• Alberto (1/5): Não respeitam as marcações do Booking - Localização O hotel em si não é mau no entanto não respeitam as marcações do Booking, parece que é prática comum aqui na Índia. Marquei com 2 meses de antecedência e quando cheguei disseram que não tinha quarto mesmo mostrando a marcação. A alternativa foi arranjarem-me outro hotel onde o quarto era bem inferior com roupas de cama usadas e rasgadas sem higiene e fomos obrigados a dormir na cama com os nossos sacos cama. Na segunda noite já lá consegui quarto e foi tudo normal por isso cuidado

• Eldhose (5/5): - Nothing Our stay at Hotel Sapphire House, Delhi was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Despite pre-booking the room, we were shocked to be asked for extra payment for early check-in, which was more than informed during booking. After paying and arriving, we were made to wait for 1.5 hours, and even after that, they casually asked us to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room was still not ready. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests’ time. When we finally entered the room, the problems only got worse. The faucet was damaged and leaking continuously, creating inconvenience and discomfort. The hotel has a centralized AC system, which means the cooling in your room depends on other guests. If someone else switches off the AC, your room becomes hot and unbearable — absolutely unacceptable, especially in Delhi weather. Food service was another major disappointment. Delivery took an unreasonably long time, and the prices were extremely high for the poor service provided. What made the experience even worse was the rude and uncooperative behavior of the staff. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero hospitality. To top it all off, they failed to provide proper payment receipts, raising serious concerns about transparency and professionalism. Overall, this hotel completely failed to meet even basic hospitality standards. The stay was stressful, frustrating, and disappointing from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and look for better, more reliable options in Delhi.

• Daniel (9/5): A great place to stay in Paharganj at a reasonable price. - Sapphire House is an upscale reasonably priced place to stay in otherwise crowded grungy Paharganj. The family rooms facing the quiet side street were spacious and spotless with all amenities including kettle, slippers and dental kit. The hotel is also quite new, elegant and has an elevator. Staff was helpful in getting us an autorickshaw when needed late at night. Except for the two family rooms facing the street, none of the rooms have windows with any view other than a wall. No heaters in any room, so winter stays could be chilly. The claim "3 minutes walk to Metro and five minutes walk to Railway station" is not true. Metro is more like ten minutes, and station is 15-20 minutes. Not walkable with luggage. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast--limp undercooked toast and overcooked anemic eggs.

Even though the taste and quality food provided was average, they were edible and the kitchen response was very fast. The staff were very responsive to our requests for towels, soap, laundry. The same day laundry service, at a price, was useful. The car rentals offered by the hotel were not the best. Two cars for shorter trips did not have working ACs and one driver could barely respond in English, even though the front desk said the rate paid was for a full AC card with an English speaking drivers. The driver for the day long trip was ok though he drove too erratically o this return.
