• Harald (7/5): Schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung - Schönes Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Alles ist sauber, es wirkt auch noch relativ neu. Die Betten sind bequem, was nicht immer eine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Die Lage ist insofern gut, als dass es nicht weit zur Innenstadt ist. Die genauen Check-In Daten habe ich 30 Minuten vor Mietbeginn bekommen. Auf meine telefonische Nachfrage wurde ich nur nur darauf verwiesen, dass die noch kommen werden. Das hinterlässt ein Unsicherheitsgefühl. Wenn man nicht alles vom Handy aus abfragen kann, eine logistische Challenge. Auf schriftliche Anfragen würde gar nicht reagiert, es kamen nur automatisierte Nachrichten. Hier würde ich dringend Nachbesserung in der Kommunikation und Datenübergabe empfehlen. Die eher schlechte Organisation trübt auch die Bewertung, denn das Apartment an sich war gut. wlan hat nicht funktioniert. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die in der Unterkunft aufliegenden Anmeldedaten nicht am aktuellen Stand sind.

• Max (10/5): Modernes und extrem geräumiges Apartment, das alle Erwartungen übertroffen hat - - Größe des Apartments - Austattung des Apartments - Kommunikation mit Anbieter An einem Tag ist die S-Bahn ausgefallen und dann saß man tatsächlich etwas fest, da man von der Innenstadt schon etwas entfernt war.

• Marta (8/5): Гарна квартира та локація.недоліком є брак посуду, засобів та інгредієнтів . - Просторе помешкання, чисто. Трамвайна зупинка під домом. Станція потяга з аеропорту за 8хв від квартири . Ключ до ліфта заідає, потрібно замінити - щоб не застрягати у ліфті у темноті. На кухні відсутні капсули до кавомашини ( каво машина наявна) , ні цукру , ні спецій. Обмежений посуд : чашки старі, на чай немає посуду, брак посуду . Не шкодуйте паперових рушників чи туалетного паперу.

• Mitrovic (9/5): - Winderschönes Appartment Kuscheldecken am Balkon fehlten, für diese Jahreszeit, Batterien in der Fernbedienung checken, mindestens 2 Kaffeekapseln wäre toll gewesen.
• Josée (8/5): Bon emplacement - L'appartement est à 15 minutes de tram du centre de Vienne, quartier tranquille avec restos et ambiance relaxe. L'appartement est récent et les installations de qualité, c'est grand et nous avions une belle terrasse. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrions! Les communications ave l'hôte n'ont pas toujours été facile. Et la clé d'ascenseur n'est pas évidente à utiliser jusqu'à ce qu'on trouve la bonne position dans la serrure.
• Adam (10/5): Igényesen berendezett lakás az Augarten közelében - Igényesen, nagy odafigyeléssel berendezett, nagyon komfortos lakás. Ízléses berendezés és tisztaság fogadott az új építésű házban. A ház előtt húzódik a 2-es villamos vonala, mellyel könnyedén elérhető a belváros. Ennek ellenére kifejezetten csendes a lakás. A kulcs felvétele egy számzáras dobozkából történik, a kapcsolat a szállásadóval gördülékeny volt, minden fontos információt a kellő időben megkaptam. Feleségemmel csak egy hétvégére mentünk, de jó szívvel ajánlom hosszabb tartózkodásra is.
• Linda (10/5): - Az apartman szuper volt, tiszta, rendezett, ahogy a képeken is! Az ágyak kényelmesek, a bejutás egyszerű. A lakásban iszonyú meleg volt, hiába állítottuk át a termosztátot, 28 fokra volt beállítva, nyitott ablaknál kellett aludni, ami miatt nem tudtunk sötétet csinálni és hangos volt. Hiába írtunk az apartman kezelőjének emiatt, nem válaszolt.
• Marina (8/5): Apartment is modern, new, and spacious. - The apartment is new, modern, and nicely equipped. It is spacious and stylish, with a beautiful terrace. It would be great to leave the instructions or manuals how to operate the heating system (thermostat) & roller blinds. Upon the arrival, the apartment was overheated (27 degrees!) and it was impossible to get the temperature down. Despite the fact that we did set the temperature lower, somehow, it was not picked up by the system, even after switching to manual mode (instead of programmed one). For the blinds, there were two remote controllers left, but they work in awkward way (e.g. one remote covering bedroom & living room both) - we only figured it out the next day. Unfortunately, at the first night we had disrupted sleep due to the streetlights/outside neighbour buildings. Given the fact that it was too hot in the apartment, we had to keep the terrace door on "kipp" -- which brought in quite strong noise from the main street (trams, cars, lorries). As already mentioned by other guests, elevator key works in strange way -- you need a "lucky turn" to set elevator in motion, after many attempts. Could be stressful, as it takes time to start moving. Lastly, for cozier stay, it would be nice to have coffee mugs (not only small coffee cups) &/or to leave at least a couple of coffee capsules for coffee machine (as it requires De Longhi brand).

