• Parth (5/5): Good walkable location, but overall quality of the apartment is just ok… - The location was great Housekeeping was not properly done, there was dust in the corners, very noisy due to the HeyTea at the ground floor very loud door slams you can hear since 5AM, NO AC and very small and average bathroom. For this price they could renovate it a little.

• Birgit (6/5): - Tolle Lage und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Auch die Gastgeber waren bemüht, aber konnten keine Lösungen für die Schwachstellen anbieten. Das Appartement befand sich im 4 Stock (ohne Lift). Im Keller dieses Hauses gab es eine Bar - die dafür gesorgt hat, dass es abends am Wochenende laut war. Gemäß Schriftverkehr mit den Gastgebern wissen sie sehr wohl um diese Tatsache. Sie sehen das eine Familie mit Kind an einem Freitag anreist, aber gaben dennoch vorab keine Info raus. Wüsste man das, würde man sich zb. zumindest mit Ohropax etc. ausstatten - das war sehr ärgerlich, wenn man spätabends an einem Fr. landet und gleich die erste Nacht mal kaum Schlaf erhält, weil unten Party gemacht wird. Die Fenster sind nicht dicht und es zog rein. Die Sauberkeit war nicht gegeben. Beim Öffnen der Waschmaschine kam einem ein Gestank entgegen; aber der schwarze Schimmel beim Dichtungsteil war das schlimmere - so will das kein Reisender nutzen.
• Nicole (5/5): Ausreichend für 3Nächte - Sehr zentrale Lage, unkomplizierter check in mit Schlüsselcode. Zimmer nicht mehr in so gutem Zustand wie auf den Bildern, sehr laut auch in der Nacht, keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck am Abreisetag wo abzustellen.

Bright and airy apartment just big enough for 4 people. Well appointed kitchen. Great communication by Whatsapp with clear instructions on checking in. THE STAIRS!! We were in apartment 4 - top floor and the stairs are a killer. Especially with large suitcases. No mirror over the handbasin in the bathroom made it hard for the men in our group to shave.

Kat daire verilmişti.. banyo lavabosu iyi su çekmiyordu..görseldeki beğendim daire olacak sanmıştım ama en üst kat ve başka küçük bir daire verildi..

• Kristen (8/5): Fantastic and amazing memories were made!! - Excellent location and when paying flights abs everything else lived the cost when traveling with 3 littles Only issue we had with the property were the floors seemed to be very dusty and dirty - probably just an issue with location and city proximity but would have loved a broom, vacuum and all purpose cleaner so we could clean up a little during our stay

• Julie (9/5): I would recommend this flat to other travelers as long as they understand ot is a lot of stairs. - Location was perfect and the space was exactly as expected. It was clean and had everything we needed. No lift did make it difficult with our large suitcases. Being on the top floor was tricky, but we knew going in there was no lift.

• Josephine (4/5): Great potential but will not stay again - The location is fabulous and the apartment is spacious . The kitchen is ok and washer modern . Staff were available and allowed us to check in an hour early. Unfortunately, this flat has a major issue with the entrance door, which is shared with a very busy tea shop. Every few seconds the door slams loudly, creating constant noise. When I raised this with Nestor, they insisted it was just maintenance work, which was not the case. The noise is extremely intrusive and completely disrupted our peace.

• Maxime (8/5): Excellent emplacement à deux pas de Regent Street - Un appartement vraiment bien situé, idéal pour explorer le centre de Londres. A proximité de Oxford Circus et Regent Street. Très bien équipé et très soigné, avec des lits particulièrement confortables. L'hôte est accueillant et attentif. Petite remarque : l'accès au 4ème étage sans ascenseur peut représenter un défi pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou ayant beaucoup de bagages. À prendre en compte selon vos besoins. Mis à part ce point, rien à redire.
• Stephen (9/5): Overall, a super convenient and comfortable base for a London family break, and we would happily stay here again. - Our family of five stayed at The Maddox in mid-January for a few days and found it very comfortable for a short city stay. The location was unbeatable — just steps from Oxford Street, Regent Street, and many restaurants, shops, and Tube stations, making it easy to explore London. The apartment was well laid out and suited our family nicely, providing enough space to relax after busy days out. The host, Nestor, was very responsive and regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable. It was reassuring to know support was available, although we had no issues during our stay. Can get a bit noisy at night but can’t complain too much considering how centrally located the apartment is.

