- Muofhe (8/5): Cleaning the place would have taken it to a hundred - The place felt like home. It has warm colours and deco to help one relax The place was really not clean. The cushions smelt like the previous guest/s , the floor was sticky and dust everywhere

The bathtub took long to release the used bath water and it was leaking on the floor also. But it was fully operational and the water was hot. Even the water pressure was on point

The bath needs to be sorted water doesn’t get out as quickly as it should, almost like it’s blocked. It was very time consuming to wait.

The place is secured there are cameras everywhere (we could watch our car through the footage all time), the staff were accessible and the place is close to all the facilities one could think of, it’s literally less than a minute drive to Greenery Mall and Mediclinic. I highly recommend Lemon Ivy❤️🔥 it’s home away from home, the place is so spacious and full of life.My partner really enjoyed his birthday weekend all thanks to the Botha’s family for such an incredible work. - Karen (8/5): Comfortable well-managed property with easy parking on quite street w/ close proximity to nice mall! - The property is comfortable and has a nice kitchen for meal making, and an outside area to sit and work or relax. The parking is easy in an enclosed area next to the room, and the neighborhood seems to be very safe. There is a preschool next door but they were on break so I didn't notice if any noise would be an issue. It was peaceful and Jaydon who manages the property was super helpful. The wifi dropped and I couldn't use it to do my work but Jaydon brought over an iPad and let me use his data. He said it must be a system issue because there is fibre to the unit and usually is fast and consistent.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the fact that the place is very quiet and peaceful, you have your own privacy. The interior design is WoW! with a modern and quality furniture. The owner Jaydon was very friendly and welcoming, always available to assist and making sure that his guests are comfortable. All the useful details one might need, including the places and the contact numbers are compiled and filed. It was a like a home away from home. The bonus for my trip was the air-conditioner, I went there knowing that I was going to use a fan for the heat, only to find that Jaydon has just installed the air-conditioner. The fact that there's no water during loadshedding and there is no electricity backup.
- Donovan (3/5): Disappointing - The location and Jaydon was helpful. Very noisy environment being next door to a pre school with construction taking place on site. When I returned after a day of meetings it was load shedding with no backup power, it was extremely hot and no water pressure to take a shower. The amount I paid for one night I would have expected at least some backup power it was a challenge until 9pm that evening.

The interior designs and finishes are modern and great quality. The apartment is very spacious. The use of Fan for heat, I prefer Aircon instead.
