• Manqele (1/5): It was horrible after paying so much money - I like the fact that it has lot of other things, restaurant, bar, pool My host gave me a room i didn’t book for did not attend to us not even once even after complaining that there we no tissue he did nothing about it, the house wasn’t clean even after requesting for cleaning service he didn’t get back to us,

• Guest (3/5): It was okay but disappointed by the way the apartment looks, with turn furniture - The location was great. The torn furniture in the apartment, the one shower's water isn't coming out properly we had to use the next rooms one, the door was broken the key hinge was also broken. The fridge had a smelly fridge. The bedroom cupboards were broken; there were no enough towels but only a black towel.

• Abongile (1/5): It was a terrible stay the host doesn’t care about you the towels are very old the host is worst he doesn’t care I didn’ - Nothing Washing machine stuck open force fitted into the cupboard not easily to move around, when the load shedding came there was no back up on my room only, I called the property he doesn’t pick up he ignores calls and I left a day before and went to stay by a friend as I hve paid for 3 days of unpleasant

• Abdul (1/5): Very very Bad - I called the person in charge to inform him that he didn't have water, soap and said he would put it on and nothing. The next day they didn't clean the room. I never go to this place and I don't recommend it to anyone
• Live (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing The place is not maintained, kitchen cupboards are falling, bedroom cupboards are falling, blinds are falling, there are cigarette burns on the couch, coffee table, and headboard. The couch is dirty, and the extra blanket was not washed it was smelling. I don't even want to mention the towels. This unit is just a mess.

• Chiluba (6/5): It was okay. - Upon arrival we had to wait for the housekeeper to bring the keys as they were not available at the reception. Essential kitchen utensils were not available. And when we arrived it seemed someone had just used one of the bathrooms without due care. Other than that the host was a quick responder when we asked for cleaning agents that we needed .

Everything else was horrible Waited 2 hours in the lobby and the room was still not ready for me, by 4pm we rather just left and came back at night and still the Room was extremely dirty, things left in the fridge, bedside tables full of mess, bathroom left dirty as well

It looks like it’s in a safe area but the other residents and patrons walking around in groups with alcohol bottles proved very different. - Filthy apartment, couch was smelly, room was stuffy and smelled like weed, covered by a weak vanilla fragrance coming from an air freshener device. - Laundry still in washing machine. - Fridge started flooding into the kitchen, and host did not respond until the next day. - Parking didn’t feel safe. - No airconditioning but one small mobile fan for the entire apartment?? - Food particles in the kitchen sink - Just so dirty!

We had to list the below for the manager to come & sort out. The kitchen drawers are also broken 3:) There is no bin bags in the bathroom to throw dirt 4:) There is not enough toilet rolls and no kitchen roll 5:) Bed side lamps not working 6:) There is only one towel in each bathroom 7:] I do hope there is general daily cleaning as the kitchen will start to smell of the food disposed. 8:)Also heater is leaking, we put water in as per instructions 9:)Also the main bathroom had a box of condoms and used eyelashes. It seems this apartment was not cleaned properly. I took some pics
