Кухня повністю укомплектована необхідним обладнаянням (плита, духовка, мікрохвильова піч, холодильник, посудомийна машина, набір посуду для їжі та її приготування тощо). Санвузол з душовою кабіною та біде. Зручне ліжко у спальні та диван, що розкладається, в лівінгу. Шикарна прибудинкова територія з квітами. До найближчої зупинки пару хвилин пішки, автобуси ходять справно та напівпорожні. Поруч знаходиться великий мережевий супермаркет, Макдональдс та кафе. Велика подяка господарю, який зустрів нас в аеропорту та потім організував трансфер на зворотній рейс вночі. Міхаель, щиро дякуємо Вам! Перебування у Вас було дуже приємним та залишило чудові враження! Щодо проживання, то сподобалось ВСЕ. Транспорта доступність середня, але в масштабах великого міста проблеми не становить. До центра Рима потрібно їхати автобусом з пересадкою на метро. Міхаель порадив нам купити проїзні квитки, тому ми мали змогу безлімітно користуватись всіма видами транспорту та навіть приміською електричкою, подорожуючи в Остію на узбережжя Тірренського моря.

• Costa (9/5): - Tudo perfeito, o anfitrião se disponibilizou a nos levar nos supermercados e nos levou ao aeroporto. Um pouco longe dos pontos turísticos, mais tem ônibus e metrô. Pela manhã, mesmo conversando baixinho os vizinhos batiam na parede alegando que estávamos fazendo barulhos.

• Florentina (9/5): Superb - The accomodation is great, modern, clean with all the facilities, in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The host is very kind, available and helped us with the transport to the metro station when we came and left. The distance to the city center and the bus not coming in time
• Stef (9/5): Superb - It was better than we expected! Michiel is an amazing host, he helped us with pick up though late in the night, and offered to take us to the metro when leaving. He guided us what to visit and when. Thank you! It is a bit far from the center and the bus had a few delays, but it was a very quiet relaxing neighborhood

• George (9/5): Exceeded my expectations. Very competitive price. - The owner was very kind and accommodating. The flat was clean and well maintained with a beautiful garden. There is a bus stop near the flat. Parking in case you have a car is easy and free. You need close to an hour to reach the center of Rome by bus and metro.
