• Nick (9/5): A great place for a short family break - Welcoming, comfortable,cosy Minor niggles, one ring on the stove didn’t work, window latch broken, no can opener
• John (8/5): enjoyable apart from the beach aspect - it was a caravan and as such reviews are obv ltd. The van was very clean and situated in a quieter area of the camp. Well appointed and the only complaint was a dead battery in the smoke alarm which started sounding a warning beep every couple of seconds at 1am but these things happen. Would prob have appreciated the site a bit more 30 years ago when my kids were little as it very family orientated unfortunately no beach at new beach caravan site dymchurch as beach covered by sea defence strenthening granite blocks

• Andrew (7/5): Caravan ok -swimming pool very very poor. - Small but comfortable although the cooker was very temperamental and would not stay on. Caravan was fine but swimming pool times for family fun swim was way off. Family time was only 2-4 where kids want to wake up and go swimming. I was told opens at 9 with adult swim, then aqua aerobics, then parent baby, then lunch and kids swim at 2 and last swim at 4. This is not good enough especially in kids holiday time.

• Steve (1/5): NOT CLEAN - On arrival we had not been given details for the caravan and spent an hour in reception trying to locate the unit. We managed to get hold of the owner who then told us to wait for a call from the cleaner. After 30 mins we got a call which was to inform us the booking had been missed and the unit was not cleaned, bedding not changed etc etc. We were told we could stay the night but no cleaning until tomorrow. The caraven itself was ok but nosisy beds and no locks on the doors even the toilet. DO NOT BOOK n arrival we had not been given details for the caravan and spent an hour in reception trying to locate the unit.