They close at 10pm and then it was quiet over night
• Justine (8/5): Centrally located apartment close to amenities. - Excellent location. A few things lacking. Fridge didn't cool anything. We were only provided with 2 wine glasses but we were a family of 4 (2 adult children). A plastic container to cool water in the fridge would have been useful, but the fridge didn't cool anything. The washing machine drainage is connected to the sink which when used spewed up a putrid grey water into the kitchen sink which smelled really bad. Definitely a blockage there. Minimal supply of coffee pods and again, 16 million saucepans but not enough cups or glasses. We would stay again, but make some specific requests prior to arrival.

The stairs were a killer everyday but that’s England for you! Kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a washing machine too The water heater groaned the higher the temp but with the door shut it was okay

• Fabian (1/5): A complete disaster. - Nothing. Property was misrepresented in photos on internet. 4th floor. No lift. Bathroom hot water system not working. Manager slow to attend to fix problem with hot water system. Very ordinary accommodation. Premises had an additional door at street level which was access for a ground floor business but could not be accessed if left premises early such as at 7am for a coffee. Had to leave front door ajar otherwise locked out. Very weird set up.

The apartment is in a perfect central location, making it easy to get around London. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would happily stay here again — a full 10/10!

• Emily (8/5): - Great location, had plenty of room for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child). Having the kitchen and multiple bathrooms was a huge plus! The showers were small and the water pressure was low. The lights in the bathroom were dim so I had to get ready in the bedroom. There were no dressers any place to put our things other than the closet, in 2 of the bedrooms.
• Angela (8/5): Location was excellent, as was the size of the property. There were trade-offs but would stay again. - The location was unbeatable. The two bedroom apartment on the first floor was roomy, well laid out, comfortable, and clean (given the age of the apartment). The kitchen was sufficient for our purposes and we had plenty of hot water. Additionally, we were able to rent multiple apartments in the unit, so extended family could all stay in close proximity. The trade-off with the location is the street noise. There were loud people, trucks, construction, etc at all hours, day and night, every night of the week. The window is the front bedroom didn't seal completely and so it was LOUD. Bring earplugs, bring a sound machine, download a white noise app on your phone, do it all. I am an easy, heavy sleeper and I could not sleep due to the loudness, randomness (construction at 2am???), and inconsistency of the noises (silence and then people singing loudly and drunkenly at 3 in the morning). Also, the half glass swinging door for the bathroom shower does not keep water in AT ALL so we had to sacrifice several of the provided towels just to keep the bathroom from flooding. That seems like a silly and easy fix for the property owners.
• Kathryn (7/5): Amazing location, but very tight quarters for a family with older kids - Great location right in the heart of Regent Street. Tons of restaurants and shops around. Several tube stops within a short walk. Lots of places walkable from the flat. Would be a great place for small group of travelers. Very small for a family of 5 with 2 teenagers. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was about the size of an RV shower. My parents and sister stayed in the two bedroom apartment below and it was the exact same size, but with one less bedroom. The extra bedroom in ours eliminated most of the space so we were on top of each other and did not have much room to even open our suitcases. One bedroom is required to walk through another to get to the bathroom and the other one must walk through the same bedroom to get to the kitchen so there is not much privacy.

• Sean (8/5): great location but the building and furnishings could use an update - The apartment is in a convenient location near Oxford Circus. Skylights and windows provide lots of natural light. The diagrams in the listing give an accurate sense of the (somewhat odd) room layout. There's a lot of street noise for a 4th floor walkup apartment. And it is a walkup, no lift, so be ready for many flights of stairs. - We experienced many intermittent problems with the "smart" locking system - code didn't work at first when we arrived, and we missed a very important long-awaited gathering with overseas friends because the door wouldn't lock and we had to wait hours for maintenance to come fix it. (The management company eventually agreed to issue a partial refund to make up for this extreme inconvenience, but we can't make up the lost time with friends we never see.) - Sheets and pillowcases are made of some strange non-breathable plastic-y material, very uncomfortable - Shower and sink drains were very slow - shower had standing water even after a very brief shower with minimal flow. - There was mold in the rubber seal on the clothes washer. - For two people staying five nights, we were provided just four pods for the coffeemaker. - The building is dingy and looks nowhere near as clean and nice as the photos for the listing. - The second bedroom is tiny. We can't imagine two couples would be comfortable in a place this small, but the 2BR was fine for one couple.

