The rug in the living room is carrying a bad smell. The mattresses are very thin. The sofa in the living room is flimsy. The pool was dirty and not like the pictures at all.

• alison (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Le logement était propre,les personnes qui gèrent le logement sont très réactives et disponibles, le logement est comme sur les photos. Nous nous sommes déplacés en Uber à des tarifs très intéressants.Proche de l'aéroport. Lidl a 10 min à pied Matelas pas très confortable pour notre part, dans la salle de bain odeur de remonter d'égout. Petits rajouts pour la cuisine qui peuvent être utiles ( planche à découper, égouttoir pour pâte, égouttoir vaisselle).

Безкоштовний паркінг дуже небезпечний і не зручний на вулиці. Помешкання буквально розбите: дуже гучно, рипить підлога, чутно ДУЖЕ сусідів, відсутні миючі засоби чи елементарна гель для душу, відсутні мочалки, порошок для пральної машини (навіщо тоді вона?). Меблі в жахливому стані, мало вішаків, у ванній відсутні крючки чи полички щоб покласти речі. Ціна не відповідає дійсності

• Ravi Raj (3/5): Not worth it. - Nothing much other than We dropped out luggage and went to explore the city and when we came back in the evening, they have prepared the apartment neat and clean. It was just a little apartment we stayed for 2 days. Did not have a great experience. Only positive thing is that they agreed to drop off our luggage as we arrived earlier than check in time which almost everybody does. Reaching the apartment is not so easy by public transport. Check in instructions were not clear, entrance to the apartment was not very confusing. The door lock codes were mentioned in the wrong order. We could contact the host only through Whatsapp messages and their reply was very late. Their contact number was not working. Kitchen equipment was okay, we just managed. Bathroom cannot be locked from inside. And there is no proper shops or eateries in the vicinity.

• T. B. Edit (3/5): Soha többet! - Az apartman beosztása. Nem volt csak egy elektromos hősugárzó, melynek hiányzott az egyik lába. A szobákba és a fürdőbe is át kellett rakosgatni. Fáztunk! Nem volt plusz takaró sem, az ágyon csak egy nagy paplan volt, nem két kisebb! Egyikünk kénytelen volt kint aludni, de nem volt plusz ágynemü sem sehol. Nem volt egy darab kiskanál sem. A konyhában csak egy konnektor volt. Nem lehetett egyszerre használni, a mikrót, a kávéfőzőt, a vízforralót, a kenyérpirítót, állandóan cserélgetni kellett őket, ki-be dugdosni. Az ágyak katasztrofálisan kemények voltak, csak egy vékony kb. 5 cm-es, fedőmatrac féleség volt. Kemény volt, mint egy priccs, nagyon rosszul aludtunk, kialvatlanul, fáradtan ébredtünk! A fürdőszoba nagyon szűk, alig lehetett kilépni egy pici helyre, pont a wc elé. A vécén egy olyan ülőke volt, ami nem fedte le a wc csészét, a hideg fajanszra kellett ülni. Vettünk plusz WC papírt is, azzal teregettük le a vécét. Nem volt elég 3 emberre a fürdőlepedő, kéztörlő törülköző. A belső zárt kilépő, szemetes, csikkes, penészes volt.

• Nildo (10/5): Memorável - A atenção dos funcionários embora que muitas das vezes de forma remota, mas não impactou em nada na nossa estadia, a limpeza e a localização. No primeiro dia havia algumas instruções ambíguas sobre como aceder ao apartamento, alguns detalhes que não conseguíamos ter acesso imediato também no primeiro dia, mas com o suporte da equipa via booking e via WhatsApp, conseguimos ter os temas ultrapassados no mesmo dia.

Il est bien équipé même s’il manquait des couverts, nous les avons contactés et dans l après midi tout avait été déposé dans le logement. Un peu loin du centre mais avec les services de Uber aux prix très attractifs (5€) on y était en 10 minutes Manque de rideaux occultants

• Brianne (2/5): Cold and no heat. - The owner was lovely to deal with when we got ahold of them. Cleaning staff seemed nice as well. No heat, the property was advertised with heat but there was none. It was cold, damp and the bathroom smelled musty. The kitchen didn’t have enough essential items like cutlery (not enough for 4 people) we would have had to take turns eating and wash dishes in between to be able to eat a meal together. The manage they hired to over see the place didn’t seem to think it was a problem for us to freeze overnight when it was advertised with heat and once they knew we wanted a heater that night they stopped replying. This seems to be a common complaint in recent reviews. No heat and no reply from the manager at all.

• Santiago (9/5): Excelente experiencia en Lisboa. - La ubicación era perfecta para estar cerca de lo que era el centro histórico, la limpieza y la amplitud que se sentía dentro del piso es fantástica, las camas son grandes y cómodas y por lo que facilita el descanso. Lo único que calificaría como malo sería que entre pisos, sobre todo el de arriba el ruido se escuchaba muy fuerte cada vez que andaban o caminaban, pero supongo que no es problema vuestro

O estrado partido da cama, a falta de utensílios básicos na cozinha, a limpeza péssima já que tive que lavar a louça para poder usa lá. O facto da casa ter vidros foscos para um lado da casa e do outro lado as janelas ficam viradas para uma parede( sufocante).

