• László (10/5): Villa Rosa szuper! - Saját parkoló, kedves házigazda, közeli tengerpart (4 perc gyerekekkel). Tágas. Érkezéskor hűvösebb volt, előre be volt fűtve, és a fűtés szabályozását is ránk bízta. Hétvégén is csendes volt a környék (április elején, ez gondolom főszezonban másként van). Nem tudok ilyet.

• Mangione (4/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut Wir hatten die untere kleine Wohnung. Ich kann nicht verstehen das andere Urlaube die Wohnung als sehr gut und sauber beschreiben. Ich fange einfach mal an. Küche: Kühlschrank Licht defekt und von außen verrostet so wie auch alle Heizungen. Griffe einfach nicht fest geschraubt . Die Küchenschränke alles zusammen gewürfelt wie auch die Restlichen Möbeln. Was einer nicht mehr brauchte einfach reingestelt. Ich finde sah aus wie vom Sperrmüll . Das Badezimmer war auch nicht besser. Duschkabine ging die Farbe ab und einfach gammelig. An den Wänden hingen noch die Haare von weiß ich wem. Auf dem WC Rollenhalter war so fett Staub wie auch an den Wänden im gesamten Wohnbereich. Oben drüber ist eine Große Ferienwohnung für Familien. Das war so Laut konnte man nicht schlafen. Liegt aber an der Bau weise. Kurz gesagt absolut grottig . Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen

Weeks after I booked the apartment the host reached to me asking to cancel my reservation and rebooking with a different payment option blaming some "payed issues he has with the booking platform", if didn't agree to make a new booking I will not be accepted. Sure enough the next booking comes more expensive than the original one and being close to the check in date I didn't have a chance to change my plan and looking for another location, tried to negotiate the payment because the higher price wasn't my fault but the host can't agree to anything less and just got a better deal only for itself. This kind of behavior isn't fair, not professional and never happened to me before, it smells of scam, Be Aware.

Nothing special but ok for a few days. - Position very central near Piazza Mazzini about 300m from the beach but at the same time quite calm as the street is not very busy. Parking lot nearby right across the street. Nice welcome and easy handover by the owner who endeavoured to make us feel comfy. We found the apartment very clean and adequately equipped. Sheets and towels were available free of charge. We liked the washing machine, too. The house is also surrounded by a garden with a table and chairs available to spend some time at open air. Our apartment (#2) had an unpleasant smell of humidity that persisted even when keeping doors and windows open. The water box in the bathroom did not work properly when we arrived however the owner took care of it and had it fixed the next day.
