• Alejandro (8/5): - Si bastante muy limpio y ordenado todo El que no nos recibiera nadie, las dudosas indicaciones por WhatsApp, que parecía un decapé room , las llaves no estaban donde nos han dicho, la plaza de garaje no era la que nos dijeron al principio… desde que llegamos hasta que encontramos el piso y la plaza de garaje; tardamos una hora. Pero por lo de mas muy bien.
• lidia (10/5): Vacaciones en familia - La paz y tranquilidad, ideal para descansar y desconectar. La cercanía a la ciudad y cualquier lugar. Sin lugar a duda si volvemos intentaremos volver aquí.
• Sergio (9/5): - El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, camas cómodas, vistas laterales al mar, piscina tranquila con vistas al mar y todo nuevo. Muy cerca de Torre del Mar con buen ambiente por las noches en el paseo marítimo. Zona muy tranquila El acceso a la playa si quieres ir paseando, la playa está al lado pero tienes que cruzar una carretera de doble sentido sin paso de peatones y conlleva peligro. Cogiendo el coche en pocos kms puedes aparcar y acceder sin problemas.

• Mark (4/5): Toxic and manipulative staff. The apartment itself is modern. - There are 2 pots, 2 (scratched) teflon pans, full cutlery, washing machine (without powder), dishwasher (without tablets). 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. Blackout shades. The apartment itself is quite modern. I never write bad reviewes, I'm usually a grateful person, but from the start, communication was a mess. We were given a WhatsApp contact via Booking, who then redirected us to the cleaning lady, who ghosted us. Only after involving a third person could we finally arrange check-in. Replies were painfully slow, often left on read. When we arrived, the apartment was unbearably hot, the A/C didn’t work. A tiny portable unit was provided, but it barely cooled one room, keep in mind, the apartmant had a living room and 2 bedrooms, thus the other 2 rooms remained unlivable. We couldn't sleep because of the heat. Dishes and bedsheets were still wet after check-in, and there were zero cleaning essentials for the dishes (no sponge, no soap, no dishwasher tablets), nothing for the bathroom (shower gel). We were promised an A/C fix the next day, but nothing happened, not even on the third day. Not even an apology. When we asked for compensation, they ignored us. But the moment I said I would contact Booking, they suddenly became super active, arguing with me and sending photos of the portable A/C to Booking chat as evidence. It felt manipulative and toxic. We were offered 80€ to not write a bad review, but when we asked more, at least 100€, around the price of one night, they started ignoring us again, and NO REFUND WAS PROVIDED AT THE END. I understand the owner blames the building managers, but if I spend €400+ on a few nights TO THE OWNER, than take responsibility, reply on time, apologize. You are proving a service. This was supposed to be a short, peaceful break for my mom and grandma who care for my autistic brother 24/7, and never ever go on trips. Instead, they couldn’t even sleep, not even on their well deserved vacation.
• Jorge (7/5): Buenisima ubicación y muy moderno. Faltan cosas básicas. - Buena ubicación. Muy moderno. Fácil entrada, con parking muy cerca y accesible. Instalaciones muy modernas con piscina amplia y bonita y pista de pádel. Como crítica constructiva porque es un apartamento muy bueno, le falta más equipamiento en cosas básicas, como por ejemplo más platos, cubiertos, vasos. También había pocos rollos de papel higiénico. Si se espera que si el apartamento es para 5-6 personas, tenga el equipamiento necesario como almohadas o toallas suficientes. Tampoco hay algo fundamental en verano y es el aire acondicionado. Aunque hay un pingüino, pero en pleno julio y la humedad, no ayuda mucho. Si se mejoran estos pequeños detalles, el apartamento sería maravilloso y de lo mejor de la zona y la estadía sería más cómoda.
