• Laura (1/5): Extremely disappointed, powerless and frustated. - The views and location. Where shall I start? They only provided one bedsheet for one of the bedrooms, while the double bedroom had nothing but a mattress cover and two old single duvet sheets. The person in charged said that this ‘Nordic Style’. ‘Nordic Style’ in Fuengirola?? We ended up spending an extra €50 on clean and proper bedsheets for all of the beds. The double mattress itself was disgusting—dirty, with stains all over both the topper and the mattress. They didn’t even bother to provide at least a clean mattress. The shower was full of hair, there was only half a roll of toilet paper left, the dishwasher still had dirty dishes inside and dirt in the filter, one of the wardrobes was only half-usable for all of us, and the wardrobe in the other room was locked. On top of that, one of the air-conditioning units was completely useless—the water was leaking from another pipe, and an orange cloth had been stuffed inside to stop it. This only caused the bedroom to end up with a puddle on the floor (see attached picture).I couldn’t bother to ask for this to get fixed. We stayed for 5 full days—my parents, my partner, and I—and this is what we got from a supposedly 8.5-rated property. Of course, they still asked for a deposit, and the stay was non-refundable, despite such poor service. The person managing the property was rude and even had the audacity to say that I was causing him too many problems. Perhaps they are used to treating foreign tourists this way, assuming I would be just another one of them, but I am also Spanish. I would not want any tourist, whether local or international, to experience what we went through when the expectations and advertised rating of the property are so high.
• Javier (9/5): Volveremos - La ubicación y vistas desde el alojamiento son excelentes. Todo muy completo en cuanto a menaje. Limpio y acogedor. Buena conexión wifi. Televisión óptima. El personal para la entrega de llaves súper agradable. Cualquier duda era solventada sobre la marcha. Falta de armarios para la ropa. Ya que solo se puede usar uno, el del dormitorio pequeño, y nada más que la mitad de este. El mobiliario del apartamento (salón sobre todo) necesita ser reemplazados por algo más actual. Lo más urgente el sofá.

• José Manuel (8/5): - El cuarto de baño y la habitación principal. La habitación secundaria da a un corredor, de tal manera que pasa gente que te puede ver a través de tu ventana. De los dos armarios de ambos dormitorios sólo se podía usar la mitad de uno de ellos. El uno y medio restantes estaban cerrados con cerradura. Es mejorable el sofá y sillón del salón, ya que tienen un tapizado sintético muy incómodo con temperaturas calurosas.

• Ronnie (10/5): A little piece of heaven! - The view from the Balcony is amazing, very convenient location, we were worried we would miss having a pool but we got sunbeds on the beach directly across the road each day and we really did not miss the pool at all. This really is a fabulous property and the host management was excellent and responded to any query's really quickly. I would highly recommend. The roll away bed for the 5th person could have a better mattress and a lock on bathroom door needed other than that absolutely perfect!
