• Stefanie (8/5): - A cute place surrounded by nature. The place is spacious and the bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good and the water hot. The WiFi worked good as well. Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t in the condition which the listing promised. But the host was very friendly and open to the feedback and I’m sure it has been taken care of already.

• Santiago Roqué (6/5): Muy tranquilo - La tranquilidad del lugar, el diseño de los deptos y la amplitud de los mismos Tenía cortinas muy finitas que transparentaban el interior, por lo que no había privacidad. El dpto que me asignaron no tenía heladera ni frigobar, y tampoco aire acondicionado en la habitación (aunque no hizo falta). Los accesos son calles de tierra y ripio, no es culpa de ellos pero es algo a tener en cuenta
• Claire (6/5): Un belle chambre, mais des promesses non tenues - La chambre était très confortable et très belle. Le bâtiment est neuf et très beau. Le prix est un peu cher. Nous pensions être seuls mais en réalité il y a plusieurs chambre, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. En revanche nous avions réservés pour profiter de la piscine, or celle ci n'était absolument pas entretenue et pleine de feuille; nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner.

• Sergio (10/5): Una experiencia excelente y súper recomendable - El lugar es hermoso, con un diseño moderno y muy bien cuidado. Se nota la dedicación en cada detalle, desde la decoración hasta la comodidad de los espacios. El ambiente es súper tranquilo, ideal para desconectar y descansar. Además, la atención de Gerardo fue excelente, muy amable y predispuesto en todo momento. La limpieza impecable y las instalaciones de primer nivel. La experiencia en general fue muy buena, no tengo nada relevante para destacar como negativo.

• Matthew (1/5): Disappointing and damp - Spacious rooms, well laid out and decorated. Nice area very quiet and tranquil. On arrival we were given the wrong code for the door, we then got the correct code after a few messages to the host. Let ourselves into the room and it smelt very strongly of chemicals and damp and all the soft furnishings were very damp to the touch including all the bedding. Spoke to the hosts who provided us an alternative room which also turned out to be very damp and had visible mould on the walls. Whole place looked very run down, pool was dirty and green. At this point we left and found alternative accommodation It’s a shame because the property has a lot of potential

• Córdoba (8/5): - Me gusto las instalaciones, muy linda la decoración y el lugar fabuloso, hermoso para descansar y desconectarse un poco No me gusto que no tengan heladera ni en las habitaciones ni tampoco de uso común, tampoco tienen cocina, la atención pésima no respondían los mensajes, sólo para cobrar..

• Arturo (5/5): Muy poco interés por la experiencia del cliente - La comunicación previa del alojamiento fue inexistente. Envié un para de días antes un mensaje por booking y por whatsapp al número informado por booking consultando si podía ingresar antes de las 15hs y nunca obtuve respuesta. a las 15 hs me presenté en el alojamiento, no había nadie, la puerta se abría con un código y nunca me lo habían suministrado. Llamé a teléfono del alojamiento, envié whatsapp, les escribí por booking y nadie respondió. A las 16:30, cuando ya había encontrado un plan B donde alojarme me llamaron y suministraron un códico para ingresar. El primer código no funcionó! Tuve que reclamarles, me suministraron otro y recién ahí, pude entrar. Y luego de tanta fricción, sólo se comunicaron interesados en el pago, mostraron muy poco interés por la experiencia del cliente.

La facilidad para obtener el ingreso al mismo El living debería tener cortinas de black out, porque al salir el sol, ya hay demasiada luz para los que duermen allí. Pondría un frigobar en cada refugio.

So instead of relaxing by the pool we relaxed on the sofa reading a book and looking out of the window to the amazing jungle. The place is gorgeous. Decorated with incredibly good taste to the minimum detail. Ana was an amazing host. Nothing