• Kamer Merve (1/5): TAMAMEN HAYAL KIRIKLIĞI O PARAYI HAKETMİYOR!! - Evin konumu gerçekten güzel. Ev aşırı derece pisti özellikle yerler eşyalarımızı bile koymak istemedik. Ailecek gitmeyi düşünenler bulunduğu sokak aşırı sesli cadde tarafındaki odada uyumak çok zor olacaktır şimdiden söylemesi. Bina aşırı eski apartmanın içi de aşırı pisti. Daire dışarıdan verdikleri kodla giriliyor ama içeriden kapı kilitlenmiyor. Bizim küçük çocuklarımız vardı ve 1,5 yaşında olanı apartmanın içinde bulduk. Kapıyı kilitleyemediğimizden kolayca açıp çıkmış. Kayıp olabilir en kötüsü merdivenden düşebilirdi. Kesinlikle daire içinden kapı kilidi olmaması çok kötü. Ayrıca pencerelerin kilitleri kırıktı 1. Katta kilitli olmayan pencereli bir yerde uyumak kesinlikle huzurlu değildi. Sadece konumu güzel ama onun dışında daha önce böyle pis ve güvenliği zayıf bir yerde hiç konaklamamıştım. Bu parayı konum dışında kesinlikle haketmiyor, hayal kırıklığı.👎🏼👎🏼

• Marika (10/5): Excellent location, clean apartment, and convenient key less entry - The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surroundings. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. No keys only door code, what was very convenient to use. There were very few dishes available, especially knives and forks. If you plan to cook and eat on-site, it could be quite challenging due to the limited kitchenware

• juancarlos2015 (6/5): Centrally Located Apartment in Mayfair near Oxford Street - Centrally located apartment with a kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room. Situated in a quiet area in the heart of Mayfair, within the shopping district and close to Oxford Street The wooden floor had swollen, and when stepped on, it was noisy and unstable. The bathroom was rather small and impractical for four guests. The wooden windows across the apartment were hard to open and clearly required repair or replacement. The inner courtyard was unappealing, given the dirt and the presence of nesting birds. Housekeeping, including bed-making and towel changes, was provided only once a week rather than on a daily basis.

• Ran (7/5): Overall, a good experience. Amazing location!!! - The apartment is large, spacious, pleasant, and practical for the size of our group—very comfortable. The hosts are friendly and responsive. Overall, a good experience. Amazing location!!! it’s in a basement level and not well-ventilated, which causes a musty or moldy smell. There are no separate blankets or extra towels available if needed, and sometimes that would be helpful.

• Riika-maria (9/5): Great spot for city vacation with friends due to its location and size of the apartment. - Excellent view and a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops nerby. The apartment was huge and had everything necessary. Access to the apartment was very easy. If you don't like noice you should know that there was some type of night club very next door and therefore we heard music through the night. It wasn't extra loud so we slept well nevertheless. The building itself was very quiet.

The stairs leading into apartment need to be cleaned. Often filled with trash from the extremely popular tea shop above. Also, there was a small leak in one of the bedrooms. When mentioned to the staff they said they knew about it. I wish they had told me and I wouldn’t have left my suitcase in the area to get wet along with some clothing.

I booked this apartment last minute, even on the day of check-in, after a very unpleasant experience with another apartment I had previously reserved. The host was extremely helpful, and I received the check-in details in a very short time. The apartment is large, spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything you need in a perfect location. You are close to restaurants, shops, tourist attractions, and the metro. They helped me with a late check-out, considering that I had an evening flight. I will gladly return here! N/A

• Arjong (10/5): Exceptional - I really like this place. Both bedrooms are clean and comfortable, with a private kitchen, private bathrooms, and a private entrance, exactly as described. The location is very close to Regents Street, just a 30-step walk away. The staff are very attentive. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to every family. I give it a perfect 10 out of 10.

The location is superb, few minutes from all the attractions, services and main tube stations: Bond Street (If you come from Heathrow just few minutes walking), although we went walking everywhere. I highly recommend this place. The contact with the property was very easy and helpful. Book this place if you come to London. Nothing bad to highlight, but an adapter would be great.
