortable and at home. The location is also unbeatable. Restaurants and supermarkets around the corners. 10min walk to the touristic city center, and max 30min walk to the further spots e.g. beach (or one can take a bus easily). Like many others have mentioned, the shower was leaking so a bit of water came out when we took a shower, but there was a mop provided so we just quickly mopped away the water - nothing too dramatic, but I think it could also be easily fixed if the owner just put some silicon sealant on it.
