L'hôte n'a pas répondu au téléphone malgré plusieurs appels pour obtenir le code de la boîte à clés, nous avons dû prendre un hôtel au dernier moment. L'annonce peut sembler correcte, mais la veille du séjour les photos disparaissent et de mauvais avis précédemment cachés apparaissent. Booking n'a pas non plus été correct, car il ne rembourse que jusqu'à 25 euros (sous réserve de trouver un nouveau logement sur l'application).
- Attila (1/5): Tisztességtelen - Be sem engedtek az előre lefoglalt, kifizetett szállásra. Telefont nem vették fel és email-ben sem válaszoltak. Felvettem a kapcsolatot a Booking.com-al. Ők jelezték, hogy keresni kell egy másik szállást, mert a jelenlegi nem fogad minket.
- Nikolaos (1/5): - Nothing at all. If you want to risk your stay at Sibiu, this is the perfect choice! It says that you can check in from 15:00-22:00, we were there at 20:00. The owner didn't send even a message, didn't answer calls, not even text messages. He didn't send any code for the key box and we couldn't get in, after a long trip. So, even if he had gotten paid, we didn't stay at all. The worst experience of my entire life. Take your risk and book there, if you like an adventurous life!
