• Mathias (5/5): Tolles Appartement, leider Baulärm. - Leider war eine Baustelle, drei Häuser weiter, der Presslufthammer hat alles gegeben, und das ab 9 bis etwa 16.30. Wir hatten das Appartement für 2 Personen, das ansonsten toll war, - mit sehr tollem Ausblick auf das Green, und die anhängenden Berge. Fairerweise hat uns der Vermieter für den Rest der Woche ein anderes Appartement zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Baulärm war hier nicht so extrem, dennoch war er auch hier sicherlich hörbar. Alles im Allen, ein tolles Appartement, leider werden Häuser daneben gebaut und der Fels dafür klein gehämmert. Immo keine Empfehlung von uns.

• Anna-Lena (10/5): - Sehr schöne Villa mit toller Lage in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Gated Community. Besonders positiv sind die zwei großzügigen Bäder, die viel Komfort bieten. Der private Pool rundet den Aufenthalt perfekt ab – ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Als kleine negative Punkte sind zu nennen, dass der Pool leider den ganzen Tag im Schatten liegt – dafür ist er jedoch beheizt. Zudem wäre ein Staubsauger praktisch gewesen, da es keine Zwischenreinigung gab. Ein Besen und Kehrblech waren allerdings vorhanden, sodass eine grundlegende Reinigung möglich war. Außerdem hätte das Badezimmer in den Ecken etwas sauberer sein können.

Weg vom Rummel von Maspalomas, aber trotzdem mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Ruhig trotz der Strasse direkt unter der Terrasse Keine Abendsonne

• Maria Rosa (9/5): - La nostra vacanza nella villa è stato perfetto. Abitazione grande, curata, piscina riscaldata, giardino attrezzato e splendida vista sul campo da golf. Parcheggio privato piano strada e ascensore per salire al primo piano. Durante il nostro soggiorno c'è stato l'intervento del giardiniere per curare il giardino e la piscina è stata pulita dopo il passaggio della burrasca Claudia. Ci è dispiaciuto dover andare via dopo una settimana. Isaias è stato disponibile e ci ha dato suggerimenti per posti da vedere, ristoranti, attività da fare, ecc. Abbiamo riscontrato alcune cose che dovevano essere sistemate nella villa ma Isaias ha predisposto l'intervento dei tecnici nella stessa mattinata.
• David (8/5): A very nice private Villa which allowed for privacy. - The property was very spacious particularly the outside areas. It really felt private and you could relax outside. The property we had did not resemble the pictures of the others. The main bed was quite small and did not have the luxurious feel that the pictures portrayed. The property we had also was very much in the shade for most of the day which whilst I understand little can be done about that. I noticed the other properties seemed to get more sun so that was disappointing.

• Pieter (7/5): Heel mooie, gezellige woning met mooi uitzicht en goede ligging, alleen weinig zon want noord-oriëntatie. - Zeer goede ligging met zicht op Salobre Golfterrein. Zeer mooie woning, mooi en gezellig ingericht zoals op de foto’s, zowel binnen als buiten. Een overdekte parking vlak onder de woning, een lift tot boven. Zowel het hotel Salobre Golf Resort als de Spar-winkel, basketbal- en voetbalterrein zijn op wandelafstand. Correcte prijs! Aan te raden! De oriëntatie: zelden zon op het terras en vanaf 16u verdween de zon achter de achtergelegen bergen. Weinig voorzieningen qua servies (slechts 5 borden, 5 glazen,…), geen keukenhanddoek,… Maar wél broodrooster, Nespresso-machine, waterkoker, oven microgolf,… En héél weinig druk op het water in de douches én slechts een boiler van 50 liter waardoor je met moeite met 2 personen warm water in de douche kan hebben en zeker niet met 4 personen. En het duurde zeer lang eer de boiler terug opgewarmd was. Er was ook een morgen dat er bijna geen water meer uit de douche kwam, we vermoeden dat dit was doordat het zwembad bij de buren net werd bijgevuld.

Emplacement idéal (prévoir voiture ou taxi), lieu sécurisé, vue sur le terrain de golf et montagnes, plages proches, divers randonnées, commerces à moins de 10mins en voiture. Hôte accueillant et à l'écoute. Je recommande cette villa.