El suelo suena constantemente y las paredes son muy finas, por lo que se oye todo, hasta cuando hablan los vecinos. Daba la sensación de que estaban dentro de la casa, sobre todo cuando subían y bajaban las escaleras. Las estufas regular y se echa de menos una bayeta, trapo de cocina, escoba y recogedor. Cuando estás varios días se echan de menos esas cosas…
• Panainte (2/5): A very bad option - We did not like anything. We arrived during the night, and both the neighborhood and the property itself looked run-down. We left on the same night we arrived because the accommodation had absolutely no heating. This was not mentioned to us at all, even though the booking was made for two adults and two children. It was very cold, and the cleanliness also left much to be desired. In addition, the property does not have air conditioning either, so in my opinion it cannot be considered a good option even in summer, not only in winter. Therefore, we left on the very first night.”

A experiência foi péssima, a limpeza estava horrível, quem foi limpar deixou uma janela aberta e choveu dentro do quarto e em cima da cama,além da casa estar gelada. O sofá estava super sujo que até deu nojo de sentar,o cheiro no apartamento não era a limpo. Os hóspedes do apartamento da frente eram super barulhentos e ouvia-se tudo,ou seja ,o isolamento acústico é péssimo. A nivel de estacionamento a zona é péssima. Tenho muita pena do dinheiro que dei pois não me senti minimamente confortável nesta estadia. Lamento que,nestes casos,não possamis ser ressarcidos ,pelo menos de parte do valor que pagámos.
• MARIA MERCEDES (8/5): - El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. Dejaron cápsulas de café muy rico, dos botellas de agua y un paquete de patatas. La ubicación, está un poco lejos, aunque con el coche hemos ido hasta un parking bastante céntrico, que estaba a 5 minutos del apartamento.

I would definitely recommend this place. I’ve been to Lisbon a few times, but this was by far the best place I’ve stayed. Date stayed: 19th December to 26th December
• yenia (5/5): Sin más - La ubicación pesima y el barrio muy raro... las paredes eran de papel y se escuchaba TODO de TODOS los vecinos y que no había ni una triste escoba para limpiar ni un trapo.
• Raquel (6/5): Custo beneficio ok, razoavel. - O Lugar era razoavel Lugar com certeza tinha isolamento termico, então mesmo frio estava agradavel, cama e quartos de bom tamanho, na verdade o espaço todo tinha bom tamanho. As instruções de entrada foram bem dadase fácil de ser encontrado pelo GPS. Facilidade de estacionamento próximo ao local. O Ambiente todo estava com um cheiro de cigarro que já parecia estar um pouco entranhado. O Banheiro não tinha um cheiro muito bom, parecia cheiro de esgoto, o piso do banheiro estava quebrado. O Lugar que se armazena água quente é muito pequeno, ou seja, a primeira pessoa a tomar banho tnha água quente as pessoas que iam a seguir já não tinham e eramos 3, sendo que o local tem duas camas de casal, imagina se fossemos 4. Encontrei fios de cabelo na cama que não eram meus e tive a sensação que o lençol não foi trocado, por isso na questão da limpeza podiam ser melhores. E nitidamente precisa de uma manutenção. Ficamos na Vila 5, cujo a entrada é por trás, a entrada por trás não fica num lugar muito agradavel visualmente, principalmente a noite e zero ideal se estiver com uma pessoa idosa, como foi no nosso caso. Na noite que chegamos inclusive tinha uma pessoa fazendo um cigarro de maconha na porta e fumando. Eramos so 3 adultos, se tivesse com crianças não me sentiria confortavel com isso.

Os andares são separados por sobrado, provocando barulho por quem anda no piso superior. Não havia esponja para lavar a loiça. Apenas 3 conjuntos de pratos quando o número de hóspedes é 4.

• Qi (1/5): Regret to book this one - Insufficient amount of blanket, very cold in December; customer service mentioned to check and come back to me ASAP, but I did not receive further reply or things I expected. Poor neighborhood. Bad noise insulation.

• Marie Claude (8/5): - La propreté Un peu éloigné du centre et du métro. Pas trop bien équipé pour la cuisine. Impossible d’accéder a la piscine.
• Anne Claire (8/5): Logement confortable et équipé - Facilité d'entrée et de sortie dans le logement. Facilité de communication avec la conciergerie qui gère le logement. Nous avons eu quelques soucis mais ils ont été réglés rapidement et avec bienveillance. Dommage que la piscine n'était pas utilisable en octobre.
• Katerina (9/5): Very good value for money, quick communication from the management company - Great place, very quick response from the management company, the apartment matches the photos and has everything you need for living. We had one cleaning service during our 5-night stay (but we didn't expect it at all), the location suited our needs. A few small recommendations for the future: - Provide at least one laundry capsule, as it is not practical to buy a whole pack for those staying for a couple of nights. - There were 2 coffee capsules, although there were 3 of us. It is worth considering the number of people. - There was plenty of soap, but only one bottle of shower gel. The amount should also be increased for reservations.