• Claudia (7/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlenswert. - Die Lage des Apartments ist an sich gut, da die Bahn im unmittelbaren Nähe liegt. Für einen Sightseeing Trip ist das Apartment auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Für zwei Personen ist es perfekt. Die Nachricht mit den Informationen über den Zugang zum Apartment kamen erst nach telefonischer Anfrage. Dass die Fenster und elektrischen Rollläden nur teilweise funktionieren (siehe andere Bewertungen) ist schade. Dass das dritte Bett nicht gemacht war, trotz Buchung, ist auch schade. Man hat das Gefühl, dass die Beschwerden der anderen Bewertung nicht gehört werden.
• Brisen (7/5): Excellent apartment, bad services - The apartment itself is amazing. So beautiful, so clean, so big. Coffee machine--as written by others--is useless because no coffee is provided, and that machine requires very special capsules. We complained about the absence of coffee never got a reply. You need a key to activate the elevator (not a card, a key!) and this key does not work well. Practically we never managed to use the elevator because the key did not work. And the apartment in on the 5th floor, so it's an effort to go up without an elevator.

• Benjamin (4/5): Eigentlich schöne Wohnung, aber viel Bastelei und nicht sauber. Niemals für 3 oder 4 Personen geeignet. - Die Lage ist gut, auch wenn sie in der Dresdner Straße ist, also nicht die feinste Adresse Wiens um es mal sehr neutral zu formulieren. Das dritte „Bett“ ist ein Schlafsofa, das total verfleckt und verdreckt war als auch unbequem und für eine 1,85m lange Person auch zu kurz. Darüber hinaus hat die Fußbodenheizung gesponnen - nachts war es 30 Grad warm (trotz offener Fenster) und die angegebene Nummer konnte am nächsten Tag auch nicht mehr sagen als dass man bitte dann die Klimaanlage auf Volllast stellen soll. Sehr schwach. Fußbodenheizung mechanisch abdrehen ging auch nicht, weil die Regler das mechanisch nicht zuließen. Außerdem war der Bad-Teppich dreckig, die Dusche nicht ganz sauber und ein Rollo im Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht. Weit weg von Luxus.
• Lucas (7/5): Wohnung top – Kommunikation flop - Die Wohnung ist wirklich top, sehr gut eingerichtet und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Der Anbieter war zu Beginn schwer zu erreichen. Ich hatte mehrfach Nachrichten per Booking und WhatsApp geschrieben, um mitzuteilen, dass wir später anreisen und weil ich nachfragen wollte, ob ein Checkin auch spät möglich wäre. Es hat über 48 Stunden gedauert, bis ich einer Rückmeldung bekam. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir das Türfenster zum Balkon geöffnet – dieses ließ sich anschließend nicht mehr schließen. Auf Nachfrage beim Anbieter meinte dieser, man könne da leider nichts machen, ein neues Scharnier sei schon bestellt. Für uns bedeutete das, dass wir die Tür während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht mehr schließen konnten. Nachts bei relativ lauter Straße war der Schlaf dementsprechend unruhig. Klar, so ein "Defekt" kann passieren, aber eine kurze Nachricht vorab, dass die Tür kaputt ist und nicht geöffnet werden kann, hätte uns dieses Ärgernis erspart.
• Tara (7/5): - Really lovely modern apartment, good value for money. As a solo traveller there were a few little unexpected quirks that I found a bit stressful. The location was further away from the main attractions than I realised so I had to quickly learn how to navigate public transport. There was no information or instructions to explain how to use some of the technology in the apartment, such as the black out blinds, TV remote batteries were flat, no toaster, and the key for the front door was a bit sticky so I initially thought I couldn’t even access the building and once I got in it was confusing to figure out how to use the elevator key. Not huge issues, but because there’s no reception and the host doesn’t respond immediately it is stressful when travelling solo to work these things out. If I’d known it was essentially a private apartment I wouldn’t have booked it. Would be great for others, German speaking, couples etc.

