• Grider (2/5): Disappointing - Was not clean, we separated the beds into the two twins as advertised and there was an absolute mess beneath that had compiled enough dirt and dish to show it hadn’t been cleaned in months . The outside was also dirty upon entry as it was covered in loose trash . I raised this to the host’s attention on day 2 and they said they’d “add it to their list” instead of coming to clean.
• Junea (8/5): - The room was clean and had most of the cooking & cleaning things. The bathroom was too compact, and the stairs were narrow.
• Adejoke (8/5): Worth the fee - Location perfect and accessible. No microwave.
• Salomé (6/5): kind of disappointed but we expected it to not be amazing - The apartment itself was okay and good bus and train connections The wardrobe is used as a storage area, the blanket and the pillows were not clean, had some stains that were not pleasant to watch, shower was ok but not good
• Catherine (4/5): Disappointing - Room was clean and well-equipped. It was quiet. I was not sent an email with the instructions and the keysafe code 24 hours before our arrival, as promised. The email arrived at 5.45am the following day. We were stranded on the street, with no-one answering the phone, although we were at the property at the time we had stipulated. There was only one mug in the property when we arrived. The duvet was too thin for November and there were no blankets. Mugs and a a new duvet arrived the following day The entrance hall and stairs were filthy and the front garden depressingly unkempt.

Trotts att vi påtalade detta till värden händer ingenting. Fick städa själva. Sängarna obekväma behöver nya madrasser.. Städning bristfälligt, smutsiga golv vi fick fukt moppa och dammsuga golvet själva när vi kom. Damm under sängar. Badrummet ok fast litet med en mini toalett stol som satt löst. .
• Egbuchulem (10/5): Exquisite - The space and the fact that everything I needed was inside. Plus the state of the art facility The bed. It kept dividing when I try to roll over to the other side
• Elizabeth05 (7/5): Good location - Location for us was excellent. Well designed and tasteful studio room. Impossible to make use of the TV, even had simson who has one unable to use it. The instructions we received to enter seriously out of date and need to be corrected. Furniture in general not sufficiently robust to be used be many guests.
• Mine (1/5): Avoid this accommodation – do not book. - We had a terrible experience and are still trying to get a refund through Booking.com. We booked 7 nights but left after the first night because we did not feel safe staying there, which forced us to pay for another hotel for the remaining 6 nights. This was the worst experience we’ve had with Booking.com. The property is actually a terrace house divided into rooms, each with a keypad lock. When we arrived, the main door was already cracked open. Although the accommodation claims to provide main door keys, in reality there is only a lockbox at the entrance with not enough keys for all guests. As a result, two guests were locked outside at night and had to bang on the door for nearly an hour until we let them in. This was frightening for us as well. Communication was only through WhatsApp, and while the host claimed the main door lock would be fixed, nothing was done. Given the unsafe neighbourhood and the unreliability of the locks, we decided to leave the next morning. We did not feel secure staying here. Furthermore, the person who was sending the whatsapp messages was blaming the other guests for the access issue and not taking any responsibility or offer any solutions and reassurance. The tone of the communication was super unprofessional and disturbing. Some screenshots from booking.com messages are attached.
• Hussain (9/5): It was a great stay & the owner was very helpful. - The stay has everything I needed (iron, boiler, etc). The owner of property was very responsive and helpful. It was advertised as a double bed, but it was actually 2 single beds which were great! 😃 A bit far from most tourist attractions but accessible by bus. The wall is thin so you can here people coming in and out of the property. It was hot during summer as there’s no fan/ac provided.

• タオ (4/5): Disappointed. - Good location. The smart lock did not work. I felt unsafe in the room. The room was smaller then expected.

• Meury (9/5): Superb - The apartment was well equipped and comfortable! I wish the wifi password was well displayed in the place. I texted the owner but got no reply. Also, there was no email to let me know the code to the door, so I had to call and ask.