The view is amazing and with the greenery of the golf course it’s like you’re in oasis. The contact with the host was very friendly and a great start of our vacation. I recommend this villa to everyone who wants some peace and quiet to relax and if you like some more action, you just 10 minutes away to the beach and lively area with your (rental) car. That we had to leave again ;)

It’s very spacious and the views on the golf course are amazing. It’s hard to find anything not to like. But this is my own personal preference on position, the property is east facing so early morning sunshine is fabulous, but during winter season (February) we lost the sun on the pool area around 4.30/5pm.

I stayed at Salobre Oasis Suites, but unfortunately, my experience was impacted by excessive construction noise nearby. The noise started early in the morning and lasted until late in the afternoon, which made it difficult to relax during my vacation. There was no mention of this issue on Booking.com when I made my reservation. I hope future guests will be informed of such disturbances before booking.

• David (9/5): Stunning well-appointed villa with a great little private pool, in a quiet area. - Isaias the manager was incredibly helpful and welcoming, meeting us on arrival despite the late hour, and having put some pizzas and beers in the fridge recognizing we were traveling during dinner time, which was a great touch. The villa was incredibly stylish and well appointed, set in a quiet golf resort with a convenient Spar shop and a decent restaurant down the road (plus a couple of restaurants in the nearby hotel). 10min drive to the nearby towns on the coast. I'm nitpicking, but the master bedroom could have fitted a larger bed. Honestly, there's very little that could have been improved.
• James (10/5): To sum this place up, don’t hesitate to book it, it’s AMAZING and you’ll love spending any amount of time here. Would ha - I don’t often write many reviews, but had to make an exception for this place. Me and my partner stayed in the one bedroom apartment for 5 nights from 18th-23rd June for my 30th Birthday, all both of us can say is WOW. Honestly the photos do not do this place enough justice it’s fantastic! The living room/ Kitchen area is very spacious which looks out onto the terrace/ pool area. The villa is private and comes with its own allocated parking space should you hire a car. The kitchen - This is stocked with everything you will need. I can’t speak for the larger Villas, however the one bedroom one we stayed in had X4 of everything such as plates, bowls & glasses which was ample. It has a built in cooker/ grill along with a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plus pans and an array of utensils to make food and drink with. The living room - Smart tv which you can link your Netflix/ Prime to & also it has apple AirPlay so you can stream context from your iPhone or IPads which we found very handy to watch Love Island on an evening haha. Large L-shape sofa which is very comfortable to sit on. Bedroom - This is definitely one of the showpieces of the house, it’s very, very nice. It has a huge rainfall shower along with a standalone bath and ‘his & hers’ sinks. Him It’s very well decorated and super modern. There is a toilet in the room itself behind a frosted glass door, however should you want more Privacy there is a separate toilet/ sink area in the ‘hallway’ before the bedroom. The bathroom comes with little complimentary shampoos. There is also a Hairdryer to use and massive wardrobe space for any clothing/ bags you bring along. The Pool - This again is incredible and a wonderful place to relax. Photos don’t do it justice and it’s a great size especially for a couple - it’s also heated so you can even have nice night swims as the entire outside area is very well lit up. There is nothing neither me or my partner dislike about the property what so ever, however there are some TINY criticisms which really can’t be helped but I have to be honest. The one bedroom villa is located next to the main access road, it can get slightly noisy when vehicle are passing every day specially work vehicles however this is a very minor issue and when we spent time outside we often played music so it wasn’t that noticeable and nothing to put you off. The air con in the main living area is rather loud and makes a ‘rattling’ noise which could do with addressing if possible but again, it’s not an issue as in you can’t here it when you’re sleeping

It’s very spacious, lots of wardrobe space, more than enough for what we was expecting. The only 1 thing I can say is the outdoor light switch was broken so we couldn’t use the lighting on the terrace, although it didn’t really matter and we didn’t report this problem to the property owners. But hopefully something they will fix soon.

Great location to go to all the good places on the warm side of the island. If you are a golfer, there is 36 holes you can play at the resort! Maybe the kitchen utensils can be renewed, we normally love to cook, but the pans were not really usable (we didn’t mention this to the owner, otherwise he would have probably fixed it!)