• Stephwow (6/5): Great but ask not to stay in Apt. 26 - Well decorated, exactly like the photos, easily reachable, check in is a breeze Apartment 26 has an issue with the balcony door, it does not close. The street noise is so loud as a result, it made it hard to sleep. They said they are waiting on parts to get it fixed, but can't say when that will happen.
• Leon (10/5): The best accommodation I've stayed in since I've been using Booking.com. - Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Now I regret not spending more time there, but just sleeping. There is a tram stop in front of the house that takes you directly to the city center in 20 minutes. There is no garage nearby, so I got a traffic ticket for parking on the street.

• Kateryna (8/5): Overall quite a pleasant stay - We were pleasantly surprised to see two bedrooms as it was advertised as one. The rooms were spacious and we got 4 sets of towels even though we got it for 2 people. The location is good and check in was easy, you get the code to the lockbox. There is a washing machine which isn’t on the photos but is in the description and there’s a drying rack. There was one pod for the washing machine and one for the dishwasher. Every time you want to access the apartment you need to type in the code which was quite annoying. There were multiple strands of black hair all over the bedding and some staining on the sofa, the apartment smelt like people have been smoking inside. There was no coffee or tea so the coffee machine is basically useless. No one is going to buy the pods specifically for it. Didn’t see any extra bin bags or toilet roll, which could’ve been a problem if we stayed for longer.

• 1omas (7/5): Good - I wrote to the accommodation provider several times about an early arrival at the accommodation - and I never received a response. Instructions for accessing the apartment were sent to me about 1 hour before the planned check-in. I emphasized to the accommodation provider several times that it was a business stay and that I would need an invoice - and I am still waiting for it to this day. The accommodation was pleasant, nicely equipped, but at night and in the dark I saw silverfishes in the hallway. Of course, it may not have been just an issue with the apartment, they could have gotten there through the shared spaces between the apartments.
• Ana (10/5): Comfortable, spacious and well connected - The apartment is spacious and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. It has very good public transport connections — with easy access by tram and train to the city centre, main railway stations, the airport, and other parts of the city. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient. The street outside can be noisy, so sleeping with the windows open may be unpleasant, but with the windows closed, it’s quiet and peaceful inside.

• Linas (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very nice and cozy. We found everything we needed to stay here. Very nice balcony, so staying in spring or summer should be even nicer. It is not far from the city center, so you can walk in 30 minutes or take the tram in 20 minutes. Everything is very good, but the key to use in the elevator is not good... from the 25th time you can turn the key to the right and press the button for your floor. We couldn't reduce the heating in the living room for some reason, the room was very hot all the time.

• Nathan (1/5): AVOID this property - Property manager attempted to charge me 150euro extra for damage already there. Had no stopper on the front door and there was a big whole OBVIOUSLY in the wall behind it. Be careful of this guy, he threatens you with lawyers and verbal abuse. Just know you are NOT obliged to pay for his negligence.
• Paulina (8/5): Very good - Apartment is beautiful, very spacious, high quality furniture. Separate toilet and bathroom. Good size balcony. Tram/bus station is 50-100m from apartment. A lot of free parking places. We booked this place in very good price. Apartament is on 4th flor, we recived not working key to elevator. It was inconvinient for us. One resident helped us and borrow her key to go up with luggage. Immidietaly I informed owners but still didn't get any response. We booked apartament for 5 people, but we got only 4x of bed linen and 4× sets of towels. Our friend slept under blanket. Also reported to owners, but no response reciced.
