• Christian (5/5): Schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - wenig Licht mit viel Schatten! - Sehr modern, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, eingerichtete Wohnung mit großzügigen Zimmern. Wohnung liegt im Souterrain, so dass die Fenster (Oberlichter) in Küche und Wohnzimmer direkt auf Höhe einer stark befahrenen Straße liegen. Lüften ist somit kaum möglich, weshalb wir den Entfeuchter 2 x täglich (jeweils 2 Liter) leeren mussten. Der Blick vom Balkon ist in Richtung eines Hofes, auf dem die Mülltonnen stehen (im Sommer teilweise mit starker Geruchsentwicklung) und der Balkon ist außerdem zu klein, um darauf gemütlich zu sitzen und zu essen. Direkt neben der Unterkunft ist eine Werkstatt, so dass es tagsüber recht laut ist. Zur Wohnung gehört kein fester Parkplatz, so dass wir teilweise im Umkreis von 500 m auf Parkplatzsuche gehen mussten.

• Johanna Janna Noa (7/5): Mooi ingericht, ruim, wel iets verder van het centrum; maar dat weet je vooraf - Mooi ingericht, ruim en een fijne badkamer. Communicatie/inchecken gaat gemakkelijk met de host en zij doen de deur via een afstandje open. Helaas geen airco, wel een ventilator maar als het erg heet is, koelt dat niet echt af. De locatie is ook een stukje lopen van het centrum en parkeren voor de deur is niet echt mogelijk (de straat uitrijden en dan om de hoek is wel genoeg parkeergelegenheid). Helaas ook veel haren in de badkamer.

• Stevens (9/5): A lovely stay, would recommend it to anyone I know traveling to Ponta Delgada. - Convenient location, clean apartment, easy to get in contact with the owner if necessary. The parking situation was not made clear. It was fine, we had a spot most nights, but it should be noted that there is not a guaranteed spot.

• Maria Filipa (9/5): - Casa espaçosa, bem equipada e com bom gosto. A anfitriã foi bastante atenciosa e disponível. Casa perfeita para famílias ou amigos passarem uns dias em São Miguel A pé não é muito próximo do centro da cidade, mas não sei de ser uma localização tranquila para se estar.

• Agata (3/5): Niestety nie polecam, głównie przez brak klimatyzacji, moskitier i biegające karaluchy. - Duże, przestronne mieszkanie. Wyposażona kuchnia. Czysto. 1. Brak klimatyzacji. Wilgotność jak w saunie ( w lokalu był osuszacz powietrza - przez noc zbierało się około 2 litrów wody). Nie można było wytrzymać. Obsługa dostarczyła jeden wiatrak, ale to absolutnie nie wystarczyło. Mąż dwa dni spał na podłodze, żeby choć trochę było chłodniej. 2. Apartament jest zlokalizowany w suterenie. Okna na wysokości chodnika. 3. Pojemniki na śmieci i robaki. Loggia była skierowane na podwórko/parking gdzie były kubły na śmieci. Wieczorem karaluchy (giganty) biegały wszędzie, także wchodziły do loggy- to była przyczyna niemożności otwierania okien. 4. Brak moskitiery w oknach. 5. Brak parkingu, pojedyncze miejsca na ulicy. 6. Naprzeciwko apartamentu serwis samochodowy ze stacją benzynową.

• Mireia (10/5): - És un apartament molt acollidor, molt ben decorat. Molt net i amb llits còmodes. La cuina ben equipada. No està al centre, però està a prop de la sortida de la ciutat. El centre està a uns 20 minuts caminant. Al voltant de l'apartament hi ha supermercats. Totalment recomanable! Una mica calorós, amb poca ventilació.

• Kayla (9/5): Wonderfully comfortable apartment! - The apartment is exactly like the photos- really big and comfortable. Host was very helpful and the book of suggestions at the apartment was great! Everything is close by and it was nice to have a big kitchen. There is no air con which wasn’t a massive issue but still wasn’t the best when it was hot at night.

A casa era ótima, muito bem decorada e áreas das divisões super espaçosas. - Gostei imenso da casa, divisões super espaçosas, modernas e bem decoradas, e tinha todos os utensílios disponíveis (cozinha e wc). Boa localização, com fácil acesso a uma das principais estradas de São Miguel, assim como a Ponta Delgada. Recomendo!

• Justyna (7/5): - Apartment was truly spacious, rooms were big and bright, living room was lovely with cozy sofa. Beds were comfortable. Place has an issue with dampness, there were paint coming of the wall in the kitchen and dehumidifier was on all the time, with full water container every 12 hours. When you opened kitchen cupboard you can smell mold. Picture of the balcony is also misleading, there is no view, you can see only yard and roof of other building. It was absolutely my fault that I hadn't check that apartment do not have washing machine but same time it should at least have some rack clothes dryer so you can hang wet towels or clothes so they can dry on the balcony. Highly disappointing comparing to pictures.

• Cláudia (8/5): - A casa estava bem equipada e tinha todos as comodidades essenciais assim como também estava bem decorada e as áreas eram amplas e confortáveis. A nossa host foi sempre muito simpática e disponível tendo feito vários check-ups connosco ao longo da estadia. Existiu apenas uma situação na última noite da nossa estadia em acabámos por ficar sem água quente para tomar banho mas nos restantes dias não tivemos qualquer problema. Adicionalmente, sugerimos a possibilidade de adicionar um desumidificador para ajudar a retirar alguma humidade da casa e dos quartos mas tirando essas situações foi uma estadia muito positiva.
• Luis (10/5): Ótima estadia - Apartamento muito limpo e bem decorado. Com todas as comodidades para uma boa estadia. Destaco as camas e sofá muito confortáveis e cozinha bem equipada. Estacionamento difícil junto à porta. Normalmente existem lugares a cerca de 100/200metros. Um pouco afastado do centro, mas para quem tenha alugado viatura como foi o nosso caso, não confere um problema.
• Ryan (9/5): - Great location to be close to a highway exit for you to do your sightseeing with a car. Modern look with appliances. Keep in mind that many places don't have air conditioning in Ponta Delgada and there is a humidifier but could likely use a fan for warmer months.

• Annabel (9/5): - El apartamento es muy grande y acogedor, habitaciones muy bonitas con camas cómodas. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia (hervidor, cafetera, etc) y el lavabo era muy grande. Tal cual en las fotos. Check-in fácil.

Comfort, funcionalitat, amplitud i gust en la decoració dels espais de l,apartament. Per dir alguna cosa, l,edifici és antic i situat a un carrer molt transitat, però em sembla una qüestió molt menor i compensat so radameny pel comfort i funcionalitat de l,apartament. El primer dia ens va costar trobar aparcament al carrer, en horari laboral. La resta, sense problemes a les immediacions.

• Hanna (9/5): One of the coziest apartments I ever stayed in. - The apartment was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-designed. Such a breath of fresh air after basic IKEA-furnished apartments. It had everything necessary for the stay: a kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer (and a very decent one!), making it a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I highly recommend this apartment. Mattresses are a bit too hard (could be my preference). Also, wi-fi was occasionally dropping in the bedroom (not a big deal as it was working everywhere else), I guess the signal gets interrupted. I want to point out that this was not something that affected my experience, as the apartment is great and the host was very helpful.

• Nicole (10/5): Would definitely still stay here again. 😊 - Great apartment! Everything was beautifully decorated and new. Easy walking distance to everywhere in Ponta Delgada and also easy to park the car close by. Mattress was kind of hard, but was ok for a few days.
