Adrian (4/5): Disappointing - A decent location for our needs. Wifi wasn't working but the host said they'd left a router at reception for us to use. However a router wasn't there so we weren't able to access wifi. We loaded the dishwasher but it didn't seem to have power so we use it. Two of the pillows on one of the beds didn’t have pillowcases, there were dirty carpets in both bedrooms and one of the chairs was missing a leg. There was no lift to the 13th floor which was ok for the guests but should be made clear for anyone with mobility issues. The pans would not work on the induction hob and there was no TV in the lounge despite one being listed.
