• Elizaveta (10/5): Незабываемый уют и звёзды - Прекрасное расположение; Внимание к мелочам, которое сразу отражает отношение хозяев к гостям; Камин, спальня с панорамной крышей, и безусловно ванная комната с сауной - всё это вместе подарило непередаваемое ощущение комфорта и домашнего уюта, которые сделали этот вариант размещение в Армении нашим любимым за всю поездку. • Sahakyan (10/5): Great place, just the road was not in good condition, so you need an SUV to get there - Great location and comfortable house
• Twan (10/5): - This place was an unexpected hidden gem in a very remote area. Georg was an exceptionally helpful host. It was the perfect place to recover after our tough hike, with a cozy fireplace, a sauna with an impressive view, and very comfortable beds.

It is clear that the owners are very attentive and responsible in their work and in responding to guest reviews. The surrounding nature is incredibly beautiful. I also highly recommend buying honey from Gevorg. It is very tasty and natural honey.

• Sona (10/5): Love this place with all my heart! - Honestly, the best place I’ve ever stayed! Beautiful inside and out — every little detail is thought out. I’ll definitely be back and recommend it to all my friends. Booked it only for 2 nights, but wish I had stayed longer. You really need at least 3 nights to enjoy everything — go hiking, sit around the fireplace, play ping pong and pétanque, have your morning coffee on the rooftop, relax in the hammock etc.

The host thought about every little detail to make staying there as comfortable as possible. At this property, a remote location within the nature balances perfectly with a beautiful and modern interior. We were met by an employee - Gevork - who was super friendly and kind.

We brought wine, but had to drink it out of mugs:( Seems like you can only access this property if you have a Jeep. We had to leave our car 500 meters before the house. And then the manager of this property drove us to the entrance.
• Sergej (9/5): Really great place to recreate, but you should be ready for poor internet connection and to have SUV - The farm locates in mountains. You’ll get a really spectacular views around. There are some interesting places nearby. The farm is nice. It’s a combination of old Armenian house and modern farm. The farm locates in the mountains, so usually the temperature is comparable. But in July we regretted 2 or 3 times there was not the air conditions. When there was +43 in Yerevan and +35 in the mountains. But the place is great. I would return there again. Theoretically, it’s not something incredible to reach this farm with usual sedan, but I was really happy I booked SUV 4x4. It was the right choice. And unfortunately the easier and shorter (but in any way dusty road) is not on Google maps. And you are made to drive 5 km instead of 3. We noticed a TV absence just on the second week on this farm. :) Walking, views, Armenian cuisine, fireplaces, sauna forced out this thing from our lives. BTW. The only I would wish to have there is microwave oven. Fireplaces are great things there, but simple oven would be a nice addition device for that farm. It might not be an air conditioning one superfluous thing in the modern part of house, where sun through the glass roof heat the room. But Internet connection was a quite weak place for us. Unfortunately the Internet connection was really poor. It’s not enough to watch films or work.
• Stu (10/5): A truly positive experience -- 5 Stars - Our stay at Hovk Farms was outstanding! From the time we arrived Gevorg arranged and greeted us at the property and showed us around, he was available, should we have required anything. We stayed here from the 18th - 25th June 2025. Everything was clean and presentable throughout. The BBQ, outside fire pit, log burner, sauna and the amazing bathtub was exceptional. Views from inside and outside were just breathtaking and to gaze up at the stars through the huge panoramic skylight windows was just beautiful. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again. Special thanks to Gevorg for his assistance during our stay. Faultless..

• Joe (10/5): What a wonderful place - The location is perfect for those seeking peace and beautiful views of nature. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. There’s a great place for BBQ, and the sauna was a fabulous addition to the relaxing experience. Fun doggo comes in a bonus package. Everything was great.

• Harut (10/5): Definitely one of must go places in Armania. - It’s hard to list what we liked as we enjoyed the place very much․ It was a very nice stay, the Villa is quiet, the rooms are big and comfortable, heating system is working well and the water is hot. I loved Wood Burning Stove a lot. Beds are very comfortable. Not really anything to say here. Some can say missing of swimming pool.
• Tigran (10/5): A unique hotel in the middle of nature with glass ceiling rooms for stargazing at night - The hotel is right in the middle of nature, which is perfect for people who love the outdoors. The views of the mountains are stunning. The hotel feels cozy and fits right in with the nature around it. At night, the experience was further enhanced by the mesmerizing view of the stars through my room's glass ceiling, adding a magical touch to my stay. The journey to the hotel was a bit challenging due to the difficult roads, but it was absolutely worth it for the unique experience of stargazing right from my bed through the glass ceiling.
• Gagik (10/5): Nice village house - The house vibes were on point – totally dig the chill atmosphere. The jacuzzi with its mountain view is a major win, and everything was just top-notch. You're doing great.

The Hot tub and the glass ceiling I have never seen in Armenia anywhere else. The nostalgic feeling of watching stars while lying in a bed was really unique. N/A
