• Greg (5/5): Uncomfortable and disappointing . Exposed wire in photos - Great location in old town and it was a good price that suited our limited budget. Sadly it was a case of you very get barely get what you pay for . It was cheap yes ..as we had 5 nights pre booked due to the location. But cleanliness and safety and a comfortable bed should be minimal . The mattress was so hard and grubby we had to put the supplied blankets from cupboard under the bottom sheet so we could actually manage to sleep. A pillow mattress topper that is changed between guests at least could be an easy improvement .. But better still new comfortable mattress is a must for somewhere providing accomodation. There was an exposed wire in the shower room and an unsafe over loaded power pack with the fridge etc plugged in. The carpet was so dusty it needs to be replaced . The 2nd room available was rented for 3 of the nights to 3 very loud and inconsiderate young ladies that were in and out at all hours of the night banging crashing and talking loudly to say the least .. The managers were unfriendly and would make this place hard to recommend to anyone . I should also mention the stairs are very loud and steep and all doors shut extremely loudly through out the accomodation so take ear plugs to sleep.. We considered moving but there were limited options so my back regrettably had to endure the horrible uncomfortable bed and lack of sleep for the last 5 nights of the 21day stay on Crete 😕😕😕

• Donatella (1/5): Do not go, you’ll regret it. DIRTY. Plenty of other options or hostels which are cheaper and cleaner. - This place is awful. The location is the only pro. I booked a room with private bathroom and got a room with shared bathroom, had to walk through a communal kitchen. Also found pee on the toilet seat. Absolutely disgusting conditions. The room was bad too, the carpet floor was full of pieces of dirt that you’d never walk bare feet. See picture of the toilet seat attached. I made a complaint but no one was available to give me another room with private toilet, so I changed hotel without even thinking twice. They never refunded me the price of the first night, even though I didn’t even stay. So here is the evidence for everyone of how you’ll find your bathroom (dirty and with pee all over) when you think you’re booking a private one.

• Orozco Gilabert (10/5): - Me equivoqué en las fechas, puse que nos quedábamos una noche extra y cuando quise cambiarlo en Booking ya no se podía hacer nada, ni me daba opción. Al final, el dueño me dió el dinero en físico de esa noche que no íbamos a estar. Muy agradecida con él 🤍

• Valérie (7/5): - La hauteur des plafonds, les 2 grandes fenêtres. L'impression d'espace. La gentillesse des hôtes. La salle de bain très propre et très correcte. La situation géographique exceptionnelle. L'isolation phonique inexistante entre les étages. Pas de double vitrage. La moquette vieille et un peu malodorante. Les couleurs sombres et tristes de certains meubles abîmés. La laideur de la cuisine et le manque de décoration. Pas de recherche. Mon matelas aussi était fatigué : aïe mon dos !. Le manque de propreté dans les tiroirs et placards de la cuisine. Et surtout le voisinage extérieur !!!! Trop de bruit soir et nuit ! Je n'ai pas aimé non plus que la cuisine et les toilettes soient séparées de la chambre par l'escalier. Toujours peur de voir quelqu'un...
• Anastasia (7/5): Για κάποιον που ενδιαφέρεται απλά για ένα καθαρό δωμάτιο και μπάνιο σε καλή τιμή είναι μια χαρά. - Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, χωρίς φασαρία παρόλο που το επισκέφθηκα σε τουριστική περίοδο, ευγενικοί άνθρωποι. Το μπάνιο, αν και αποκλειστικής χρήσης, ήταν σε χωριστό χώρο από το δωμάτιο. Θα προτιμούσα να το γνωρίζω από πριν.

• Carla (3/5): There is no good value for money - The proximity to the city center and the attractions. Nothing else. It was so dirty. The carpet floor full of trash and crumbs. The personal didn't treat us well. He didn’t explain anything . The bathroom was dirty too with bad smell.

• ΝΙΚΟΣ (2/5): - Η τοποθεσία Πολύ βρόμικο σιχαίνεσαι να πατήσεις στο πάτωμα και να ξαπλώσεις στο κρεβάτι, οι τοίχοι έχουν αράχνες και κάτω από το κρεβάτι κρύβεται άπειρη σκόνη. Το μπάνιο είναι εκτός δωματίου και μπορεί να συναντήσεις άλλους μέχρι να πας. Και η ηχομόνωση είναι εξίσου πολυ κακή καθώς ακούς όποιον περπατάει στο κτήριο ειδικά το βράδυ είναι αρκετά ενοχλητικό.

• isabelle (9/5): - L'emplacement et la climatisation L'odeur d'urine permanente dans la salle de bain. Salle de bain séparée de la chambre, plutôt mieux vue l'odeur. Pas d'alèse sur les lits, matelas moyennement propres.

• Marijke (4/5): was er gelukkig maar 1 nacht - de locatie was perfect, leuke buurt met gezellige eettentjes, restaurants en terrasjes. De vloerbedekking is smerig en badkamertje erg ouderwets, het is een basicroom waarvoor de prijs veel te hoog is.

• Ingrid (1/5): - Nichts! Eine heruntergekommene Absteige. Verdeckter Teppichboden, verdreckte zudecken, nach der Dusche könnte man im Bad schwimmen, es gab nicht Mal einen Duschvorhang. So etwas dürfte nicht angeboten werden.

• Matteo (2/5): Se potete scegliete di meglio - L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione, si trova al centro di Creta La camera era sporchissima, ragnatele e sporco ovunque. Dal bagno usciva una puzza allucinante. Nel complesso tutto rotto e decadente senza fare l’elenco di ogni cosa che non andava. Non c’è un box doccia, quando ti lavi allaghi completamente tutto il bagno

• Ann (10/5): Couldn't have been more central to old town, fabulous and safe. - Location was great, and it was large spacious room. The proprietor was friendly and accommodating. Fridge and kettle were an asset. Air conditioning also in price, excellent. Nothing to dislike
